Bad customer service never recieved and item then they acted like i was lieing they wanted to prosecute me.
I bought a beautiful pair of boots, but they were too big. I never used them, just tried them on. They were in perfect condition, but the wrong size for me. They were listed as eligible for return, so I returned them. Without opening the package, Shein sent them back to me marked as "return to sender". So, I contacted customer service and a week later, they mailed me a "new" return label, with the same WRONG address on it. I told customer service this was the same wrong address, but he insisted it was correct. So, a week later the boots were returned to me AGAIN.
Finally, I was given a third return address. I paid $32.00 for the postage because Shein would not send me a label.
AND GUESS WHAT? THE BOOTS ARE BACK ON MY F&CKING DOORSTEP
Honestly, I see the same exact sh*t being sold on Amazon. Even though it's more expensive on Amazon, I will NEVER buy from SHEIN EVER AGAIN because this return debacle has now cost me over $100 in postage and return fees and I still don't have my refund and am now stuck with boots that don't fit me.
Hoping I can sell them on Ebay or Mercari and get my money back that way.
But, Shein has left me in tears with this frustration.

I ordered on 16/11 and got confirmation email. After a week, i got no responds from them so i emailed them for an update. They replied me "the best-seller is also easily to be in short supply, the factory needs custom-make a batch.". Alright. I wait! After another week, i got no updates again and i wrote them to ship out anything on their hands first as i am from Hong Kong that it takes only 1 day to reach me. ( i'd asked first if they were shipping from China and they said so.)
1/12 Dana said she will ship out to me in that day, but she didnt. So i wrote again for only a tracking number as they already mentioned of all the items is well prepared and only waiting for courier to go pick up. The next day, as i expected, no tracking, nothing.
They kept lying and delaying till 7/12 to ship out and i just got it today!
The moment when i saw the parcel, i just spoke out " I cant believe what i am seeing right now!" I spent US$252 for 6 items and they wrap them like shxt!
Well alright, i bought the clothes, not the packing. When my boyfriend was opening for me. I was just so upset ad mad. My eyes got cheated from the website. All the colors are so bad. I had never done an online shopping made me feel mad. The quality is so low which i could spend 10 buck for each to have them from a street! The most expensive is the Beige Detachable Fur Collar Vest Wide Lapel Zipper Coat, the color is pink, not beige! It look extremely low class which i will not wear for sure. Black High Waist Striped Skirt material is so hard like thats a fake skirt. Others are rubbish...
I always do online shopping from Mango, and shop in H&M. I dont think i have too high expectation or standard on clothes. This is my first time to put my new closthes all together into an old plastic bag, treating them like as rubbish!

The overall website is cute. Nice clothes, cheap, and just overall kind of like 2 steps above Forever21. BUT Customer Service doesn't have a phone number? I have to submit a "ticket" and wait an entire day for someone to get back to me. That is ridiculous. Id rather be put on hold and wait to speak to a HUMAN than wait for an email. Now w the shipping, okay in my case there was a "snowstorm" that was holding my package, but on 1/23 I got an email that my order said "shipped". For a full week it said shipped and when i check the tracking it did even leave the warehouse. Now Shein, Do Not mark the item shipped if it never left your damn place. OR since you're soooo into F-ucking emails, SEND YOUR CUSTOMER AN EMAIL ABOUT WHAT S GOING ON. It's a Huge inconvenience to let your customer know that the tem has been shipped and nothing has really been shipped. IT SHOULD SAY SHIPPING LABEL MADE. Also snowstorms don't mean $#*! to NY, we work and do what we have to do, rain or shine, snow or BLIZZARD. So get off your $#*! and walk to the post office to send everyone's orders if you have to.

PROBLEM #1. SPEEDX the delivery "company" SHEIN uses is the most incompetent careless service ever! I don't understand why SHEIN uses then KNOWING they are a mess! They do not deliver your package properly instead DUMP your PAID MERCHANDISE in the lobby and of course it goes missing! SHEIN does not want to take accountability for this PROBLEM neither does SPEEDX! So ee as customers lose our money!
PROBLEM #2. When contacting customer service 9 out of 10 you get a who wants to talk to a robot?! If you're lucky to get an agent and you explain this, they are not able to make any decisions even if you're 100% right so they forward your complaint to a robot that does nothing either (in the case of the incorrect delivery thus stolen package SHEIN says that it is the carriers responsibility but the carrier is not taking responsibility for it!) I believe it is SHEIN'S duty to correct mistakes! They are accountable! They are passing the bucket! Instead the carrier says to check Security in the building suppose building doesn't have security why can't they just call the customer to advise of package arriving or just knock on the door what is the problem if they feel uncomfortable knocking on customers doors then they shouldn't have this job! They should NEVER leave customers PAID MERCHANDISE to get lost!
These are the two Big problems I've encountered with SHEIN. I happen to like their products but if they can't get their delivery process together where we actually receive our merchandise I'm going to have to stop ordering from them.

My first time EVER ordering from Shein on Nov 15 2021 and paid for the shipping that guaranteed arrival Nov 25 the latest for a trip I was taking on Nov 27. I called on the 20th of Nov to ask what was the issue as to why my order is nowhere to be found. Nobody had any information. Finally on Nov 24th they email me that it will arrive Dec 1st. I told them to cancel my order as I no longer want or need it because obviously I can't do anything with the order AFTER my trip. They refused to cancel so I contacted the shippers and had them return to Shein. On Dec 6 they emailed my my refund would be here by Dec 14th the lastest. It is now Dec 19th 2021 and I have NOT received my refund and obviously no clothes. I've contacted Shein on more than several occasions to the point where their representative Levi blocked my account from being able to contact Shein altogether so I had to use my second email address to contact them and complain about that as well. The moment I asked for a contact rep from their legal department so that my lawyers may reach out to them, that is when all of a sudden Shein put a senior representative on the case to investigate. Again today is Dec 19 2021 and I still have not received my refund of over $140+ from an order place on Nov 15 2021. My first and last time EVER using Shein.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
