At about 3months ago, I have been frustrated about shopping online. They really made me look miserable due to oversize of clothing, wrong shipping location from them and they do not respond untime. When you need them the most.
Sheinside is just too good for me to believe. Why? Because they met my delivery date, their products are standard and quality and cost effective. Please don't let me down sheinside. I will continue to shop with you.

I wanted to leave a positive review but I can't. Overall, the shopping experience was as described. Took about a week to process (as advertised). Once shipped, took another week to reach me. There was a tracking number to follow its process.
Quality-wise, despite the really cheap prices, it's not great. I feel that had I came across the product at this low price in the shops, I would not have spent the money.
I did wonder about the quality due to the price, but placed an order based on the very positive reviews. Now this is the part I'm REALLU UNHAPPY about. I left reviews about the products, some good some not so great, to warn others of the quality. Shein DENIED the negative reviews and approved the more positive ones!
This explains why so 'many' people raved about the products. Now it makes sense!

I am really pleased with both the website's products as well as the service I received. I had a wedding to attend over the summer and ordered 4 dresses from sheinside (knowing I would wear them all at some point-- but wanted some options). First of all, I spent less than $100... WOW. If I went to a department store, I probably couldn't even get one fashionable dress for that price!
When my dresses arrived, one of them had accidentally been sent in the wrong size, but when I called to address the issue, it was fixed immediately. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so understanding and empathetic about my issue, and sent out the new size before I even sent the wrong size back! I was so pleased with the service I received, that I would absolutely do business with them again soon.

Their website has really cute clothes, but they aren't the best quality. If you don't mind waiting a month for "express shipping" it's fine. But make sure you don't need the clothes right away. I had to ask customer service when my items would be shipped because they were sitting in the processing stage for 2 weeks. I ordered on June 5th and all of the pieces have not arrived yet. 3-5 days has turned into 22 and counting. Pretty sure the bloggers that say it's a good website are all getting paid.

This company sale merchandise that sizes do not reflect the American sizes. They are too small. I ordered 2 polo shirts xxl and they came with a tag of xxl but medium sizes. Now i am complaining about this to them because they charge a lavbel fee to return. In my case i am lucky because the shirts are smaller then the sizes that they reflect as xxl. But this sizes are not the American xxl or large.Be careful with this website

I can't exactly comment on the quality of the clothing, but the prices are incredible. My main comment is I placed an order a week ago and it states on my order it had been paid along and the money has been taken out of my account, but it says it's still processing. I emailed them, but got no response. Any one have this problem?

I was hesitant at first based on some of the reviews, but I went ahead and placed my order for 3 off the shoulder tops. The total for all 3 was less than $50. I wanted to make sure my order was small so in case it went MIA, it would not have been a huge loss. They all arrived together and it took about 1 1/2 wks. The materials were very good quality and the sewing, stitch work was just fine like in any retail stores. I am completely satisfied and will be placing another order this week. These items are coming from New Jersey NOT China. LOL! So I feel pretty confident using this site again and again. If you are hesitant to shop here, buy 1 item, small price tag and use a Paypal acct if you are worried about having your credit card compromised. I paid for my first order using half paypal and half credit card. Just a tip... measurements are usually not by inches but rather by cm. So measure yourself properly and follow their measurement guide.
Placed an order on April 19th, on April 29th status updated to "Order shipped!" Its now May 21st and no update. I have submitted a service request twice now and just keep getting same run around that shipping takes longer due to Covid. At this rate the items I ordered for my daughter wont even fit her by the time they get here. We will never order from here again. I was leery to begin with but my daughter talked me into it. I was looking for an affordable vintage dress. Dutch sites usually ask a lot for them since it's a rare concept. When I found Shein I was pleasantly surprised. Not only is the website really cheap, the shipping is too. I never ordered from a webshop that isn't based in my country, but with such low prices I took the risk. As if that wasn't enough they also pay the additional costs (VAT it's called in English?). I measured myself before ordering, so the dress fit perfectly. I will definitely order here again!
My order was delayed for a long time. When I asked them to honor a coupon code since the order was weeks late they said maybe you can use it next time, meanwhile I still haven't even gotten my first order. Really poor business practice. Every company I've ever ordered from honors a price change within a short period, especially when they delay your order as a courtesy. Should've been more diligent in reading reviews and the better business bureau even has bad reviews and now I know why. Could honoring a coupon really be worth losing a customer who hasn't even received their order yet? I guess so.

My coworker, who is my very good friend and a reason of envy because of her petite figure, has been ordering stuff from this site for a long time. Coats, jewelries, dresses-everything! I am more on the heavier end of scale, and buying stuff online freaks me out! I have a hard time buying dresses that fit- it's either too loose, or too tight! On her insistence I decided to make the leap, and ordered a beautiful Blue Lacey Dress. I was skeptical about the size, so called up the Help Desk, and contrary to my expectations, they were very helpful! They suggested I go for size L, and I did. After 3 weeks, voila! I bought a floral kimono from she inside and I'm very happy with my purchase. It was incredibly cheap, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but at the same time I figured I wasn't losing much if things didn't turn out well. However after two months it has shown no signs of wear and tear and I have worn it A LOT. Perhaps a little too much... It's soft, and the design is exactly like the picture.
It shipped on time as well, which was surprising to me. Even legitimate discount places usually take FOREVER to ship to you, which is understandable, but still a pain.

Twice now I've had issues with their delivery. The first package I ordered was lost and I did not get a refund for it because they were adamant that I got the package. I did not get that package. The second package I did receive. But the third package was returned to sender because I did not provide proper delivery information. How is that possible? My second package was delivered without issue. What more do you want? Do you need a google map picture?

After seeing so many horrendous reviews, especially in this year, I'm disgusted but not surprised. Shein was always a crapshoot site but I did order from them before and didn't have the complications I'm having now. Things are beyond late, refunds aren't coming in on time on my card, their customer service is nonexistent and they are just all out fraudulent now. Once they switched to having different seller companies sell on their site, things are WAY more complicating and nothing is getting delivered, no service is being guided and I've decided to file a lawsuit against the company, while checking their entire background. Do NOT order from here.

My overall experience was okay i got the products in a good time frame but the one thing i absolutely can't get over is the fabric of the dresses. Its heavy, really see through, and its hot. One of the dresses I bought the fabric said cotton but that thing feels like extra stretchy spandex. Good thing I only sent $25, I want dot get some shirts but I don't think I'm gonna like th fabric it comes in, so this is my first and last time buying from here. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
