After placing my order on 07-04-2017 11:52:37 I am still waiting for the delivery, I get and understand that my delivery is international, however, I have ordered items from China and it never took this long. I just want a refund. I can't deal with this company anymore.
As a follow up to my previous review, I have still not received my package from this company. They said it is shipped but when I go into the system for tracking there is no tracking number. Also no one is responding to any of my multiple emails.

I love how this site is affordable BUT size up in almost everything. I'm 5 ft tall and 100 pounds and have been a size small my hole life. Every single top I ordered in a small is way to tight, and every single pj pant with the elastic are way too tight. Like super uncomfortable tight. I am disappointed. Yes, their stuff is cute and cheap but size up if you're ordering anything!

I received free shipping that was the deal for SheIn"s black Friday/cyber Monday sale. Everything is still the same price. The deals are the same B's coupons you get regularly! The sales are the same ones the usually have but they're marketing it like you'll get big savings. This is an outright lie. You get the same savings regardless most of the time and this is not worth waiting for. If I would have known that SheIn just lied about the "Big Deals" they have going on I would have shopped elsewhere and will be doing so in the future. Shein's "sales" are a joke.

I go to this site to look for unique items to fill my wardrobe. Yes, the shipping takes longer than expected, but well worth it. If you are concerned about fit and how it will actually look, read the review and see the pictures of that item. That is how I normally order. If it doesn't have a review, or even pictures of real people wearing it, I do not buy. People are so fast to judge this website. But all in all, they do not take the extra 2 minutes to read the reviews of an item they wish to purchase!

I never buy from shein because I know what I'm getting myself into in reference to their cheap material, but I decided to give it a try with something simple like their sunglasses. When they arrived I found it in a good quality case with a wipe for them. Overall, the quality is obviously cheap but it looked exactly like the picture and it works as a good accessory!
I placed an order they split the order into 3 packages, 2 have shipped and I'm trying to change the one still processing but they tagged it to one of the ones that shipped already and now I can't get past the bot to speak with someone about it. It's so frustrating.
The customer was contacted and the issue was fully resolved to the customers satisfaction.
It may take longer to receive orders but the prices make it totally worth it. Also, ALWAYS read the reviews on the item you want to purchase because the sizing may be off and other buyer's reviews may help you to make the right choice so you don't have to send anything back. Lastly, I had a package that remained as "processing" for over the normal time it usually is. I emailed them about it and they responded within a few hours and had things squared away. Great customer service!
Cannot give an accurate rating due to the fact that I haven't received my items yet! I never got an email to confirm the purchase or anything about shipping. I need to have this dress by this weekend for an event that I'm going to. If someone, anyone, could tell me where to track my package or if it has even been shipped, that would be great. I ordered everything on 02/12/16. I get it that it has only been ten days but I should have been updated with what is happening with my purchase.

Its been 10 days since i have placed my order and I haven't received my package till now. I heard from my friends that we will receive our package before the estimated time but i am waiting for my package. I have been seeing the tracking ID and it still shows the updates from March 30 and today is April 6.

They sent my package back to the shipper and didn't alert me. I had been waiting for over a month and they just left me to wonder where the package was. I am not going to receive my package or the refund for the package that they never gave me. There is very little you can do to contact them and it is really frustrating trying to communicate with their customer service. When I was finally able to send my complaint they said that they took it back because no one was there to pick it up, but I live in an apartment building and the concierge always sign for your packages. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I am very displeased with my experience. I ordered one item from this company in may and found out my package was lost in August. After searching their website for an absurd amount of time, I finally found an automatic chat window. The chat was unable to satisfy my needs, so I was forwarded to a representative email. I was given an email to make contact with their shipping provider whom advised that my package was lost. When I showed shein customer service the screenshot confirming my package missing, I was advised that the only return they could provide me with was a dollar amount on their website and this was due to my visa card information being updated. I Did not wish to order their product again with the unlikely chance of even receiving anything and the endless hoops they make you jump through. I truly hope that if others choose to work with this company, their experience is much better than my own. They only get one star from me for existing

Oh! What a fantastic collection of magnificent products it possess. There are a lot of products of various kinds. They have astonishing design, excellent style and advanced quality.The dresses are very fantastic and comfortable to wear. I bought a winter jacket which was fabulous. The leather products and the jewellery are also amazing. I will keep buying from this online market.
I have been a loyal customer for years, and they suddenly started scamming me. They don't allow live chat anymore, and there is no way to get refund. I tried ticket repeatedly and just get the same bot messages that refuse to help or else they just close the ticket with no help. I am going to have to do chargeback and never shop here again. They will also be reported to the FTC. Very disappointing that customer service is suddenly non-existent after I was sent an entire order of wrong sizes.
This site is a scam. They sent me a notification that the item I already paid for is out of stock and to exchange it for another item. I selected another item. But they gave me a completely different item than what I selected in my order. Instead of helping me get this fixed; they suddenly made false accusations against me that I was trying to commit fraud against them(with no proof or any explanation). And they said because of that, they banned my account and can't help. This is illegal and I will be starting a lawsuit, if this is not fixed. This site is pure evil. Wanting a site glitch fixed is not fraud. It is their job to provide what I ordered.
I cannot get in touch with anyone. Pressing live chat does not work, and I cannot find an email address. My concern is not listed under any topics, so I need to speak to someone. I placed orders several weeks ago. No confirmation sent and now my orders are not listed under my accounts. However, they charged me right away. I will not order anything from this company ever again. Is my only option is to contact the credit card company and dispute the charge since so difficult to contact Shein?

Every time I have an issue Shein staff always emails me back within the day. I've used other apps before and Sheins customer service is the best yet. They are always willing to make their customers happy.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
