I placed a preorder in JUNE, it's now December…I've emailed at least 10 times, most responses were an auto-response…The ones that were from a human keep telling me the same thing " Unfortunately, our manufacturing company are facing some delays with producing some pre order items within their estimated timeframe. Please understand that our team are doing their very best to finish these items off as soon as possible, at great quality to. We are so sorry for any inconveniences the delays may of caused you and thank you so much for your patience throughout these hard times.
Our team do expect these items to be restocked within the next couple of weeks!"
6 months later I finally disputed the charges with my bank and have reported them to the BBB. Do not buy from this horrible company!
If I could I would give it a 0. I ordered pants 10 MONTHS ago and never got them. I must have written at least ten emails only to get no reply or the same automated reply over and over again. I tried commenting on their IG posts because I've seen people doing it and instead of replying or reaching out through dms they just delete them. Once I was told that if I'd like they could send another pair even though the first one never shipped and when I replied that I would appreciate it they just never wrote back. Awful service and I don't recommend unless u wanna spend your money in exchange of nothing :)
All they do is make excuses. My shipment was supposed to go out last August it is now the end of January and no package. All they do is give you excuses. Horrible customer service that doesn't resolve anything. I want my money back.

I ordered 3 items on March 18th, 2021. It has now been 7 months with no items and the customer service team refuses to help me. They kept telling me that, "things will be delayed a few weeks due to covid", which I understand... BUT 7 MONTHS?!
I have requested a refund for my order but they refuse to give me one either.
I ordered there in May and it's now September. After 2 months I emailed them about my package. After I emailed them it said my package was shipped and it would take 2-4 weeks. When I would try to track my package it would say label created not yet in the system. After about another month and a half I emailed them again. They said they are sure my package is coming. I still haven't received any tracking updates so I emailed them once more about my concerns and asked for a refund. They responded that they will review my concerns. They totally ignored my question asking for a refund. At this point I doubt my package is coming, and I'm not sure there is much else I can do about it.
My daughter ordered two preorder items a year ago and she has yet to receive them. Their customer service is non existent. She had ordered before and received them. Funny how they block the comments on Instagram and Facebook. Beware!
Do not order from this company, they are scam artists! I ordered 3 pair of sweatpants almost a year ago and have still not received them. I have emailed Shekou's customer service several times with no response or remedy to this situation. I have requested a refund multiple times and still have not received anything. Now they wont even return my emails and I am not able to find any other contact information.
I will be filing fraud and criminal charges against this company.
I placed an order in May 2022. It is coming up on a year and I still do not have my order. They keep blaming it on "Covid-19 in China and its impact on manufacturing and distribution, as well as the Chinese New Year." When I inquire about my order it takes forever to get a response. Save your money and order elsewhere. They refuse to give a refund.
My granddaughter wanted some items from this so called company for Christmas. I ordered the items October 2021, now it is almost April 2022. Just like the others on here they sent an email saying they shipped it. Then nothing, no items and no response from the emails I sent. Don't order from them. I guess I just gave them money

My 16 year old ordered clothing and jewelry from this company in March 2022 and still has not received. We received a notice in April 2022 indicating delays due to governmental covid restrictions. 6 months later order still not fulfilled and vendor will not refund. Beware. This company is a huge fraud.
I bought sweatpants for a Christmas gift back in November of 2022. It is now almost July 2023 and I still have not received them and they will not return my money. Do not buy from them. They are a scam!
I am a very avid shopper and I understand when company's shipping is behinf but this store just isn't it. It has absolutely the worst customer service possible. I ordered an item in July it is currently December, and I still haven't recieved anything. If you are thinking about purchasing from this store just don't they are a scam and you won't receive your product. They said they can give you store credit back as a refund. In my opinion that isn't worth it because to buy something again from them and it won't come in who would want that?

Save yourself a lot of hassle and headaches. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CHARLATANS! I placed an order for 2 pairs of jeans on August 7th, 2021. Today is January 12,2022. Still no pants. They sent me an email on Dec 3 with shipping info. When tracking the package through USPS and the SHOP app it says there is no information, which means the package has not been shipped. They basically lied. I've been corresponding with them via e-mail for 4 months now about these jeans. Their "consolation" for not sending the jeans was to offer a free pair of crappy $2 earrings. I don't want your earrings. I want the freaking pants I ordered or a full refund to my credit card. I don't want store credit because I will never receive the items I order with the credit. If I could rate them negative 100 stars, I would. Don't shop with them.
This might be the worst company to ever buy something from. Purchased 3 pack bundle of sweatpants for my daughter over 4 months ago. Sti have yet to see product or even been able to talk to anyone. Tracking they provide shows nothing. The relies to emails just explain long timelines and no help. When asked Tom provide customer contact number never a reply. Will not refund money. This site said nothing about "Pre-Orders" and when we inquired multiple times the shipping data gets longer and longer. Now being told No REFUNDS. Beware my 13 year old found these on Tik Tok. It is a scam.
Ordered and did not receive items for over a year. Customer service was a nightmare; I got rare and unhelpful responses, and never got tracking info that worked. I filed a chargeback and they're now fighting it aggressively. Wish I could give 0 stars.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered something a year ago now and nothing has arrived. I sent them so many emails and they did nothing. Then they finally gave me store credit with a gift card used it and said I only had to pay 52p because that's how much it was over my gift card. Once I made the payment it said it cost me £25 without it telling me before hand. So now I have sent them around £50 overall and I didn't get any of my orders. It needs less than one star.

Answer: My granddaughter liked their clothes. She had researched a few online clothing companies & preferred their clothes to the others. Such a shame the company never delivered, my granddaughter never got her birthday present, so I send her money to go shopping where she lives but was months later after her birthday.
