I figured I needed to wear at least one ultra cute outfit before Labor Day. So I ordered this one and got it within just a couple days. It fit perfect and the material makes me feel comfortable washing it without issue.
I think I was able to get the right size because the website is so detailed with measurements for each piece of clothing. I wish more websites would do that because it makes it so I don't have to return things.

Honestly, I've shopped at many online stores and this is the absolute worst. I purchase a sweatshirt, kimono, a red dress, a sweater and a jacket. Everything either came faulty or didn't come. My sweatshirt didn't come! Instead I was sent this potato sack like jacket. The dress came with stitches everywhere, I was confused to if I were wearing it inside out or not. My sweater came broken, the straps were hanging on by a piece of wool! And worst of off my kimono came in a huge size even though I ordered a small. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to send it back with ME paying for my own shipping? This had been a horrible experience and I'm never purchasing here again.

Love Sheinside. Always order from here, they deliver on time, the clothing is pretty cheap, the quality could be better but if you don't want to pay a lot, then this is the way to go, on top of that they have a huge selection.
Shein customer service said they would refund me for return shipping of an item not as described - they did not. They instead blocked me from contacting them on their website. Lucky I used PayPal and PayPal sorted it.

I ordered a jumper which arrived on time. I liked it but it was too small, I made several attempts to submit a returns ticket and after expressing disappointment on Sitejabber the company emailed me, sent a returns label and credited back my money so Im happy with the final resolution.

I bought a bunch of reproduction of oil paintings, but what I received was a printing on a fabric like canvas not a real canvas. All you are buying is simplely a picture not a reproduction of an oil painting. Please do not trust the rating, they are total lies. I rated the products as one star but the Shein automatically made it a 5 star. These are significantly deceptive people you should shop with extreme caution. I am returning everything they have sent. Now can't tell you how much of a lie is the return policy, not yet.

I previously wrote a bad review about the shipping process with SheIn. However, things have changed and their customer service department was very nice to my concerns. They gave me a refund and wanted to make sure I was all in all happy. Thumbs up for customer service.
We placed an order, they confirmed, not they come up with hidden costs (import duties) that were never mentioned on the order confirmation. - This is fraud, it's illegal to add costs after an order was confirmed.

NEVER, I repeat, NEVER buy from this company! They also sell on Amazon. Horrible customer service! Horrible material... 2 months to receive product, then give you 2 days to return (includes trying to contact them). Trust in the negative reviews. Positive reviews may very well be from them!

But many a times I had very bad experiences from some websites some times it is product quality or some times it is delivery issue. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
