This is the WORST online retailer I have ever bought from. Order placed on 11/22/2014, it is 12/16/2014 and it still has not shipped; however, they took my money right away. There is no phone number for Customer Service, just some on line bot that is useless. I have contacted them on the on line bot multiple times and every time I am assured that my order will ship in 3-4 days…. Now they can't even assure me I will have it in time for Christmas. Now I have to explain to my daughter why she has no Christmas presents, oh and I can't go buy her something else because they TOOK my money! This company is a scam and needs to be shut down!

After reading some reviews I got shocked! Why they posted negative feedback I just can't understand. I ordered "Blue Triangle Gemstone Chain Necklace" for my younger sister and they sent more than I wanted. Price was so good and highly qualitative product. My sister is so happy by taking this Necklace. Thank you SheInside for your great help. Definitely I will purchase more from you :)

Let me start of by saying how $#*!ing unprofessional and disgusting this company is. I ordered my items a week about on dec 5 and still now haven't received a tracking number. I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING in hopes that my items would get here by my birthday on the 19th. I emailed them today regarding my order asking when it would come. They replied saying ohh sorry, it would not be arriving by my birthday on the 19th. Some lame excuses that one of my dresses was out of stock and that was the reason for the delay. Funny thing is my friends also purchased dresses for my birthday event A WEEK EARLIER THEN ME but they haven't received any notice neither. Im so beyond frustrated. All i want now is my refund. I have email confirmation and paypal confirmation that they received my payment so THEY BETTER SEND MY ITEMS BY THE 23RD OR MY REFUND ASAP.
The only reason Im giving them one star is because i cant give them a zero for their poor services. I will be blogging about this so no other women gets ripped off by this company.

I am a regular online shopper and had a very great experience with sheinside.com. This was my 10th order from sheinside and I am so much satisfied with their products, service, support, timeline everything.

I bought the Retro White Contrast Long Sleep Polka Dot Shirt that I love so much. I can dress it up and dress it down for any occasion. It was me and my wife's 5th anniversary and I bought her the Black Sleeveless Crochet Lace Dress that was on sale on the site. Being a bit of a fashion geek myself I thought that the design and style would suit her elegant petite figure, I was right. I think she looks really sexy in it(and I think she thinks so too). The shipment came exactly when it said it would, not a day later(if it had of I wouldn't of had such a fantastic anniversary). I recommend this particular item to anyone who wants to really please their wife!

I ordered the Black Contrast White Long Sleeve Loose Sweater and got it in a reasonable amount of time. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but I assume they are competitors trying to give SheInside.com a bad name. So my review of the sweater is great and the overall experience was really good. I would order again... and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my sweater!

DO NOT order from this site. Yes the clothes are a great price but quality is below average. Not to mention I have yet to receive a dress I ordered on October 30,2014. I've spoken with two representatives from this company via online chat and saved both conversations. Both told me my order would be shipped within 2-4 days. Still nothing. I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family and anyone on social media to not waste your time with this company. There are plenty of other companies who have better quality clothes for the same price and who ship in reasonable times. Such as Wish.

I ordered this what looked to be a really cute off the shoulder sweater. It was the worst knitting job I have seen, The edges were all sewn with white very visable elestic, I tried to cut it off but it made the sweater come apart. I ordered from a co in china before and got the same very very low quality clothing. If you love clothes do NOT BUY FROM HERE> if you are looking for a cheap cheap version of style, yes, it does deserve one star. I asked my daughter before my order cam if she thought they pay people to give good reviews and she said probably yes, after she saw the product.! Very disappointed, I should have followed my first instinct.

I ended up making a few purchases and got myself a full set. I got an amazing leather belt thatlooks gorgeous with the denim jeans I got. I gotta admit these might be the most comfortable jeans I've ever gotten, I was a bit sketchy about ordering jeans in that other websites sent me the wrong size but not this site. I ordered my item 2 weeks ago, and it hasn't even been shipped. I'm so annoyed, I really liked the products on the site but after seeing how poor the shipping process is i am definitely staying away until its improved upon. I actually wanted to buy some more things but I'm not going to anymore because i might never get it. First and last time I'm using this site.

As a shopping addict on a tight budget, I am grateful for stores like SheInside. I can't account for the differences between my experience with the store and other people reviewing on here—but I've been buying my clothes from them for quite a while now and will keep doing so. I like that they have a large selection and that their merchandise is affordable. I placed my order recently for an outfit for my work's Christmas party and I'm excited that I could afford something that looks nice and that I know will fit me comfortably. I'm bummed that other shoppers on here didn't have the most stellar experience ‘cause I really do love my clothes from SheInside.

Buyers beware. This company is located in China. Shipping is very very very slow. When they say on their website that it might take 28 days believe them. I have recently placed an order where it is suppose to ship in 3-5 days. After the site charged my credit card and waited for more than 2 weeks for the shipment nothing arrived. I finally contacted them via on line chat and found out even after they charged my card for more than 2 weeks they are still processing my order (which by the way they informed me some of the item I order were not in stock). Despite that they still charged me for items they don't even have in stock! This site's conduct is fraud like. I rarely write a review about website but feel compelled to share my recent experience. I am now fighting to get my money back! (I placed the order the day after Thanksgiving, it's now Dec 14. I am out almost $100 and never received anything.)
