Ok, first if all I say how much fun it is to look through this site as they have so many items I'd love to buy. This has to be one of the best sites for everyday clothes. Great prices and fashionable items. Perfect combination! I bought the Grey Striped Tassel Cardigan Sweater - and absolutely love it! The sizing is not overly generous - but with this item you can wear in a few different ways, so that's not a problem.
I've worn over jeans and leggings - both a really different look. Each time people have complimented my outfit! What a bonus! Especially considering I hadn't paid so much to by the sweater (less than $30).

I brought mine in a size bigger than I usually would because I knew that this skirt would be kind of on the shorter side. So instead of my regular size medium, I brought a large; it's a decent length (I wear a pair of shorts underneath all my skirts anyway), but the downside is that the waist is a little big, but that isn't a major problem if a shirt is tucked into it. Great quality too, as it isn't flimsy or see through, which is something that can happen with white bottoms. All in all, I'm very pleased!

What I like most about sheinside.com is the price / quality ratio. You get pretty good quality for a low price. And by quality I don't mean only their clothing. But their customer service too. I emailed them, because I had a question about sizes etc.
After a while I received a very nice response.
So yes this is a website I order more from, I even told all my friends about this website and earned 10% on what they bought. That's pretty awesome!

I took a chance to order online again after potentially being scammed by another online clothing store called Geodolly. I ordered swimsuit, underwear, jewelry, wallet and fitness belt from Shein on 7 January 2023 and received it all today, 11 days later! I may have misjudged myself with the swimsuit and bra size but otherwise I'm surprisingly Impressed with Shein's prompt and traceable services. I have been waiting for my delivery to be shipped. Tracking the package is nice but it was supposed to be sent out on 11/6 and now four days later it has still not been moving. I was expecting 6-10 day delivery and I am not confident that I will receive my clothes by then. I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received a confirmation email, shipping email, or tracking number let alone my package! I have been waiting now for three weeks for three long sleeve sweaters. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have never ordered and just went to the nearest mall. I am so annoying and at this point don't even want them anymore. I had ordered and even put a rush on delivery and still nothing, these were for an event that has now come and gone. Thanks shein. So not only did I waste 60 dollars for clothes I wont see until summer, I also had to go spend more money to make up for your terrible time.
I haven't even seen the clothes yet and I know I will never order from this company again.

Most of the time, I love the items from the site. I usually by about 5-10 items at a time. Their prices cannot be beat. I can usually depend on at least one item in the order looking nothing like what was advertised, but the prices are good enough that I don't view it as a loss. On the flip side, there's usually also at least one item that is way better quality than what I expected for the price.
Placed 2 orders with this company. The clothes look really cute onlin, but the actual quality it not up to par. I ordered a couple of long sweaters, the barely came to my waist and were paper thin. The picture showed them both to be close the knee and I am only 5"2. I contacted the company via live chat and got Christian 2x who offered less than desirable service. It also said free shipping and I was charged supposedly they are crediting upon my return which they have. No credit to my pay pal as of yet. Waiting 6 days now since they have had it. I just hate that they have really cute stuff great pricing but crappy clothing. Sizes run small order next size up for better fit.

Hello, i'm writing here after my girlfriend bought an item from this shop.
At first i was skeptical about web shopping since. You know how much a pain and regret is after you get your products.
Well this time was different. She ordered it, the order cam in maximum 4 days in a nice package.
The item she bought is: Grey Hooded Long Sleeve Tiger Print Sweatshirt (actually she kept bugging to add the name of the item). The fabric is as they say: cotton and the quality - price ratio is very fair.
So, yes. She is happy. The hoodie fits her personality and it's a fit since i like tigers too.
Overall i rate it 5/5 for quality, shipping time and honesty about their product.
P. S: it would be even nicer if the shop had more animal or white tigers imprints too.
Most of the items my daughter ordered were too large. One item sent she didn't even order. Return policy says swimsuits are not returnable so I'm stuck with them. Took forever to find a customer service phone number that went directly to voicemail. Tried using the chat function and it's just a bot so all I got was run around the computer loop. BUYER BEWARE! Received a jumpsuit that was completely covered in dog/cat fur. Contacted Shein who offered to credit me 100 points towards my next purchase which is equal to $1.00! Apparently, if you don't immediately take a picture of your item, they won't do anything else. Never saw this is their policy. I spend $100-$500 every few months and will not order from them again in the near future. Scabies is a real thing and obviously Shein does not properly inspect or sanitize their returned items and immediately just resells them.

I purchased items of $400 using afterpay but when I received the items half of the items like mens shirts, purses and shoes were not made with good materials so I returned them with 2 return labels. The small package was refunded through afterpay but the large package has not been refunded. I have written to both Shein and afterpay but all proved futile. Moreover, afterpay is about to bill my account. Please, be warned of Shein they're not truthful and it's difficult to get anyone to resolve your issues if you get one. Most of their items are inferior. Made with cheap materials.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
