I fell in love with the products at the very first sight.The shoes were very charming to look at and very comfortable to put on.The bag was extremely stylish in design and soft and nice. After all the very cute and gorgeous necklace touched my heart. When I saw it, I understood it was made only for me.My heartfelt thanks to the associated persons.
I ordered a dress over a week ago that says "ships in 24 hours" and I even paid more for faster shipping. I needed this dress by this Saturday and I just now got the notification that it has dispatched. So much for ships in 24 hours and expedited shipping. Don't even need the dress now because I won't have it for the event. Don't order from here if you need the product for an occasion coming up.
The products shipped to me were not anything like the pictures and there was no return label. Their customer service is non-existent. Even PayPal wouldn't help. They shipped. It was junk. It was not like the pictures and they got away with it. I have seen good products from Shein. They don't provide return labels for orders that are bad. You are taking a big risk you will get junk if you order from Shein.
There is an opportunity for another company to copy what they are doing, provide only good products, returns on all products, and real customer service. Show pictures of the actual products. This bad service will catch up with them in time.

So I need a dress for a wedding, i found one on SheIn and i ordered it, together with other products. At the end, i received all the other products, but not the main dress - in its place i received some red lingerie. The dress was obviously also the most expensive item in my order. I contacted customer service and i got this as a response - After verifying your work order GSON*******110A swdress*******390,Burgundy-S,1;, we confirmed that there were no incorrect or missing items from your package.
So I would totally not recommend buying from them because they don t care if you get the right products or not and they are not willing to solve the issue

I can believe SHEIN prefer to lose a good customer then refund a three dollar item. I received my package missing items. Send a message to customer service about my item missing pictures proof and they did not want to do anything about it which I have years buying during the years few packages always something missing and I let it go. I don't do anything about it until this time I really needed the item and I decided to ask for it refund. Nope they did not want to do nothing about it and treated me like I stole, I'm not buying here no more

I ordered 5 dresses, I had to return 4 because the others did not fit. Dress were Good quality and I liked them. I filled and sent the return form this morning, I did NOT get a return label, they wrote (see picture) that they sent it. I could not contact them again because SHEIN doesn't have costumer service by phone, and have not answered my emails.I can't return merchandise without a return label. Need help

This brought a $12 item up to $18.98 for a $12 item. No other provider charges customers for insurance and shein does it without showing it or getting approval. They won't credit it even though unauthorized. $18.98 is 58% more than cost of item. Use amazon prime free shipping better deal. Shein shipping is $3.99 and insurance chg $2.99. $6.98 above item cost. For $12 item is a good buy. At $19 not so much.

I bought a leather jacket and the material is horrible! It feels like a big sandwich bag and feels like one too, considering how shiny and thin it is. Last year my favorite leather jacket was from forever 21 so I expected it to be at least that quality but I was so wrong! It is very tight in the arms and fits on the shoulders very awkwardly. I am usually an extra small so there is no reason the small shouldn't have fit me. Definitely my most disappointing online shopping experience.

I put in my order last week, and qualified for express shipping. However, I only received part of my order. Based on tracking, the second half of the order has not yet left Singapore?! I ordered and received my items but they were too small so I returned for a credit. I got an email stating it was successful but it doesn't show up in my account on Sheins' website. I have tried their support and its a robot that won't get you to a person and doesn't answer any questions just links FAQ pages. Facebook Msgr response took an hour and said it would get me to a person but that's not true either. Also just said "we show your return went through" I tried ig Msgr, no response yet. No number is even available to call. The one I could find online doesnt ring, just a busy signal.

After reading all these reviews i am quite unsure how I feel about the shipping time and I am a bit worried. I am totally surprised to see so many negative reviews here, as I've only had a truly great and satisfying experience with them. I didnt have any problems with the order at all. My items shipped within 2 weeks which was what I expected, and it was exactly as pictured. The quality was good too! After seeing all the reviews here, I felt I need to come here and write a positive review in order to balance out all the negativity here. Since I was really satisfied with them. I would totally buy from them again in the near future.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
