As it is well quitr bad for the environment since its still cheap stuff, obviously from china. The costumer service is so bad, the phone number doesnt work and the bot you chat with is also really bad. Though what should you expect with such cheap stuff?
Hi I ordered 4 things in which Shein said it was supposed to be delivered by December 14-16. It is now the 17th and my package still isn't here. Im disappointed and I won't be ordering again.

It was my first time ordering from SheInside and I spent nearly $300. I only received 3 of my 17 items I ordered and that was it. I contacted 2 customer service agents via the Chat thing because they apparently don't offer telephone customer service and both were extraordinarily UNHELPFUL. I did not receive a tracking number or a delivery date I was only told my items cannot be tracked, SO I have no way of knowing when my "Already Shipped" items will actually be arriving. I am So Disappointed. If I do not hear anything in the next few days I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Last year I tried to order something and then canceled it after reading their horrific reviews. They then harassed me with a million emails before they finally unsubscribed me. Yesterday I got ANOTHER freaking email saying I signed up... um nope! I purchased 15 items totaling $225.00 via Shein payment plan. I requested a refund the same day that I received they order for the 8 items I returned. They continued to take payments from my account after the return and I have not received the $125.00 refund for the items. I contacted the NJ BBB and the issue was closed unresolved because the company will not respond to the request. They do not have a customer service telephone number, therefore you cannot speak with anyone about the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN!

I Ordered from Shein back in late December early Jan. I am missing half my order. Since that time I have been constantly calling shein with almost no success in reaching someone. When I do reach someone I am told that they would investigate my situation and call me back. They also offered to redo my order and send me the three shirts I never recieved but I would still hsve to pay the shipping. Why would I pay if I never recieved in the first place with no guarantee that I would revieve it. Also according to them, I did receive the order, but the tracker shows the order was delivered to an address in Orlando. I do not live in Orlando I live in Tampa. I was never refunded my money and noome ever called me back to fix this. I will be tLking to a lawyer because Shein customer service is almost impoasible to reach and resolve.

I placed my order on Jan 23rd. On Jan 25th I got a shipping confirmation email. It has been 12 days since that and on the FEDEX site it still says label created and nothing else. This is ridiculous! My credit card was charged the day I placed the order.
I contacted Costumer Service a few days ago (through a ticket on their website) and they said that the package was stuck on customs from China; then I got an email saying that the delay was FEDEX fault and they offered me a $3 discount on a future order for the inconvenience (what a deal, huh?!). The fact of the matter is that I was charged for an order that I have no idea where it is.
I can't believe they sent me a shipping confirmation when there is no package to deliver. It seems like a total scam.

So after my initial review, I was contacted regarding my order and given a tracking number within days if not hours after. It still took an additional week or so, and my order was split into to two shipments. So here's my advice, if you're ordering something for a specific event, order it at least one month in advance. Be sure not to click "confirm delivery" until you receive everything you purchased. As for the clothes and how they fit, my advice would be to pay close attention to the size chart for every item you want to purchase and read the reviews if they have any for that particular item. Most of my clothes fit but a few were too big and the material, although described as light and for the summer, was thick and heavy and more suited for the fall/winter season. Would I recommend using this site? If you have the patience to wait for almost a month for your items and don't mind taking a chance that some of the items won't be as described, go for it. They're not expensive but you will have to contact them in order to actually get a true estimate of when your items will ship. Since I have a store credit because one of the items they allowed me to purchase was no longer in stock, I will most likely purchase from the site again, but after that, I think I will just stick with purchasing clothes from actually stores. Does it cost more? Yes, but at least I know it fits, it's exactly as described and I don't have to wait a month to receive them.

I really wanted to give Shein a chance. After looking at several reviews on Youtube, I took the time our to ensure I looked at the size charts and everything. After spending almost $100 (which they wasted no time taking out of my account), here it is almost ten days later and the status still says "processing'. Last week there was a message saying there may be delays due to the holiday... what Holiday is at the end of April? And Now they say it's because of "warehouse upgrades". It's like they're making up an excuse as they go. Don't let the YouTube hype fool you, they only get those shipments out quickly so the You tuber can give them good reviews. While ordering, most of the items I selected were in stock or labeld "priority dispatching", so I'm not understanding why it would take so long. Total BS, now I have to decide if I want to take the chance and wait for God knows how long to get the clothes and hope and wish they actually fit and look like what I ordered or cancel and have STILL have to wait weeks for my full refund. I ordered the 'Khaki Long Sleeve Cotton Street Jumpsuit Pant' and its absolutely fantastic! Its perfect for my curvy figure (I'm a UK 14 and ordered large) and you can wear this to many occasions. What I love so much about this jumpsuit is the Khaki colour and the fact that you can really dress it up or down with accessories depending on the occasion. It compliments my curvy figure amazingly and that is something rare to find! I will be definitely be ordering from Shelnside again! The only reason for the 4 stars is because it arrived a little later than I was hoping for (But I am from the UK) but apart from that... A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!:-)

It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
