The first time I ordered some items from shein and didn't satisfied with the quality and I had to return some of them but unfortunately I tried more than ten times by the time I submitted my return only one item showed for return and they sent me the return label for only one item so to me this is a cheating because they promoted that free shipping if you sending everything in one time but it's not true they made the return system the that you couldn't do what ever you want to return the same time I'm very disappointed with their return policy and cheating with customer please don't trust them so disappointed there is no phone number to contact them and tell them the issue I have to tell my friend and family to not shop from shein. The items that I want to return was poor quality and they did not let me do the return under one order only sent me label for the last item that was in my return list and they ignored the rest of it.
This is a Chinese rag merchant selling cheap but nasty trash, wrong sizes, poor construction and appalling marketing and customer service. They refuse to remove you from their forced sales messages and drown you in rubbish even after you request that you be removed from their list. Your orders never arrive on time and if, and that's a big if, they do, you can expect something to be wrong and no way to get a refund. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

The refund policy makes returning anything not worth the time (and in my case I will not use this site again), go on to something else that is really WORTH your time.
Having to take a photo of each item you have purchased in order to make a return is just stupid-my advice-go to Ali Express-that's where they get all their stuff anyway, pay less, and if you REALLY want to make a return, they make it much easier.

A purchase was made on their website under my information and when I tried to contact them about it they never replied. I spammed their email with my concerns and they replied to me in a "automatic email" saying that their management was on holiday vacation until October 7th. This is total nonsense. They just want the order to be shipped so its too late for me to get my money back. I tried to cancel the order on their website and i have to wait 1 business day to get a reply. Heres the catch... THEY HAVE NO SET BUSINESS DAYS OR HOURS. They have no immediate way of contact them. I have to sit around for them to email me back whenever they feel like it. This company is a total scam.

I have been a loyal customer for years with Shein but I believe this will be my last time shopping with them. They had made many changes where it is difficult for someone to assist you when it comes to refunds. Years ago I use to order and if something fit me big I would return it and they would ask if I wanted store credit or funds back to original payment. This time it is a robot in the chat and it's hard to speak with someone directly who can help you. If you go to your profile and click contact support you can speak with the support team. I told them I wanted to return item and refund back to original payment method. The agent made a mistake and refunded the funds to shein wallet which is basically shein credit. I complained on how the agent made a mistake. Nothing has been handled. The agent keep copying and pasting the same message. Like if you don't know what to do transfer me over to someone above like a manager don't neglect the customer by copying and pasting the same message. All they keep saying is "we understand your frustration hope we find your needs helpful have a wonderful day". Their comprehension skills suck not sure if they speak English or using a app to transfer the message but the messages they send me doesn't make any sense. All they had to do was cancel the store credit payment and refund the money back to my credit card but they have been giving me a hard time and this has been the third time this has happened.

I order some clothes for like 90 dollar on 11th of november with Express Delivery and the order hasn't even been handed over to GLS yet? The order is stll on their way to them?
On their website it say it's gonna take 4-7 Days for delivering with Express to Sweden but nothing has happened?
When I contact the support they only give me standard answer with no solution or no clue.
Now they finally admit that something is wrong and just tell me that "it might be something wrong with this shipping" No $#*! Sherlock!
I'm NOT happy with this Company and their lack of good shipping methods.

