Scammers, liers, cheats and thieves. I used to swear by shein. Loved them. Decent clothes for good prices. Yes some are super cheap but I always thought what the harm I could return them. Well the harm is the lie about receiving all of your return and will only claim to receive part of it even though it all has the same tracking number. They claim they didn't receive back the most expensive item that it was still in transit but it literally had the same tracking number as the items they admitted to receiving and processed the return for, all of course for the cheap items but the one expensive item I had they still keep trying to say is still in transit even though they again they already admitted to receiving and processing the rest of the return in the same package. They also in one message would tell me they would process the return then in the very next say no we won't it hasn't been received, even after I could prove they received it. So if you do buy from them be willing to not bother with returns and just loosing money if clothes don't fit...
I ordered several items and used a $3 off coupon. I understand that they divide that amount among all your items so that if you return something, you get slightly less back than the individual item price so that you don't make money if you return everything. HOWEVER, 3 days after my payment/order I received an email notifying me that they had accidentally sold me an item that was sold out. When I got my refund, it was less than the item price due to this policy. I wrote a ticket to customer service stating that this was not fair, since I did not actually "return" anything - I never even received the item because they sold me an item they did not have. They should have refunded me the full amount of the item and then re-distributed the $3 off among the remaining items. I was faced with unprofessional responses and attitude from the representative, Kelly, who said "So you mean if you return the entire order back, we must issue the full refund plus the coupon code and points?". This was never what I said, and I re-emphasized that i did not "return" anything. Bottom line, poor policies and customer service if you are penalizing the customer for something that was your fault. I will be returning all my items when they eventually get here, never buying from here again, and letting all my friends know not to buy from here either.

Here's a lengthy review:
Many people have most likely heard of Shein before as it is a brand that sells cute clothing at a low price. However, the downside to this low price is that some of the items are not good quality. The other thing is, this brand is known for being bad at their shipping their products out and customer service which kinda leads to people believing they're a scam. Obviously this brand is not completely a scam because customers have shown their hauls on both youtube and tiktok and other places.
Speaking of tiktok, sometime last year there was a scandal going on about how shein was selling customer information (such as addresses) to others on tiktok but I believe it eventually turned out to be people hacking into the system.
From my personal experience, I bought 9 items (these black boots, tops, and some accessories). I got my boots in about a week after placing the order which is fair. However, the other 8 items that I ordered said it was still shipping after a whole month of placing my order and not just that, I waited until it hit about two months until I requested a refund which I did get later.
Not just from the scandal but also my own experience with purchasing, I will not be buying from Shein again and I have already deleted my account just for further precaution and also because I know I won't need or want anything from their website as well.
Final rating: will be giving two stars only because of my boots order (good quality for the price and shipped fairly quick)

Cute, trendy clothes to really good prices! The quality is good as well, sometimes you should consider sizing up. The shipping time (to Norway at least) is a little long, but it's worth the wait! :)

I ordered 16 items and only received 6 of them, I called FedEx and they said they have no other outgoing packages from SHEIN for me, and I was only provided with the one tracking number, and because SHEIN had no human representatives I can talk to, I'm basically out of $80. I have ordered a lot many products from shein. But with there footwear collection size is an issue.
I am EUR40 (which many girls are), but they dont have many collections in this size.
I ordered EUR39 in a hope that it is gonna fit but it is not. I had to return. If there would have been size 40 i would have ordered it.
There are many reviews on that product stating that size wasn't there and many of the girls must not have even purchased due to size NA.
I really want shein to stock one of the best product in size EUR40. Many of the girls out there want that. Product no is ******* and sku is shoes*******

Posting a public review of SHEIN CURVE because of some customer service I am not pleased with.
I ordered a special dress for Eric's holiday party some time ago and was sent the wrong item completely. Instead of a pair of earrings and a dress, I got a pink ceramic thermos. The process was difficult to resend the thermos back, but I succeeded and was able to at least receive the earrings instead.
When it came to the dress, the color I ordered was sold out, so they exchanged it for a different color and resent it. I never received the dress I had ordered in the first place. They "exchanged it" in the system so that I could get a different color. This "exchange" now prevents me from getting a dress that actually fits, as their size recommendations and what the company told me to get does not fit me. I am now stuck with a dress I cannot wear and won't receive a refund either.
Absolutely not pleased with the company especially since a) the color I wanted was sold out after receiving the pink thermos, so they used my "only exchange opportunity" to send me a different color dress that doesn't fit and b) sent me the wrong item in the first place, and it was a headache to process the item back.
Not sure that I will shop with this company again, sadly, which is one of very few companies I can actually buy clothing that truly fits me and that I feel great in.
Buyers beware. Be sure that you truly want to order from SHEIN, as their customer service is not what everyone says it is.

Ive ordered from this company 2 times so far and I love the cute and affordable clothes they have. The size sometimes run small so it's better to get one size up.
Ordered 4 shirts and when they came, they were too small and have been unable to return as return site don't work and will not give me a shipping label. Never again!

I am still missing a package I called UPS they said, the package was lost meanwhile, I have no way to contact SHEIN I filed a claim now, and they telling me to contact SHEIN. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
