Decided to try them as they are advertising a lot in Australia and make their web site look like it is an Australian business. The site also said 'First Return Free' so I thought it was worth a try. Bought 3 items.@ were okay considering I only paid less than $10 AUS each after sale discounts. Had I paid any more I would have been disappointed as they are not good quality and won't last. Sizing varies with every item and following their size chart is NO guarantee that what you receive will be that size or relate to the item measurements. Good chance you will get an item returned by someone else as well. One item was sewn so badly it wouldn't fit any shape human body. They wanted me to pay to return it to the USA. But the first return was supposed to be free? And the item is defective i. E. 'not fit for purpose'? So I did what this business depends on people doing - got frustrated and didn't bother. From other reviews it seems if you pay to return it you are likely to not receive a refund anyway. So... let me state it plainly. Order at a huge risk. Don't believe positive reviews - they are fake or an accidental fluke. Meanwhile, I have a few new rags to use around the house...
I spent over 200 on homeware almost 3 months ago and only received 3 table mats which were about 1 each and made of paper so had to be binned.
I have emailed non-stop enquiring about why the products have still not been sent and requested a refund but have been ignored and they have the audacity to spam my email every day trying to get me to buy more s**t.

I am utterly upset by the customer/ delivery source they use. I have been checking their site since I ordered about two weeks ago. It said delivery date May12-15. On may 11 when I checked the tracking it Said delivered. Which was a lie because I purposely stayed home this week to see and have hopes that I receive my merchandise before my vacation next week. I'm so frustrated and disappointed on how Shein customer service handle situations. I've been trying to contact Shein serval times and even today most recent problem to hope that I can get my problem solved and been a failed every time. It's so disappointing and sad on how much they don't actually care about you not receiving your package(s) especially over $300 worth. Reps keeps ending the chat on me telling me to take my time but then closed the chat and said it's been solved? I literally left for not even 1 minute to double check what rep ask and came back and chat was closed. Nothing have been solved. This keeps happening and now their supposedly busy for hours since this morning. Every time I requested a new chat about my problem that haven't been solved and chat auto system keeps sending a message back about being busy. Constantly waiting and waiting. It's ridiculous and time consuming. There's no way to email or call them other than live chat and live chat is the worst. I hate to say but this could possibly make me stop making purchase and be a regular customer. Cheap quality with reasonable price but totally not worth it when you paid them for free just to get nothing back in return!

Please, before you make any plans for clothes you might decide to purchase from SheInside or Shein, or any of the other names they are now using, really read the negative reviews on this site and many others. Shein has been posting fake positive reviews to get their ratings up. It's not hard to tell - they all read almost exactly the same. Hard to figure how a company could have mostly 1-2 star reviews, or 5 stars. Believe the negative side and go into any order with your eyes open - I've experienced the way this company treats its customers. I had to donate all the things I ordered to thrift shops because they were such poor quality I wouldn't wear them - not one of them (one order only, learned my lesson).
I am a verified buyer, and posted an earlier review of my experience. Be aware that:
1) if you are buying clothes for a trip or special occasion, you need to expect that they will not be delivered for months.
2) the quality and cloth is extremely shoddy, and the clothes are not the beautiful pieces in the online ads or on their website.
3) the "customer service" is absolutely awful and you have no recourse because the company is in, and shipping from, China.
4) there is an undisclosed foreign transaction fee that most banks will add to your credit card charge, that does not show up on the final tally when you pay will show up on your bank statement.

I've been trying to track my order on some dodgy $#*! website that claims for the last week it has left Gunghzo and shipped to Melbourne which is odd because it claims to be an American site. STAY AWAY! Don't waste your money here. I ordered my items on September 14th, 2014. The site says for US basic shipping it will take 5-20 days. It took a week and a half for my item to say it shipped on their site. When i emailed them over a week ago they gave me a tracking number to DHL but when i typed it in, it said there was no information to be found and it stilllllll says no information found! On September 25th the website gave me another tracking number to USPS, this site says that they received information of a package being sent to them and that they will update my tracking info upon receiving this package. It has been over 20 days and still neither of these tracking sites can tell me where my package is! I emailed the company AGAIN over 24 hrs ago and STILL no response (on their site it says it WILL be answered w/in 24 hrs). I AM PISSED. This company is garbage. I am going to file a claim with paypal. Save yourself the trouble and just don't bother with this one.

