I received my package today so this review will be my overall thoughts on this company.
I'll start with the good. The clothing is different but also trendy. There are many beautiful pieces that cannot be found in regular American retail stores and also includes pieces that are often featured on fashion bloggers for a much more affordable price. The general price point overall is fair, ranging from $10 to over $100. The quality is better than I expected and true to size (for me, I wear an XS). Keep in mind this company is based in Asia though so perhaps some sizes are tailored towards Asian body frames (generally a bit smaller) for those who need help deciding on sizes. I saw several comments below complaining about the sizes.
Okay, now the not so good...
First off, the false advertising of discounts. I don't know how legit that is but on the website, I was a first time buyer. I received an email with a code for 40% - tried that and it did not go through. Again, I tried the codes listed on the website and that did not go through either. It's not the best way to attract customers with fake discounts. If anything, that will cause your company to lose potential customers because they feel scammed (as shown by other comments below.)
Next, the shipping and tracking process...
I placed my order on 8/12 and received it today. So in total, that is 12 days which I consider reasonable since it's shipping from overseas. However, in the future, I think the tracking system needs alot of work. For the first week or so, I had no idea where it was and had to contact customer service on here and via the chat box on the website for them to find out for me.
I understand it's shipping worldwide and there must be many orders but the tracking and delivery process needs to be improved. Especially with other competitors like Chic Wish, which I ordered two items from around the same time and each one got delivered separately with organized tracking before my package today. If you can take away the false advertisements of discounts and work on the tracking part, your company will be five stars.

Every woman likes that pleated cloth: the perfect ones are found at Sheinside.com. Nowadays with online purchases, the cloth shown on this platform is ideal for your purchase. I have specific dates I go online and I have specific cloths I would want to buy at a particular time. This time round was aiming at a knee length dress and the Black Long Sleeve Backless Scalloped Dress was a cloth I will not by pass. With this cloth available in the online store, the next thing for me was to add it to the cart. I remember I almost clicked the wishlist button. There was nothing to wait for except purchasing it.
The backless Scalloped dress is plain black. Its long sleeve matches its length. When I received it, I decided to go back to the website and see whether they shipped exactly what is described. I realized that the dress description was exact. The price was exact. The only thing which was not exact was the delivery and shipping time. Perhaps I will have to associate this with logistics, which are beyond Sheinside's control. This site is a real lure. The prices and the cloths designs will make you want to wake up and stay at the website the whole day buying clothes and accessories. I will urge every lady to control their buying from Sheinside otherwise the site has everything a woman wants and one might end up buying everything.
I have shopped online across a number of websites and Sheinside.com seems exceptional. The management of this site seemed to have prepared well before developing an online shop because the site always has fresh products. I have never seen preorder services onsite but I believe that designers and makers of women clothes know the industry. I love it when I find a challenging dress that looks nice and smart, which I have not worn before and which seems affordable.
SHEIN robbed me $150 on a package I didn't receive. I did what they told me to do, andstill nothing.

Build Quality is AMAZING. The thick woollen polyester build is perfect for the cold, windy and even rainy weather. I feel safe and warm putting my coat on for the outside. If it gets wet it dries in a fairly short amount of time depending on how heavy the rain is. It works good in snow as well. I get lots of compliments from my friends and my mum was jealous of it. When she first saw me wear it she was like "Awww that's so adorable, where did you get it? How much was it?" I told her about Shelnside and now she just ordered one too! I haven't worn it for nights out but I think its more of a day coat and its perfect and fashionable with any wardrobe. If feels heavy but comfy, like the woolen heavy that you know is sturdy and well woven yet heavy enough to keep you warm. The hood is warm and cosy too. I paid a pretty fantastic price for the coat as I paid a reduced price of $49.90 instead of $59.02. This only heightened my temptation for the coat and I battled with myself over a few similar products on their website. The photos under the links really help you to get a sense of the styles that the coats can portray and bring out of you.
The customer service was brilliant, I wasnt sure considering I did my research and theres a few that complain about "sold out" But I disagree completely. The service is fantastic and I had no complaints whatsoever. Once I ordered the coat it took about 2 days to process the payment and package the clothing. I had it shipped on the 3rd day and it arrived in less than 7 days from my order. So if anyone has any reservations. I am here to say trust them and you are guaranteed some fantastically crafted clothing.
If I can critique them it would have to be... well actually I cant think of anything.

This app is easy to use and has cheap clothes. Although their customer service is very polite, they are far from accommodating. They sent out a delivery to my home in atlanta and when i get the notification from USPS saying its undelivered, they notify me to contact the sender. When I talked to the representative from Shein, they said that I need to coordinate it with USPS?! How am i supposed to work on that? They are basically throwing me back and forth with no solution. How come domestic delivery could be this troublesome? And why can't shein just put the label on the package to tell them to let the customer to pick up if something is wrong with the address? (which is not the case here, i have ordered countless things online and never had any problem until i ordered stuff from shein). It's a lot easier and makes more sense. They should have overseeing the delivery as well since the customer has no control over it in any way. I have seen a lot of people have the same complaint, at this point, I would have changed the courier if I were them. A little more background into the delivery: by oct 15th it says it was delivered at the front desk, i asked the front desk, there was no usps guy the whole day and I know these people really well so I know they weren't lying, and then 5 mins later it says that i was undelivered. Next day, on oct 16th, they said they made an attempt. It was a complete lie! Because I didnt hear any knock, no notification from the mail room, nor from the front desk. The customer service refused to take care of it in the beginning until I told them to stop being unprofessional and deal with the post office, NOT ME who didnt do anything wrong. They might put the wrong address as far as i know

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
