I've ordered from SheIn three times now. The first time, the product was as described but pretty small. That's when I learned YOU HAVE TO GO UP AT LEAST ONE SIZE. I am normally a size 4/6,5"6 and around 130 lbs and I order a large or extra large in everything I buy from this site. The fabric is cheap and so it will always fit tighter. The next order, I had ordered a gray dress and it came in lilac purple. Obviously that was not good, but I didn't mind the color so I kept it. Also read the website reviews before you buy! Sometimes people add pictures with their reviews and you can see how sometimes they don't look the same as the website picture shown. Overall, I haven't found this website to be a scam, it's just pretty poor quality, but you get what you pay for! (Very inexpensive!) If you chose to spend more on better quality, quick shipping and good customer service, then this site isn't for you. I will probably continue ordering though because I like the unique clothing for cheap prices and don't mind the negatives.

I travel for work as an over the road truck driver. I had heard many of fellow drivers brag about their purchases from you. This is why I had come to the decision to make the purchases I did. I am often out driving 3 to 4 months at a time with only a week off.
When I did finally get home to check my post I received ZERO from you. This yesterday. Now I do understand that upon my purchase confirmation I instantly realized I didn't update my address and did so immediately and then emailed you to say as much. The answer I was given gave me the impression that it was my fault and responsibility to reach out to each and every warehouse to let them know. Sorry for your luck. I was not privy to those warehouses and was unable to reach out. I did wonder are you not my go between?! My middle man?! I did reach out several times and even stated the correct address in an email. I have learned a lesson however I now know Shein is worse than wish and temu. It's no wonder Amazon and etsy are powerhouses. I am truly disappointed to to have received such apathy to this issue.

Shein is a China originated company. The clothes are absolutely horrible. The material is made out of some trash plastic. How the clothes look on the models is not how they will look on you. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SERIOUSLY!

Yes, they do email and ask you to change your review. Multiple times. They are an okay company they just need to be more clear on 3 major things:
1. The coupon does not apply to all new customers. It depends on how much $$money you spend and they need to make that clear with the coupon.
2. It takes 3 weeks to receive your order because (I believe) it comes from overseas (but they will never admit that no matter how much you ask or tell them that you think it's coming from Taiwan. Which leads me to,,,
3. Their sizes run SMALL, like for Asian women. American women are typically bigger than Asian women. I am tall and slender and a "one size fits all" cardigan will not even close in the front on me. Cute clothes and products, but just order a size larger than you wear if possible, and make sure you're not in a hurry to receive it! OR better yet, they need to make their clothes larger.
They have cute products. Just remember, if you want Nordstrom quality you will pay alot more. Their clothes work fine for me in general, but you do get what you pay for.

I purchased a necklace that said it shipped within 24 hours. I purchased on 5/1/15 It took about 4 days to say "shipped" on it. I just rechecked the shipping status after purchasing expedited shipping and it is still in China JUST BEING PROCESSED ON THE 13TH (today). I am livid. I sent an email to them about the order the day before it was marked shipped and let them know I needed it by the 20th and if that wouldn't happen I needed to cancel my order. If this necklace is not delivered by the middle of next week then I will be filling with my bank for a reversal of charges. Whoever checks this site and responds, I need a confirmation my order will be here by the 20th. Which is much longer of a time frame I should give since it was supposed to ship with 24 hours. And was under "expedited shipping."

I would never recommend ordering anything from this site. My order was placed and paid on September 30,2014. It's been more than three months and I still have no answer and no clothes. I trusted in this company and i spend more than 200 dolares (221 $) and now i have no clothes or money. I have been in contact with online help from two months ago and they dont give me any answer, They just say be patient and check back in 1-2 days. I ordered pajamas for my daughter's wedding day. They unfortunately were way too big. I also ordered three additional pairs of pajamas for my other daughter to wear on the wedding day. The first pair were too big so I ordered two sizes below. Well, they sent two of the same sizes. When checking out on the Shein website there is no way to verify what you are ordering and confirm that it is the correct sizes hence why I ended up with two of the same size. Trying to get in touch with Shein either by phone, chat or email is impossible. The website is definitely not user friendly. So I guess I am stuck with at least three maybe four pairs of pajamas that will probably end up being donated. If you buy from this company, go in with your eyes wide open knowing you may not get what you ordered and if you think you will need to return something, you probably won't be able to. I learned the aggravation is not worth it so I will just stay far away from this company and never order again. It's a shame there is nobody at this company willing to help their customers. Sticking to Amazon. At least I know I can always get a live person if needed and returns are the easiest. Definitely not the case with Shein. I am staying away. Customers, proceed cautiously.

I wish there is a negative star for this company. I ordered several pieces worth over $190 about 20 days ago and today one representative told me that my parcel is lost in the warehouse. First, I have filed so many tickets regarding shipping of my order. Every time, and I mean every single time, the respond would be "your order will be shipped in two days". After about waiting a week and still see no sign of my parcel being shipped. I filed another ticket today, and ridiculously, they told me that my parcel is lost in warehouse. I am amazed by the working process of this website and how could they lose a customer's parcel in warehouse? I am positive that they will not tell me my parcel is lost if I do not submit a ticket. Also, all representatives of this website are constantly lying to me and giving excuses about not shipping my order. Oh, one of them told me there are some "unpredictable reasons". I have not idea what this means and this whole thing is a f*** joke.

Shein took payment for a order I placed, when I checked orders there was NO order present & NO cancellation but my money was taken, I tried to contact customer service only to be told on live chat they were not available & to do a customer service ticket which I done only to recieve another message saying they would get back to me in 48 hours, my bank cannot help as I paid by debit card & as I do not have proof of the order. How can I have proof when one wasnt even given, Shein was quick enough to take my money though, now its just a waiting game!

I made several purchases over approximately a week. I received some of what I ordered, some of what Shein arbitrarily decided to substitute. After several attempts to contact the company, to no avail, I was left with no choice but to contact the financial institution that I used to complete my purchase. I presume Shein, was made aware of the dispute with the financial company, Prior to the dispute, I was unable to initiate a return or have the ability to contact the Shein. Miraculously, after the dispute was filed I was able to initiate a return. In turn, I was able to initiate contact, leading prompt to email customer service. Which led to another dead end. The representative that I exchanged emails with appeared content with not providing assistance, hiding behind the fact that I filed a dispute with the financial institution. Customers warrant no respect or assistance.
******WATCH your credit card. There have been additional purchases that I have not sanctioned.
In my opinion, Shein, representative seem to are content with foregoing any action in an effort to distract the customer from pursuing a return, leading to the refund that the customer desires.
This is not an isolated incidence, If you read all the reviews, one would recognize the pattern.

AWFUL, AWFUL WEBSITE. My items from the order keeps going out of stock one after another, and almost half a month my order is still stuck at 'processing'. Doesnt help that the operators are so damn rude and unhelpful. They give you their word that it will be shipped out in 3 days time, but my order is still 'processing'. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
