Ordered 2 sweatpants over 2 years ago. Never received anything. Contacted customer service multiple times they refuse to refund money or provide any tracking numbers for the shipment-because they never sent anything. Complete frauds

“Finally got my refund”

If you take pictures of the items (in my case cleats) showing no wear on the bottoms or scratches and contact Pro Direct customer service and tell them you will go to the brand company (Nike, Adidas etc) suddenly you get results from pro direct.
