I purchased the black cross halter backless dress that was on sale (link below) for my girlfriend recently and was weary because I was new to this site, but I have to say I am impressed. Layout was easy to use, which is good because I do most of my shopping on line.
I liked that under the products there are pictures of customers wearing the items, so I had a better idea of what it would like. Other sites just have models, and it can be an unrealistic picture. With SheInside I actually had an idea of what my girlfriend would look like with that dress. Checkout was like most sites, but I enjoyed being able to buy shipping insurance for only $0.99! Also getting points for each purchase was a plus. After I ordered the dress, it arrived in a couple of weeks.
It was exactly as advertised. The dress looked great on her, and the fabric felt really well made. I was amazed because it wasn't expensive. The sizing was good too; some places we've shopped clothes don't fit right, but SheInside has really great stuff. I know where I'm shopping for her from now on. 5/5

Americans! This chinese run shack of a business is utterly NASTY AND DISGUSTING! It is a china based company and many Americans are complaining of their products! I have tried many online e-commerce websites but no one have come close to SheInside. Yes, even Amazon. I then realized that companies like Amazon can never compete with niche concentrated businesses like SheInside because of the way they provide experience to their consumers.
On SheInside, you have a mindset of only shopping for clothes and nothing else. You can never buy books on SheInside. While on Amazon, you are just scouring everywhere and happen to stumble on something really great, and that's where the problem lies.
I did my Christmas clothes shopping on SheInside and I literally saved 3x more compared to what I did on Amazon previous year. And not only just savings, the whole experience was mind blowing and felt like I'm in the future. There were some issues, like I received the wrong sized skirt (hence the 4 stars), but the replacement process was super easy and I received another size in just 48 hours along with a discount coupon for my next purchase as an apology. What is better than that?
I spoke to a person prior to ordering and I asked if my items will be shipped out within 24 hours of ordering (the items that had the specification). They told me yes. To reiterate this I asked so the items that do not have the "shipped out within 24 hrs tag" will be shipped in a different parcel at a later date - they also said yes. Which was what I had been heavily reliant on because all the items that were supposed to be shipped within 24 hours were the ones I needed because I'm leaving to go overseas in a week and a half! I chose express shipping aswell and my items are still being "processed" for shipping. "Items shipped in 24 hrs" turned out to be not shipped 7 business days later. C'mon guys. If I had known and you were honest about processing times - I would have still ordered but not the things I needed urgently. Please fix this ASAP
Also now that I have waited the full 7 working days wait time for the order to be shipped - I seriously hope all the items will be arriving together

The truth is one cannot help but fall in love with the clothes on She-in. It's wow especially for girls on a low budget. However, you should come prepare and bring along a mountain of patience. Why?

1. The processing is not 3-7 days it is more than that. Like even more than 2 weeks especially if you buying a lot. I ordered on the 22 of May 2017 and it only shipped on the 2nd of June 2017.
2. the customer service is alright but they will each tell you different things and it will make you so frustrated.
3. my shipment was separated into two different packages because some items was out of stock. I have only receive one by DHL and they have ship the other one by standard shipping =(.
However, once your item is shipped (if chosen expedited) it will take only 4 days and that's alright. You will then be happy with your clothes that you will forget about all the $#*! you went through. The quality of the clothes is alright.
So overall if ordering a lot of items have the patience to wait for the so call "processing time " its crazy but the clothes is nice. #bittersweet

I made a recent purchase from Sheinside.com and my overall my experience was wonderful. The order I placed was for a Black Long Sleeve V Neck Hollow Lace Dress for my girlfriend. The hat with this one made it perfect for the party we were planning to attend. The site was very easy to navigate, and the selection of products was absolutely great. At first glance, we considered ordering several other items as well, since there are a nice variety of accessories. My girlfriend spent several hours looking through all the products before finally deciding on a dress she liked. It was very easy for her to pick the appropriate size, and proceed with the purchase. The product arrived in a very timely manner and my girlfriend is very pleased with the design and quality. She enjoys it very much. This dress looks stunning in day or night lighting and compliments her figure great. What makes this dress so special is its ability to easily accessorize and still remain sexy in the process. Anyone should count themselves lucky to have found this gem. If I could recommend just one thing on from this site... this would be it! Our first experience went very smooth; we have now decided to get a few of the other items they offer. This order i placed made me highly upset and disappointed.
I placed my order around a week and a half ago now, while i paid for the best and faster shipping i could, which was supposedly 4 Day shipping.
Here i am a week and a half later, 11:00 at night, staying up so i can wait for my package that will now be delivered at 3:55 am.
I normally would go to sleep, but in my area things often get stolen, and i live in a locked building meaning no one can get in, so my package will just be left outside all night for someone to take if i do not sleep.
Highly upset with this experience and honestly any experience ive had with Shein, I had to be reminded by family that this happens often when i place orders. It will come later then the shipping i paid for, It will show up in the middle of the night, And my tracker doesn't even work with it. My package is telling me its in Tennessee which isnt true because i called my local Fedex and was told it was on its way there and would be delivered tonight.

I ordered the Green Long Sleeve Slim Lace Dress for a special occasion. A friend had previously told me about Sheinside as she had bought a couple sweaters at a great price from their site. The clothes looked good quality from what I could tell, so I decided to order my green lace dress just to see. First of all, the price simply cannot be beat. Under $22 for a fancy dress is unheard of in my opinion. The shipping was super fast (ordered on the 14th, at my house 3 days later if I remember correctly... This was shipped to the USA by the way). When I actually received my dress, I was surprised at the quality considering the price. It looked good online, but there's only so much you can expect from a $22 dress. The fabric used was great, and it was very flattering on. There were no problems with the packaging or dress at all when I received it. No problems for me with Sheinside, and I would most definitely recommend to anyone. I'm looking forward to making more purchases from Sheinside, because the prices cannot be beat anywhere else.

Apparently they pay workers extremely bad, and they copy other sewer's things. I never shopped here, I never will. Just shop at Walmart. I'm not saying this is actually true, I heard it.
Everything was okay, I made the mistake of ordering a few "one size" crop tops- which on me were not really cropped- If you are small (I am 5'6" 115 lbs 31 241/2 32) I would recommend staying away from one size shirts unless you want to go for the baggy semi-cropped look- I got 2 skater skirts as well with really cute prints 1 in the "one size" and the other medium. One was pretty nice and I have gotten great compliments on it the other is REALLY flimsy but the print is adorable both fit great. I also got the deer print dress and it was flimsy as well, I just wear a slip dress under it and it looks cute. Over all not super impressed, i spent about $90 U.S. on 7 items and can actually wear about 5 of those items so all in all I'm up in the air. The only thing that helped me get through their customer service was the live chat. It went a lot better when I went to google translator and spoke to the rep in Chinese. You just have to do it late at night around midnight U.S. central time. I say i may or may not order from them again, just depends on if i see soething i have to have or not- good luck all it's 50/50 for me

Nice material and quality but the fit is a little strange. It's nothing major but be aware the sizes may come different than what you would expect. Other than that, very nice products.

I have been ordering from SheInside.com for several months now. In fact, on some occasions I have even gifted few items to my nieces and sisters and they have all loved the stuff. Recently I bought a short black dress, a few pullover tops and a few accessories (a clutch bag and a scarf).
Thanks to the the clearance sale and Halloween sale, I ended up buying more than I had intended to, though I do wish they had a more extensive selection of scarves and clutches.
Shipping: The package came on time and the clothes were packed in a professional manner so as to keep everything safe and clean. The dresses were same as described on the website and thankfully they fitted me perfectly so I didn't have to go through the hassle of return/exchange.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