What they don't tell you is that they sell replicas of what the supposedly sell. They present images of original clothes (they even blur out the brand in case it shows on the label) sell it to you a bit overpriced and it is not always what you expect.
-The materials are just OK, borderline of very cheap ones.
-Sometimes, items will come not sewed from a few places.
-They don't always stick to the measurements they show.
-Take ages to process order.
-Takes even more to get to you.
-If you pay more for a better shipping service it will be the same as the "free one." (Not my case but the case of a lot of people I know.)
-Customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't really help you, they just try to make you settle for what they say, either because you have to "wait more for it because sometimes it takes longer," or "you should sew it yourself."
It's a hit or miss, though 85% more miss than anything else. Don't really recommend this site unless you can take all that was written above. It's stressful and not really worth as the items are just OK. (Even if some pants i ordered were totally the wrong size.)
The site isn't really CHEAP but they charge as if they sold better quality things.
UPDATE: the customer service will contact you and demand to change the review. They say things like "sorry for the negative experience. 3 stars are fine." Ask you to give them a second chance, either buying from them again with your own money or blindly changing the review just because they ask nicely. I don't see them being nice and giving me a refund. JUST AVOID IT!

I ordered four bikinis, all in medium. (I usually order a medium top, and a small bottom from actually clothing stores. But since they came in a set I thought it would be best to order a medium.)
When I opened the package, not only did it stink, there was a dead bug in it. However, each bikini was in separate bags so I just ignored it.
I open up all the bags to see what they look like and honestly they all were disappointing. I bought a one piece and the strap was broken, nor did it fit nicely (There was no reliable review for that swimsuit so ai guess I should've known). Then I open up my tie dye bikinis (which were in slightly damaged and tinted bags). I bought two exact same ones but in different colors. And they are horrible quality... my blue one came with a hole and had terrible stitching while my pink and white one had an orange stain. I was able to wash off the stain but I am still disappointed. And lastly, my cow print bikini. This one was the best one out of all of them, no flaws except for the fact that the bottoms were a bit baggy than I thought and that it smells but they all smell so...
Before I bought all of these I made sure to look at the sizing charts and reviews with pictures for each them so I have the right size. This was a disappointing purchase especially since I had high hopes for them because I heard they were doing better but sadly it's still a poor quality clothing site. And what's even more disappointing is that I can't even return them to get a refund. Debating if I should just throw it away or go donate it. Sad because I was so excited to wear them for the summer.

Clothing is ok quality. DO NOT PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING. It is a rip off and will not arrive in 2-4 days. When I inquired about the status of my package they lied and said it was at my local parcel facility when it had not even left Hong Kong yet.
The customer was contacted and the issue was fully resolved to the customers satisfaction.
I was Regular customer for SHEIN until I found they support the pride month and this is against our religion and humanity nature so I guess SHEIN will lose a big amount of customers because of this poor decision
Shein took my order, took the money from my account and then my orders disappeared - numerous emails went unanswered and I am still fighting to get my money back even though I have presented them with the Bank Transaction screenshots. The stuff on the site is ADORABLE... BUT I placed an order a couple days ago marking that I wanted express shipping which on the site said would take 2-4 days, and cost me an extra $15. I need it to come for a special weekend get away this weekend, so I emailed customer service who DID respond in a fairly timely manner, but then they informed me it took 5-7 days to process my order BEFORE they ship out. I feel like I was misled and hope they can do something to ensure I'll receive my order in the time I was guaranteed and payed for so I can have it by this weekend.

I'm sad to read all of the bad reviews about the site and products. I thought I found a gem and have ordered over 4 times from them within the last 2 months because I love the products and pricing. I started off with just a couple of blouses for work which were cute and trendy I spent around $70. I'm 5'2 125 lbs and ordered medium in everything it all fit perfectly. After receiving my products in less than 2 weeks and totally satisfied with the way everything looked I decided to buy some coats and jackets since winter was around the corner spent about $80 on these and again was completely satisfied with every item. I then decided I also needed some long sleeve blouses for work so I ordered for the thirds time and received two separate packages one sooner than the other because apparently one item was a little more popular but still satisfied! Now I'm waiting on another order that I placed this week with a couple of dresses I thought were priced great and looked great! If this is my 4th order in two months that should speak to how satisfied I am with my purchases. Everything is wrapped nice and neat and looks great when opened. I hardly leave reviews but with all the negative reviews thought I should give my input to encourage others to at least give it a try!

I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
