I ordered about 55$ worth of things on July 9 of 2016 and didn't get a order ID because it was never sent to my email and I didn't register before I purchased. I bought sunglasses, a binkin, a t shirt with a rock on symbol, Jean draw string shorts, and a burgendy barlett. I would like to have my order number sent to my email. If it doesn't get here soon I will need my money back.

Returned a dress as way too small paid $20.28 AUD received $9.28 refund! Supposedly first return free of charge and dress never worn in perfect condition!

Hi guys, This is my third experiences with them, personally i really impressed with their services given. From my "Purple Long Sleeve Floral Print Dress" and now my latest order "Gold Irregular Cuff Bracelet" what can i say is, They are REAL LEADER IN ONLINE FASHIONABLE CLOTHING.

The only real problem I had with sheinside is the sizing. The difference between the sizes on the website and the one that I got was a FULL 20CM! The sweater that I received was a full 20cm smaller than was is said on the site. I'm so disappointed but I have ordered here before and the clothing I received was exactly as described.

Okay - about the shipping, PAY ATTENTION. READ. On every listing they show the shipping options, and they clearly state that the free shipping option takes around 25 days to be delivered after their 5-7 day processing time. And yeah, it's free, so that's understandable. I paid an extra seven dollars and my order arrived in under two weeks. If you're going to cut corners to save a couple bucks on shipping, then of COURSE it's going to take a long time. It's free and coming from across the globe!
As for the quality, I've never had a problem with SheInside. I've purchased seven items from their website and I've always been pretty satisfies. I feel that half of these reviews are just coming from people who don't read the listing and are surprised when something is made from nylon or polyester.
They also have very responsive customer service. I wanted to change my shipping option after purchasing an item, and their online help chat had the issue fixed in less than three minutes.
My only beef is the lack of sizing beyond a 35" bust size. It's pretty hard to find someone that's "Plus sized" since it's a Chinese company.
I've bought from SheIn several times now and have always had zero issues. The company is great value-for-money and provides a very pleasant and flexible customer service. Will shop again for sure.
Overall I have ordered from them twice, shame on me. The first time my package didn't come for THREE MONTHS! Customer service made me feel as though it was completely my fault too. They don't even give you the waybill number. Most items shipped come with a terrible smell, and don't match the color chosen either.
A year later I don't know what I was thinking but I ordered clothes again, god help me. Not only were most on the small side, pretty sure one of the items was given to me in the wrong size, but I went to wear what I thought was a beautiful skirt... And it was frayed... Like beyond repair. It's complete garbage, terrible quality and I wasted my money on crap that I didn't even get to wear. The kicker? So when it says you use a code for say 35% off. Make sure the items have no discount already because if they are on sale, each item can only have 35% in total. Meanwhile there is NO disclaimer about that anywhere. Usually it's a code that applies to the entire order, not selective discounts.
Overall their customer service is $#*!. As a foreign English teacher who taught in Korea, I had 5 year old students who presented themselves better and spoke better English than these representatives.
I will never order from them again, and God help anyone who will. You may as well be handing over your money for free because you'll receive crap clothing. If you receive your package at all!

I ordered 4 items (3 dresses and 1 shirt). I received an opened package that clearly showed a stamp from my local post office that said "received unsealed". There was only 1 dress inside and no receipt, no paperwork AT ALL. The package had obviously been cut open and then the post office taped it closed and delivered it to me anyway. I had to go through PayPal in order to get a response from these people. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER! VERY DISAPPOINTED! They have now FINALLY offered to refund the money back for the items I clearly did not receive after a month of haggling with them! I am just going to wait for PayPal to give resolution because I do not trust this company for anything anymore!

I placed an order on November 30th reached out to shein after realizing my oackage status was never updating. They told me its on the way will arrive by DECEMBER 18th. I kept asking them to provide me with what they were seeing because usps mail label was just created. They didnt have item yet. As of Dec 22nd item still not moving. Shein is now asking do i want a refund or they can create a new label. Shein lies about shipping items when not shipped and have ruined my childs Christmas and all they wanna offer me is 50 points. No offer me some over night shipping

SHEIN is a scam they cancel your orders without letting you know beforehand, there is no one to speak too regarding your issues, via telephone, only chat and even then they are very rude and places blame on you for their mistakes I will never order from them again

I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