I've repeatedly shopped at Shein to get the most forward thinking fashion items. The pictures on the website are usually accurate and they even have the exact measurements of most items (bust, waist, hip etc) so that you can choose your size, they also tell you whether the item has any stretch so that you can be completely sure. The delivery is good and I've never been whacked with a customs charge even though I'm shipping internationally to the UK (I've been got with huge charges from places like Sephora etc in the past). The items are really well made when you consider how inexpensive they are, I've got two pairs of jeans that I've worn religiously, a coat and a whole bunch of other bits that are really surviving the test of time. Also, I always get compliments whenever I wear Shein because the quirkiness of the styles adds some pazazz to the outfit and it's stuff that most people haven't really seen before! It could just be my style but I like to choose interesting garments. They have a huge range though so there will be something for everyone.
Ordering from this site is tempting due to the low prices, but it has not been worth the headache. I ordered an outfit for an event, and even got expedited shipping. However, the event came and went and no package. I had to buy a different outfit. After 14 days I received my package. I'm glad I bought a backup outfit because the items were of costume quality not beautiful, wearable clothes as pictured on the website. The dress is so sheer, it could maybe be used as a swim coverup.
Sheinside promotes 3-5 business days then after the fact tells you there's a 3-7 day processing time. It is deceitful. They take your money and then don't deliver on time.
I am currently trying to talk to customer service to get a return address. It is sketchy that they don't provide this willingly. They asked why I want to return the items and told me I must pay for the shipping back. It may cost me more to do that. If that's the case, it looks like I have wasted close to $50. I won't be using this site again, and I will make sure that no one I know orders from them. It's practically a scam. Wish I would've done more research.

There has been a long wait until I got all of my products (total of 7) One of my items, the Christmas sweater, did not ship until the 21st (I ordered them on November 27th) and i was afraid that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but miraculously, it arrived today! Although it took them a long time to ship all my stuff, I am satisfied with the quality and style of the clothes. Sheinside also responded fast to my review on SiteJabber and tried their best to satisfy me. Since the shipping process wasn't all that good, I'm taking a star off, but since they all came before Christmas, I am changing my 2 star rating to 4 star rating.

This is my third order and I can’t even say how happy their clothes makes me! I already have a sleeveless backless dress, split sleeve loose sweatshirt and off the shoulder T-shirt, now I have ordered the USA print dress which I got only few days ago and absolutely love it. I’ve used another online shop before, but they have always been too late with orders and I couldn’t really count on them, so now I found the SheInside and not planning to move over to anything else. Seriously guys, it seems it’s the competition which makes those people complain about something you can’t really complain about. I always order clothes few weeks before I need it. Must say, my dress came just on time and juts like other pieces of clothing I had ordered before it. The quality is fantastic and it sits on me even better than on that girl from their website. I feel I found THE company at last, that doesn’t upset with delays and that also delivers exactly what they show on their website. All the sizes are just as described and all sits perfect. Will absolutely order again.
I ordered 5 items from SheIn on 8/3/2015. Each of those items fell into the “ships in 24 hours” category, and according to their shipment page, I should’ve received everything in 4-7 business days. The first two items arrived quickly, and although the quality wasn’t great, you get what you pay for. The last three items, however, just arrived today, 8/27/2015. I realized that when they said guaranteed in 4-7 business days, what they actually mean is arrives in the U.S. (not your house) in 4-7 business days. So I think that needs to be clarified on the website because it’s misleading. I had contacted customer service three times, and got automated dismissive responses the first two times, but they gave me an actual response the third time after the item had shipped and was too late to cancel it. It took another week for FedEx to ship it to my door. Once I got the items, one shirt was the wrong color. They sent a blue shirt instead of a white one. The other two items were fine (fast fashion, low quality, but you get what you pay for). The small on one dress was not the same as the small on a different dress even though the sizing suggestions matched. All in all, I think you’re better off paying for something directly from Forever21 if you want cheap fashion and reliable delivery because it's unlikely I'll try to deal with returning or exchanging the items (too much of a time sink and hassle) and even though they say free returns on the website, I'm seeing that the buyer is now responsible for it. So just watch out for these things before you purchase with this company.

As I remember I have ordered more than fifty dresses, tops and jewelries from sheinside.com and I have never experienced any problem with those orders. Some items got bit late most of them arrived before the expected delivery date.
Sheinside.com is very reliable, user friendly and their ordering process is very simple. Among the recent items that I have received, I love Black long sleeve backless slim t shirt and Blue yellow gemstone gold necklace most. They are really beautiful and fit perfectly. Also, I would like to mention that the Sheinside.com is filled with unique designs that I've never seen before.
You just have to be sure that you order $ 30 minimum to enjoy the free shipping from sheinside.com. We can also track our items through the website and recently I saw that they will offer some great deals such as 20% off for the first order and Invite a friend to get a 50% discount.
I will definitely continue using sheinside.com, since it's one of the few reliable sites out there for me.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
