We placed an order on August 1,2022, our credit card was immediately charged. But, the merchandise never arrived after multiple attempts to get an ETA. After 6 months of waiting for the order to ship, we had to file a fraudulent dispute with a credit card in order to get $ credited. As mentioned, we attempted contacting the merchant NUMEROUS times but it was extremely difficult and frustrating to get them to respond. PLEASE be careful merchant is not the most trusting and reliable.

I have experienced the same service! This company is an entire scam! They told me different reasons every single time for why my order has not arrived. It has been almost a year! I spent a little over $500 for my daughters school clothes and have received nothing from my order. I'm gathering other customers who have been scammed as well for a lawsuit. I ordered sweatpants from this company around a year and a half ago and have countlessly attempted to get in contact with customer service but have been ignored over my complaints. It is ridiculous to ignore, block and scam someone out of a product. I have still yet to receive my product and don't plan on receiving it either.

This is the worst company ever! I ordered sweat pants in 2021 and received an email in April of 2022 saying my order was delayed. I still have not received my product. I have been in touch with their customer service. They offered to refund the $15 tip since it's been nearly a year and one pair of pants since they are no longer in stock however, they will not reimburse the full product and cancel the order. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Buyer beware!

I ordered pre ordered items set to be shipped out from 6-8 weeks after placing the order(may 21st). It's been around 15 weeks (September 4th) and my items still haven't been shipped. I have no idea if I have been scammed or what but I wouldn't recommend. I have emailed but they told me my items are still within the shipping time range which it's not because I can do math. I ordered all summer items as well so even if I do get my order I won't be able to wear them until next summer. Oh well lol. The clothes on the website look cute though so I gave two stars instead of one.

I was influenced by tiktok to place an order for two pairs of sweatpants back in January. Looking back this was definitely the worst purchase of my life. It has been 7 MONTHS and my order has still not been delivered. I have emailed the support team multiple times to receive the same response every time. They say that there are covid delays and that my order is a preorder. I completely understand these delays but it doesn't take more than half a year to ship one product. There is also zero information on the shipping page, giving me no clue as to where my package is. Would not recommend to anyone

Purchased pre-order items, and it's been a year and we still haven't received them. Contacted them multiple times and they said they shipped them. They credited us the money to shop on their site again, foolishly we did and spent a few dollars more...4 months later and still nothing. We were dooped! DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU.

Ordered from them back in October of 2021. Said it should take 8 weeks at most due to covid, I can understand that. So by the time it had been over 2 months, I emailed nicely asking for updates for my order updates. Only received a generic "long shipping can be frustrating but just wait" email, that had no specific details on my package. Waited until February to email again asking that I know the location of my order or I will want a refund. Got the same tracking number which led me to the USPS page saying my tracking number had expired :| waited 1 more month until I decided to go to my bank and dispute the charge for my money back. Absolutely terrible customer service and you won't receive your package, so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They blame shipping delays but when I finally get a response from customer service they can't even tell me if our order has been manufactured yet, let alone shipped. Several months ago I received one email from them saying one of my items was manufactured and being shipped. Nothing. No item, no mention of the other items, no refund. THEY ARE A MAJOR SCAM AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ORDER FULFILLMENT AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Never buy on this page. My daughter bought two sweatpants and they never arrived. First they told her that was a preorder and that's why was delayed, then because of the pandemic. In short, they never arrived and stole his money.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAM SITE. I ordered three items and expected them to arrive in 5-10 business days as it says on the website. Currently it has been over a YEAR. Still no sight of my order. I have contacted Shekou Customer Care numerous times on different occasions and all I received back was a bunch of LIES. False talk of shipping delays that would be resolved within a month or two. Well, I have waited TWELVE months and do you know how many orders i have received? ZERO. ZERO ORDERS. This is unacceptable and I would urge anyone to hate and take down this disgraceful and disgusting brand so no one else suffers and wastes hard earned money on a load of NOTHING. The website at the time of my shameful purchases was engulfed in a facade that operated to trick customers into buying hastily as it stated on pretty much every page that the shop was to close down in just 8 hours. I would argue that this definitely without a shadow of a doubt impacted my decision to buy from the site. Clearly this was a cheap and dirty LIE as the site still continues to carry out its evil craft far after the 8 hours it claimed to be closing down in. I am enraged and ashamed that I fell for this hideous tomfoolery. If anyone is under the impression they will be the exception you are SEVERELY misguided. Shekou spares no one.

My daughter placed an order and paid in 2/2022. One item was pre-order. She STILL has not received her items (9/30/22). They said they would provide a credit and nothing. Stay away from this SCAM!

Not sure what to write here exactly but I'm happy with everything. Only giving 4 stars though because shipping took AGES. However once it arrives I was very happy

I bought the Take Me To Rio dress in purple back in January because it just looked so pretty. They sent me an email saying the order was shipped on 26 January. The last update I got was on 11 February. Its 7 June and I still have not received my order. I would have fallen for the 'international shipping delayed to COVID 19' excuse if I had not gone online to read reviews and realised other people's experiences match mine. The Royal Mail tracking number they gave me for my order was fake, it doesn't work on the Royal Mail website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Shekou is the biggest scam EVER. I placed an order on February 10th of 2022. I kept on waiting and waiting for the clothing however, it never turned up so, I reached out to the store via email. They replied within a day which is the one positive thing I have to say about this brand as a whole. They basically just told me that they understood how frustrating it was and that it wasn't their fault as the manufacturing company was experiencing delays. Mind you this was over 4 months after I placed the order. They also stated that in a few weeks, they would restock. Well, since that email which was May 8th 2022 nothing has come through or even any updates. It is now October 3rd 2022 and I am STILL waiting on these sweatpants. This is so frustrating considering I spent over 60 dollars on these. Do NOT buy from here ever. Save yourself time, energy and most of all, your money.

I placed an order a year ago and send 4 emails and no reply! This company is a total scam do not buy!
