If you are interested in never receiving your packages, do consider buying from SheIN. They will guarantee you frustration with plenty of excuses. Starting off with the delivery company they use first saying "package was undeliverable due to safety of package missing"... then you wait. And wait... and wait for them to say you need to take up the dispute with SheIN. Who turns around and says file a complaint online because they inconveniently have no customer service phone number or online chat to handle disputes. Once you file, you must have photo proof that you never received the package... so I took photos of my empty front porch. They referred me back to ONTRAC delivery service who finally say "we will check on this for you". After much anticipation, they say the package was delivered. NOT! So I reach out to SheIN who says "Oopsy! Sorry, Not Sorry! You have exceed your 30 day dispute deadline. Thank you for shopping with us and shop some more." Me being the idiot for abuse that I am, I tried 4 more times. To which they nice enough to take my money and provide ZERO product using the same scam methods of check with ONTRAC, file with ONTRAC, file with SheIN, show proof it wasn't delivered, Sorry, Not Sorry 30 days dispute period ran out.
Unless you enjoy picking out NOTHING products, paying for NOTHING and Recieving NOTHING, do NOT by from this SCAM! If I could give them a negative 4 star I would. I am surprised they have not been shutdown.
I've had pleasant experiences with SheIn. I do pay close attention to reviews as well as sizing, but overall, my items have been well received.

I have ordered 9 items from Sheinside, out of which one was a coat. Immediately after I paid for them, I decided to read reviews of the site and the things that people posted terrified me. However, I decided not to cancel the order, and go with it. I placed the order on 20th June and received it on 8th July, including the time I had to wait for the products handling. The products are exactly as shown on the webpage, high quality materials, they do not look or feel cheap. I have to stress out the fact that you have to know your MEASUREMENTS, DO NOT order a M just because you usually wear that size. I found clothes that were said to be M, but they had the measurements of an XS or even XL. Moreover, you should be aware that they take 5 to 7 days to handle your products! After these 5-7 days the order is being sent out. Regarding the customer service, they do not speak English very well, but I contacted them in the online chat and they have answered every query of mine (after reading some horrible reviews I had LOTS of them). I honestly do not understand why there are so many bad reviews of this amazing website. This is definitely the first of many orders to come!
We ordered 4 sweaters and the qualities are so bad. They shrink and peel a lot. This would be the last time we will order from SHEIN.

Worst brand and website ever!
I would like to spare everyone ordering on this website! What a disaster!
- At first you think the price is amazingly cheap, but soon (once you receive your order) you realize that it's even expensive for the quality of clothes you get.
- The colors on the website are way different then the colors in real life. Which makes the pictures unrealistic, also according to the fabric and fit.
- Sending in a return product (which you will probably do; see my next points) is a disaster. It takes a lot of waiting time; waiting a week for them to send you a code, print the code, send the package which takes two weeks until you hear from them, then after a month or longer you receive your payback. And then you also need to pay shipping costs for this.
- To get the package delivered took a couple of weeks longer.
- The clothes are not sustainable too, having seen the fabrics they use it's super super super cheap and also of bad quality (the stitching is so badly done). Which means you can wear it a couple of times, wash it and it looks already like an old used item.
- The seize chart on the website is not accurate with their clothing. It's either way to big or way to small.
- Also the prices on the website in euro's where not the prices I payed. It was depending on the currency price of the euro and US dollar, which made me even pay more then the given price on the website. Of course it's almost impossible to do this super accurate. But why need the clients to pay this difference? There was not even any notice about it.
I can go on like this but just don't want to spend more time on this brand.
At the end, why do you think they give you so much discount constantly? Not because they have amazing clothes... the looks on the website are so deceiving!

I made my order on the 30th April, today it's 24th May and I haven't received it yet! It's ridiculous! I chose EXPRESS DELIVERY and on the 10th May I contacted them because they hadn't even sent my package. They told me they were waiting for some items which were out of stock, but if I hadn't asked they wouldn't have told me anything! I told them to send me the items they had and I got a refund for the others. They told me they would immediately ship it but they didn't do it until the 14th May.
I do have a tracking number but I don't know when my parcel will arrive.
On their website, they claim the delivery time takes 3-7 days to Spain and I have been waiting for 25 days and I still don't have my purchase!

Shein is a fraudulent company and all agents lie and scam customers. They end chats and delete messages. I ordered 6 days ago and was asked to provide a screenshot of my bank statement where I paid. I done so and received no info or updates for 4 days until I contacted customer care who told me it was an issue on their end and they would resubmit the order. The next day I got another email asking for a screenshot of my bank details. I did not feel comfortable doing so as I had already sent a clear image. I spoke with customer care who apologised and told me the risk department had confirmed the order and it would be dispatched that evening. I received a message the next day saying my order was cancelled. I wrote to customer care again who said they could refund the money in my wallet I would have it in a couple of hours I told them I did not want a refund they said they would get the oder confirmed closed the chat and deleted messages. I went back into chat to another agent who again lied and said they would cancel the refund and submit my order. Said they done this then said the order was cancelled while we were speaking even tho it was an hour before. I spoke with many people who have never needed to send a phot of bank details to anyone for proof of payment. Shein took my money if though they say thought it was high risk. They now want me to wait another 6 days for a refund for clothes I ordered for vacation. I have bought from them a number of times so not sure why all of a sudden I need to send my bank details but I will never purchase from such a fraudulent company again. Be careful what details you use to buy from shein I feel they are scamming people's bank details

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
