Had an awesome experience with these people. Thought I should write a review as people tend to just come here when they have complaints. I expected the order to take some time to get to me but it wasn't too long at all. The prices are excellent for the product you get (not super high quality materials but well put together, no weird stitching and they last). Communication was great - the messaged me to make sure I received my order. Will definitely be buying again!
Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company. I had to return three out of the four tops I had purchased due to them all being too short. Not only are they not refunding me for the three tops I returned; they are only refunding me for one, which happens to be the one I kept. I have been told by customer service that they haven't received the other tops, which is odd, as they were all returned in the same package.

I am a 5'0 and about 117 lbs, pretty athletic build from competing in bodybuilding bikini competitions and continue to lift to maintain my muscle and shape. I have breast implants (pretty average natural size) and ordered a small of the tye-dye body suit. I ALWAYS wear a small in everything, but this bodysuit could have been a medium to cover my breasts a bit more. Had a little too much side boob! Otherwise, quality was as expected, probably a step down from Forever 21, honestly. The other shirt I also ordered a small, off the shoulder black body suit and it was a bit snug. My advice is to order a medium, get the extra fabric to cover the lady parts. The worst part is, I can't return either item, and I am really unhappy because they don't fit as I assumed they would!

I had placed an order just at 1 month ago, 6 more days makes a month. And have yet to see any information on the item. I have emailed them twice and are telling me it is shipped and gives me a tracking number. The tracking number only tells me it is waiting to be shipped. Now when I go to try and long into my account they are telling me they have no record of me. Take your money else wear.

I never received my refund money back. They kept saying that please check your "wallet", and I did but all I see was " zero balance". They made all kinds of excuses not to refund your money. On one occasion, they said they never received our returned items or another time, they apologized us to be patient and again they said to check your wallet but there is no money at all.
All they are doing is, keep replying our email. Very dishonest people. Don't ORDER.

Trying to open a ticket to returns items but site wont let me also trying online chat but also this isn't possible, Have contacted them through email, no response, no surprise there. Awful customer service but I suppose this is how they make it impossible for you to return anything. Have never came across a worse return system in my life.

I ordered for quite a huge amount and the customer service asked for verification of my payment details which is fine as the bank account and the delivery adress is on a different name. After verification they deducted the amount again! Since than (almost a week) I am trying to get the money back, but have to deal with a representative of the customer service who constantly replies in German even if I raised my ticket in English (with such a German as if she was using Google Translate) and simply replies unrelevant details like I should wait for delivery for the money to be transferred back instead of taking care of the payment.
Honestly, this is quite simple: payment deducted twice, transfer back the second one!

I placed an order on july 22nd and received my item on july 3rd. I was a bit iffy while placing my order, but it eventually came in great shape and i love my shirt! Shein has great dupes for cheap prices. I will likely order from shein again :)
My items took over 2 weeks to arrive at my house, even with expedited shipping. I was able to contact a customer service rep and ship half of the items, but the other half took over a month to arrive. The sizing and fabric was terrible, plus half the items didn't fit me even thought I meticulously took at matched all of my measurements. There were many loose strings on my clothing and I was very disappointed in my purchase. Do NOT be fooled by the trendy pictures, because I guarantee that a cotton blend adult medium dress will not come as it seems.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
