I ordered about $100 worth of merchandise at the beginning of June and paid for express shipping in order to have the items before I went on vacation. A package with 2 items (out of 9 that I ordered) arrived the day of my vacation (more than a week later), but the other package with the majority of merchandise did not arrive. About 5 days into my vacation I received a notice from DHL that the package was going to be delivered that day, but that there was a signature required--a detail which I was not informed about before the order, and one which confused me, considering the other package required no signature. I told DHL via text to ignore the signature as I was not home. That evening I had our friend who was staying at my apt collect our mail and packages, as they had done every evening while we were gone. The SheIn package had been confirmed as delivered, but it never arrived. We received 2 other Amazon packages that evening that were collected by our friend without issue, but no package from SheIn. Our friend searched the main floor of our building but it was nowhere to be found. This same friend continued to look for the package everyday until we returned home, but to no avail. Fast forward a month later: after contacting SheIn (which was in itself a difficult thing to figure out how to do), they told me (via email, they have no phone number) to contact DHL, which I did. SheIn, like every other seller/company should have taken care of this with DHL, not me. I had a back and forth with DHL for more than a week before they told me that the package was delivered, and there was nothing they can do about it. There was a "proof of signature" photo that showed the package leaning up against a door that was not mine. Then I contacted Shein, and they told me they had to consult with DHL (even though I had spent a week doing so) before giving me a refund, which would take 15 days! So here I am 1.5 months after placing my order (and paying for express delivery), out $100, still without my items, and no resolution. Considering my experience with this company so far, I'm doubtful there will ever be a resolution. I will never order from this company again. It has been a terrible experience all around. Total scam.
I placed my order a month ago I have yet to receive it, I have reached out Shein and they are of no help they took my money, quick to do that. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY. Do no do business with them ever they promote on YOU-TUBE however i know they pay the you-tubers. And I only have 3 items

Besides the lackluster quality (a dress I ordered was almost the same material as a hospital gown) the sizes on this website are almost children sizes. An XXL pair of overalls translates to about a woman's size four. And certainly wouldn't fit anyone who is an XXL. If you're 90-125lbs the clothes would fitx but I still wouldn't recommend shopping here because of the quality.

With my disasterous experience with Rotita, who still owe me £50 for the ill fitting cheap look clothes I sent back at my own expense, but the parcel 'didn't arrive', I said I'd never buy from a Chinese website again.
Unfortunately I purchased clothes from Shein because I was misled into thinking I was ordering in the UK. When I wrote asking if they were based in China, they wrote back without answering my question. I also mentioned I'm a size 12, and would their medium size fit me, again I didn't get a direct answer.
So I'm now already dreading receiving my parcel with more ill fitting clothes which will ensue another torrent of emails trying to return them, and getting a refund.
I must add I'm usually a very optimistic person!
I will write another review once I've received my clothes, hopefully saying I was happy with every item!

Nasty cheap and poorly made clothes with no easily returns process. Laborious to send items back, which you need to because the fabric is so cheap and the fit just doesn't fit!

I paid for the refund shipping. Took me 2 days to figure out how to use the refund system. VERY complicated and little help from customer service who will only write. You cannot talk to anyone. All this for a $15 refund. I hope this works.

To much hassle paid for return shipping still waiting on a reply. Clothes look so inviting but both garments to big. Then the headache started sending emails and not hearing.

I am a repeated customer of Shein and I love their stuffs. You just need to check the sizing really carefully before ordering from them, check the material, and beware if there is no review available for a specific item. It's just this one time I tried to return 2 clothes (I've purchased more than 10 items there) and was in contact with a nice customer service, despite the fact now I don't know if they receive the things or not and if I'd ever receive my money back. But yeah, I'd say that they have some really great stuffs but be careful if you want to return stuffs... I don't know if there's anybody out there except bloggers that has received their money back from the returned goods... or maybe I'm just unlucky this time. Nevertheless, because how cheap the price of the stuffs was, I didn't lose a lot of money.

I love the piece, but I'm overall disappointed. I was very careful with the sizing, even ordered a size L when I am normally a size M. The large did not fit even though my measurements aligned very nicely. I was actually expecting it to be a bit big. Unfortunately, I can only fit on arm in the piece. If you have big thighs and a small waist, you will probably have some issues. If the piece had a snap crotch, I could definitely make this work. I will probably try to add my own. Overall not happy. Unfortunately, the return policy won't even allow me to exchange.

When I tried to return my clothes because a lot of them didn't fit (the sizes are misleading) it wouldn't allow me to send them back and even sent me the wrong pants. The fabric of a lot of the clothing was very cheap too. And now Im stuck with nearly 200$ of clothes that don't fit.

I ordered some sunglasses over a month and a half ago. My card was charged, but still haven't received what I ordered. I've submitted several tickets to their customer support line, and the response I got was "your order is on it's way"... Really? No tracking number, no estimated time of arrival, nothing. Just "on it's way"... And I was told that it was "on it's way" two weeks ago and here I am still with nothing.

I wrote a 1 star review for a dress I ordered. I ordered it after reading the positive reviews about the item. After receiving the item, the dress is cheaply made, too big/toolong and damaged. I included photos of the dress as well to show I was not lying. I take reviews very seriously because I use them to determine if I will purchases a dress or not. I just found out my review was denied and therefore will not be included on their website THATS CRAZY! I did not trash the company and my review was honest about the dress. I contacted Shein about my review being rejected but they continue to give me the run around. I do not appreciated being censored by this company about their product. It is unfair to future customers to hide negative reviews.

I made quite a large order from her, but had to return a few items. The process seemed simple enough and communication was good. I was advised to use their prepaid return label at a cost of $5 which would then be deducted from my final refund. This label allowed them to track my parcel once posted. I posted using the label, at the post office, obtaining proof of receipt. No matter how many times I contact Shein, no one is willing to tell me where my parcel is, despite apparently being able to track it. Every time I email for an update on my refund status, I received a reply giving me various timescales and asking me to be patient, however none of these are specific to my parcel. They ignore the fact that I have asked where my parcel is now? Has they received it? Has a refund been issued? Instead reply with generic refund time scales. After reading many of the reviews on here I'm beginning to suspect that my refund is never going to be processed, whether they receive the parcel or not.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
