I must say that "SHEINSIDE" has been the best ever online purchasing experience for me. The best thing I loved was the over delivery of my product. The time was of 15 days but I was amazed to get my product shipped within 5 days. Moreover, the discounted rates helped a lot in saving my money and allowing me buying more products.
The customer service was simply outstanding, I'm so much happy with the quick response, the way they guided me to place my order and moreover, offered me a special discount upon request.
The stuff I got was "ADORABLE" and beautiful. I never had any problems with the quality of the stuff at SHEINSIDE

High levels of lead were found in items purchased from shein. Workers are forced to work at shein. Another sexist company forcing labor on female workers. I no longer will buy from this company.
I placed three orders before and all of the clothes are VERY VERY BAD. They don't really look like the pictures online at all.
Anyoneleft a bad review for the item they purchased will never show on their website. That means they only show good reviews from customers. This behavior is Definitely UNPLEASANT.
Furthermore, their customer support is HORRIBLE. They have all kinds of excuses to delay your orders and never respond to your problems. If you have any troubles with your orders, it will be the hardest thing to deal with.
Therefore, I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND anyone to shop on Shein based on my experiences. They are SCAM.

I placed a big order with SHEIN and it was a mistake. A dress I actually liked fell apart while I was wearing it at an event. The clips I ordered came all broken and unwearable. I bought 9 items for my daughter for Christmas.
My problems:
1) they didn't send me an item. I only got 8.
2) Clothes were ALL were off sized - too big and too small!
3) they don't talk to you - only chat.
4) chat can only help so much.
5) In the end I returned EVERYTHING - and they refused to give me credit for the item I never got.
6) BEWARD: The "coupon" they offered - yes, they want you to "BUY" their coupons - so I "bought" one for the order - BUT it is NOT refundable. That's how they "get" you - even if you return everything. They keep your coupon money!
Bottom line: JUST STAY AWAY FROM THINGS FROM CHINA!

Shein ships for free and that is great they also have the points system which is even greater. I love shopping their. Ii get alll my dresses form them.

It takes weeks to recieve items even if paying expedite shipping and they want a 99 cent fee for to guarantee shilling safety. Sizing is all wrong. I'm XS and its huge on me.

I placed my order on 24th Feb, currently 15 days after I have ordered this is still under "processing", customer service is a joke - copy and paste answers and not answering my question: "it takes 5-7 days for processing". I want a full refund before even receiving the items as by the sound of it they will be awful quality and fit! But I cant do that until I have received them apparently!(no idea when this will be). They have taken the funds already out of my account too. Wish I had read reviews before buying. Stay away people.
Update: day 21 still no parcel received. They are unable to tell me when I will receive my parcel, as I quote "not be able to give an exact delivery date because of some reason like weather and something else." They have also sent me a tracking number which says on the website that it doesn't exist as apparently "The tracking information needs few business days for updating. Maybe you can check it later". Having worked in a company that sends items all over the world, if the parcel has been sent, then the tracking number should be live. Fact. Beyond annoyed at myself for buying from this website.

I ordered on May 10th, on May 17th it said my package 'United States Arrived at the Local Facility' and has been stuck there since. That's ridiclious. I should have my clothing by now. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
