THANKFULLY, I didn't order tons of tops as I know based on the price range, the fabric or fit would probably be poor quality or start pilling. Here's what I got:
2 Corduroy Pants: It was thin but not a bad thing as now I can wear them in the summer. The hardware was flimsy and an ugly silver but no one sees it but me.
One Tank: Didn't realize it had ribbing and didn't realize it was a tie-back one so it came all wrinkle. Material was bad.
1 Men's T-Shirt: It's a stretchy solid material as opposed to a soft 100% cotton tee.
Sunglasses: Surprisingly good quality, but the case it came with was cheap and ugly (which is fine).
Hat: Hat also good quality.
The returns are expensive and from what I know, they shipped from overseas and would put the responsibility of YOU to pay for the insurance of the package. Anybody who complains about the quality of the items isn't being reasonable, in my opinion. The website sells clothing for very low prices and the fact that they provide promos and discount codes, tells you that the clothing can go for even cheaper. There was nowhere that I could've found a pair of corduroy pants for $13, maybe except a thrift shop so this website is great for people who aren't looking for pricey staple pieces.
The shopping experience is good, a lot of variety of items, love the fact that you can sort reviews by users who upload images, but it's a HIT OR MISS scenario. For some reason, their website shows two identical orders of mine but one was cancelled. One of my pants was shipped separately with only a notification email. There was no tracking and that pants was missing in the order invoice on the website. Had I not gotten an email confirmation about these pants, I don't think there was any more proof that I actually ordered them. I got my package in a very timely manner (within 7 days) so no complaints there but I don't think I'd order from this website again.

While I did receive my package, I have yet to open it. Because of that, I can't say for sure of the quality of the items. However, I notice their order processing is confusing. This is my first time ordering and for some reason, there's two of the same orders. First one was cancelled saying it was unpaid using a much bigger discount promo (with total being $56) while the second order processed with the same items with the total being $61. Second order sends me an email telling me the pair of pants I bought will be shipped separately.
There is NO indication of the pants in my second order. It just disappeared. There's no record of it on the website but only my confirmation email told me it's being shipped separately. This is incredibly misleading and not intuitive at all. In fact, it's confusing and makes me feel like I'm about to get scammed over a $16 pair of pants. I attached two images. The screenshot of the email showing the missing pair of pants from my order, and a screenshot of my invoice via Shein's website excluding those said pants. Oh, not only that but they expect you to pay $2.99 to receive your items safely instead of them being responsible for it. God forbid you uncheck that $2.99 "insurance". This is the first and last time I'm order from this website. It's unfortunate that their inventory stocks really cool stuff... at least in the product images.

I spent around £50 ($80 odd) and out of curiosity did a little research (after I'd purchased stuff - stupid me) and found all these bad reviews, instantly scared me, so I'm like oops. This was on a Tuesday, I email them ON that Tuesday like, sorry I want to cancel my order bla bla. They didn't reply by the end of the week so I phone PayPal (I don't have an account but I payed as a guest so it's still their site) and I'm like right this is my situation what do I do, I'm told to phone back next week, give them 7 days to do something about it or I can open a dispute. So a week later is today, I still hadn't had a response from them and I was planning on calling PayPal later in the day - what are the chances, I get an email from 'Jacqueline' at sheinside, telling me, oh we are sorry you want to cancel, how about an exchange, a gift card for $100 or a refund of $84.23 (or whatever it was) and the email ends with 'pls confirm:-)'
First off, I want to cancel my order, I don't want to be bribed into something else, when I have already waited a week to hear back at all. Secondly, why offer me an $100 gift card when I only spent $80? That doesn't make sense to me at all - bribery.
The email was totally unprofessional, badly typed and frankly quite annoying.
So I email back like no, I want a refund of the full amount of '$.'
But if it's taken them this long to reply I'm not waiting, so I phoned PayPal and got a dispute opened for the seller being uncooperative.
I'm not taking any chances with the amount of bad reviews I've seen about this site. Apparently the take other sites photos without permission and the garments don't even look the same in person as on the website, rubbish quality and they take AGES to arrive.
While I was waiting on a reply I got THREE emails offering me 15% off! 'this code is specific to your email' - again, bribery.
I advise everyone NOT to buy anything from this site if you don't want hassle.
In the future I'll be looking up reviews on websites before I order from them.

They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered my items three weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I talked to a customer service rep, Lyle, through livechat and she just left the conversation without assisting me. So I restarted the chat with a rep with the account name David, and told him what just happened, then he literally just said, "sorry, internet dropped". It was so unprofessional. If that was the case, Lyle could've restarted the chat with me, but she chose not to. So all David did for me was basically tell me to wait because it'll take another month. In total, two months. It felt more like they were going to keep dragging out my order and eventually I probably wouldn't receive anything. So I left the conversation and rated it poorly because I did not find it helpful. So this David guy, restarted the conversation and felt the need to ask why I left him a bad rating and demanded that I left him a good rating and proceeded to say that I'm rude. He asked me not once, but three times why I left him a bad rating. His chat window kept popping up when I tried to end the conversation. It was unnecessary and unprofessional so I asked for a refund. I will never shop from sheinside again and I will let all my friends and family know about their bad customer service and what scammers they are.
Edit: Btw, last week, I received an email from them with a few points that I could use to spend on my next order and it would need to be used within 15 days. Another way for them to scam their customers. That's the compensation they give you for not shipping your items for almost a month. What a joke.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
