I bought two pairs of shoes from this website, both pairs are poorly made with cheap materials and strong toxic plastic smells from China, one pair flats is deformed and unwearable. When I contacted the Customer service they told me to mail them back and they will only cover the return shipping fees if the items are defective which they are, so I paid $17USD to ship them back for refunds and emailed them a copy of the receipt. One of the customer service rep said it was noted on my account. But then a few days later when they received the package, they only refunded the amount for the shoes and not the return shipping. When I contacted them again, a different customer service rep said they only "noted" the return, but not agreed to cover the return shipping. It was totally misleading and lied to your customers. I would never buy from this site ever again! And telling everyone I know to stay away from this site. Don't waste your time and money!
Update: Shein CS contacted me after seeing this review, they agreed to offer 1/2 of the return shipping cost as compensation. I feel I wasted so much time & effort on this order, never again.
Their website has really cute clothes, but they aren't the best quality. If you don't mind waiting a month for "express shipping" it's fine. But make sure you don't need the clothes right away. I had to ask customer service when my items would be shipped because they were sitting in the processing stage for 2 weeks. I ordered on June 5th and all of the pieces have not arrived yet. 3-5 days has turned into 22 and counting. Pretty sure the bloggers that say it's a good website are all getting paid.

I never heard of SheIn before however I decided to give it a try, I paid for the extra fast delivery service as I am going on holiday on the 5th of July. I placed my order on the 21st of June with a confirmation saying my item is out for shipping on the 23rd... so nothing strange there.
I checked my tracking number and followed the links I was given to see my parcel's tracking however every time i go on it, it says that my tracking number isn t recognised, and when i check on the actual SheIn website my order appears as - NULL... what the hell does that mean? I am now growing more and more worried that I will not get my clothes in time for my holiday. Please help! <3

There's something for everyone on the Shein site. I've shopped with them for two years and I'm always delighted with my items when they arrive. They also have excellent customer service and will let you know immediately if there's an issue with your order. I recommend them most highly!

I was skeptical my first time ordering as you can't always be sure when ordering from websites. I was pleasantly surprised once my order came. Good quality, huge selection, great styles, & even better prices. I had an item arrive that didn't fit and retuning wasn't much of a hassle either. I've ordered from the site now about 6 or 7 times and will for sure be ordering again. Worst thing is sometimes items take a while to be delivered but if you order in advance you will be fine.
I ordered on June 9th. I was told on June 17th my order had been shipped. I bought enough to get the 3-5 business day shipping free. I have emailed throughout the week with them, and they assured me the item was on the way even though the tracking information did NOT show that. I just went in today, and it JUST showed the item was picked up. I was lied to the entire week. The communication from the company was always quick, but my issue is they were lying about saying the item had already been shipped to me. I will update once I do receive the clothes, but its tough to do business with a company that lies and misleads you.

Clothes I can actually afford! Sure, shipping is slow, but I don't mind waiting, especially if it's free and if it's coming from a long distance (China). They have made up for it by giving me free Shein points for my next order which is great because then I'll save even more. The clothes I've received have been decent quality, not the best quality in some shirts, but honestly I don't mind. The designs are always as pictured!
I used this site once to purchase three articles of clothing for my daughter. I had yet to receive any clothing or package, and about two weeks, later, i had refunded the order, keeping in mind that i created 3 tickets within this waiting process, and several representatives of your so-called site lacked the ability to assist me. I ordered several items and used a $3 off coupon. I understand that they divide that amount among all your items so that if you return something, you get slightly less back than the individual item price so that you don't make money if you return everything. HOWEVER, 3 days after my payment/order I received an email notifying me that they had accidentally sold me an item that was sold out. When I got my refund, it was less than the item price due to this policy. I wrote a ticket to customer service stating that this was not fair, since I did not actually "return" anything - I never even received the item because they sold me an item they did not have. They should have refunded me the full amount of the item and then re-distributed the $3 off among the remaining items. I was faced with unprofessional responses and attitude from the representative, Kelly, who said "So you mean if you return the entire order back, we must issue the full refund plus the coupon code and points?". This was never what I said, and I re-emphasized that i did not "return" anything. Bottom line, poor policies and customer service if you are penalizing the customer for something that was your fault. I will be returning all my items when they eventually get here, never buying from here again, and letting all my friends know not to buy from here either.

This has got to be the biggest joke. I ordered my products on the 5th and got in contact with the company immediately to figure out when I would receive the items because they were a gift I was planning to take out of the country with me. Mind you I was getting "EXPRESS" shipping. They kept delaying due to them not having an item "ready" and even cancelled the item and gave me a partial refund for it. After 3 weeks of back and forth, different information from different reps - I finally get a notification from DHL that my package will be delivered on the 20th. Here we are on the 21th, I have no package and yet my delivery status is "delivered" - I contacted my bank and filed a claim. I should've known better because the first time I ordered with them, same thing! I'll never order with this site again, they're a scam and give everyone the same responses when you ask questions. Horrible company, horrible customer service!

Their stuff is really really cute! I bought a lot of outfits when I was going on vacation recently. The sizing can be true to size or the complete opposite, you kinda have to wing it and hope for the best. Clothes is more "true to size" than the bathing suits, so be careful! LOOK AT REVIEWS IF AVAILABLE!
Obviously they take a long time to arrive, but I mean everything is coming from out of the US so what do you expect?
Quality & fit can be a challenge, which is why you pay very close attention to measurements and reviews. Some of my favorite dresses have come from this site.
Considering customer service is by computer only, it's actually pretty good. I've never had any issues. They process returns quickly, and also helped me change my shipping address.
Shipping can be slow, but some items show up within days. It just depends on where it's coming from. Duh. Just allow plenty of time for an item to show up. It's free shipping half of the time, so why complain.
I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received a confirmation email, shipping email, or tracking number let alone my package! I've emailed customer service several times now trying to get answers but they have just been weaseling their way around things. Absolutely do not order from this sketchy site.

I bought more stuff so I could exceed the $99 limit to get Express Shipping which says 3-5 days. I ordered items on June 13th and its been saying Shipped for the past 4 days. Typically that means there is a tracking # available but all it says is "Departed Operations facility". Customer service is very unhelpful.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
