Don't be tempted

I ordered several items a MONTH ago, and it's still "processing" (but my card was charged the day I made the order). Here's the response I got to the second email I sent asking about my order:

Sorry, but I'm not feeling all that patient at this point. By the time my clothes arrive, if they ever do, they'll be out of season. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Edit: I requested, and eventually got, a refund. First I was offered a discount on my next purchase, but then (probably because of this review) someone else jumped in and resolved the situation. I still can't really recommend the site because I never got the clothes I ordered, BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find that I hadn't gotten totally screwed.

To tell the truth, SHEIN things are cheaper, but the quality is not guaranteed.

I ordered clothes on SHEIN website twice, and most of them were returned after items were delivered, since item's quality were so poor.

The photos on the SHEIN website look okay, but after you getting them, the items in your hands are different from the photos on SHEIN website.

All in all, a waste of your time and money.

After the epidemic is over, it is not easy to be deceived by going to the physical store to buy clothes.

My order was included in "priority dispatch" and "expedited shipping" meaning I could get my order in as early as 7 days, or wait up to 2 weeks. I thought this was great, especially for an over seas company... BUT as expected, it was too good to be true. SheIn lies about shipping and delivery times. I waited 32 DAYS to receive my "priority" package. Absolutely ridiculous. I contacted customer service multiple times asking about my package and they just kept assuring me I'd get it eventually, and that I can contact them again once I get it.

So 32 days later I get my package... and an item is missing. No surprise there. While I will be keeping a lot of my items, I truly don't know if the hassle is worth the affordable prices. I could have paid slightly more at US stores and received items more quickly and with much better service and accuracy.

I have not returned yet, but I already know that their "hassle free" shipping is a scam. They say that a "return item" button will appear in the order history, but there is no button! Lovely, guess I get to deal with their terrible customer service again.

No phone number!. Worked with online chat. Still cant process return. Then site said... oops, try later. I want to make return. I paid insurance for free return ability. Horrible company

It has been almost a month and a half that I haven't received my order based on the tracking it's said was delivered and after reaching out to delivery company they said items was delivered to wrong unit but in my account the unit was correct. Tried reaching out to SHEIN for a month and no reply from the customer service you can call or neither to sent an email all the social media app customer service people or even the actual customer service on the website no one is replying or even trying to look into this all the care is take your money and that all for team and the worst part of it it's my first order from them and honestly after this experience I don't think I will recommend this company to any one seriously they make go and Knock my neighbours doors which I did and also report back to them but they still did nothing

I can't believe I got scammed by this company. I placed my order back in August 2020 and I still haven't received any update on my package since September 8th. Apparently it's in Illinois and I have no way to contact anyone for it since I live in Texas. Ive been very patient because I know COVID has a huge impact on it, but I spent over $180 of my order and money has been extremely tight and I hate to have this go to waste for a company that doesn't deserve this. I wish I could take back ordering from them. If anyone has any way to contact them about order please let me know.

Worst customer service since there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No email and the phone number listed online is not valid, after 10 times saying to connect me with the agent, live agent, support, representative etc, the stupid bot in the chat never connects me.

How come this company still survives without customer support? I do not get it? I am just trying to clarify my return options.it says that they charge for returns after the first one, but the thing is that they send orders in multiple packages and obviously if I combine all orders, it won't be a single package.so are you gonna charge me for more than one return still? This is so unclear...if so, you should not send orders in multiple packages so they can be returned for free altogether. I ordered a bunch of shoes and after reading reviews they run small, I ordered a size or even 2 up, and what do you think.all of them still were not true to size.this is insane...where are those shoes made? I am gonna stop ordering anything from this site as I never have luck.

The site told me to use PayPal for a 'safer transaction'... I did and a couple days later I got an email saying my payment is under review as they need to issue an E-check that'll take additional time. I've never had this happen before so I contacted customer service wanting more information on what's happening and how much of an inconvenience time-wise this will cause in receiving my order. I am told to be patient and offered no explanation of what is going on. A few days later (thanks to my persistent messages), I am told to contact PayPal. I do, and they tell me SHEIN is responsible and they cannot do anything about this delay. Finally, I see I am CHARGED via PayPal for this order... so I assume my order has been verified and will ship out soon? No. There is no record of my order anywhere. Now again with NO EXPLANATION, I AM ASKED TO SEND A PICTURE OF MY CREDIT CARD? This company has stolen my money... where is my order?

I love shopping on SheIn. SheIn offers great clothes at affordable costs, but my favourite purchase by far has been my Frilled Neckline Lantern Sleeve Top. I ordered and received this Frilled Neckline Lantern Sleeve Top a few months ago and was worried that it might have been too thin, but when I got it, I realized that it was the perfect balance between sheer and cotton. The top is soft, yet made of a strong material that is not easily torn or distorted on jagged edges. I have washed the top several times since, and I am still amazed that it shows no sign of colour fading, rips, or distortion in any way. It is the perfect top for any climate; the material is not too thin, so it keeps me warm in cool temperatures, but the material is also extremely breathable for warm temperatures. The fabric is also easy to dry (less than 15 mins in the sun), and the fit is comfortable, especially around my neck and wrist, as the material has elastic gatherings there. I wear it tucked in as the model shows, and it does not slide out of any work pants/ skirt that I pair it with, which is a big plus for me. I recommend this product and clothing site as a definite 10/10.

My mom tried to buy a belt for $10 off Shein and not only did Shein charge her account $10 but it DID NOT even place an order for her. She has no order number or anything, and obviously no package was sent. She will be calling the bank to dispute the $10 because Shein's customer service DOESN'T DO ANYTHING unless you have an order number. This was the first time we ever tried to order a product from Shein and it certainly will be the last if this is how business is conducted here.

Such a ripoff
August 5, 2020

The style is my type and I got so excited. But when I chose the size of my shorts it said Xsmall. My shirt was Xsmall. And then my hoodie was Medium, so I got my orders today, I got overly happy and went to try them on. I have a small body and I thought that the shirt and the shorts to fit me. And I thought the hoodie would be bigger than the way it turned out. So I tried on my hoodie I raised my arms and you could see my stomach. I tried on the shorts and I didn't know that it would not fit, it was like a medium instead of Xsmall. For the shirt it was like I had wings on the side of my waist. Now that's more than a Xsmall alright. And lastly the hoodie, it was like a small, I have other medium sized hoodies and they're all up to the beginning of my knees. This hoodie ends at the end of my hips. So in conclusion this whole thing was more than 15 dollars and these clothes barely fit me. I do NOT recommend.

ITEMS NOT SHIPPED

I ordered my items on 4/17/17, its been a week and 3 days and Shein still fail to ship my items. I would like to know when I would receive it because I need these pieces for a party. ***** I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY SHIPPED THESE SPECIFIC ITEMS AND IVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE TRACKING NUMBER IS ON THE WEBSITE UNDER ORDERS AND ITS NOT ON THERE?
