I am in love with sheinside.com! They always have amazing sales going on and adorable clothes for every occasion! All their clothes are cute, classy, and there is such a wide variety of options for every girls' style. This is for sure the first place I go to do my shopping. At such amazing prices its truly hard to beat (even against all the name brands out there). I love sharing the site with all my friends and guess where I got my friends gifts this year? You guessed it! There is no way to return items that do not fit. Their policy is disingenuous at best. Their web page makes it virtually impossible to get answers to your questions and puts you in a loop which is very frustrating. The quality of clothing is not great especially when they send the incorrect size. I would NOT recommend this company.

I wish there is a zero rating. I ordered from Shein for the first time in December 2022 after seeing so many advertisements showing how inexpensive their merchandise is; I thought I would try them. Now it is April, and I have yet to receive my order. Every email address that I have managed to find is returned as not active. My tracking information is showing expired. At this point, it is not about the money but rather the lack of customer service and my inability to contact anyone. This is a lesson learned - cheaper does not always mean better.

There is no support. Period. I received a damaged sweater and opened a ticket 20 days ago. No response. Now I can't return them either because it passed 35 days after the purchase date. But it took 2 weeks for me to receive the sweaters, their 30 days return policy is fake! So to avoid trouble, do NOT order from them unless you are sure and don't mind throwing the money away if the item is damaged.

Sizes do not match. Some large are too small. Some are huge. A lot of stuff is extremely poor quality and unfit for use but says no returns. I bought dog shoes. The soles so slippery and poorly stitched, serving no purpose but says no returns. Unusable as pet could not use as no grips on soles. Materials for clothing so thin that garments are transparent. This shop over just a few months has not only gotten very expensive, but has garbage items. Too difficult to shop here as returns process is bothersome.
And now, been charged for a package I do not even have, nor want

Shein is a deceitful website, parading white models in clothes as if it's a US site. My order was delivered in a timely but the actual clothes were shocking, they were poorly constructed and you can see the low quality of the materials used especially for the cotton type clothing. Some clothes had string hanging all around, 1 shirt had a weird stain and one button was broken on it. Secondly shein split my order package into two without contacting me, no where on their website states that this a possibility. After splitting my package and shipping them separately they agreed to stand the expense for 1 of the packages since my order usually go to a shipping company in florida and I then posted to me in the Caribbean. Imaging having to pay customs and duty for 2 packages 1 only containing a single shirt all because. So I'm advising anyone who wants to buy from shein to think about it long and hard because it's all a lie with them.

Ordered 10 items and paid for shipping insurance. Got an email a day later saying the package has been shipped. It went from somewhere in china on 23 May and said would be delivered in Baltimore on 28 May but surprise it's been in the same city in Japan for 3 days in transit'. This site has no customer care number. Emails went unanswered and chat agent said it was FedEx's fault. Well FedEx in the US didn't even have this package nor that number! Big scammers. I want a refund but they're not even issuing that.

The clothes at Shein are great quality for the price you are paying. It definitely pays to read the reviews of each item you are thinking of getting before you purchase because that is where people let you know if the sizes are true to size or how good the quality the material is. They have so many options so it can become a little overwhelming if you aren't sure what you are looking for but the search engine imbedded in the website works wonders. Customer service is great too. In a previous order I accidentally entered the wrong apartment number so I never received my order. I contacted their customer service department immediately when I was notified of the issue and they corrected the address and re-shipped my entire order free of charge.
First time I ever used my credit card with them and the next day someone took $540 out of my checking account! I've never been a victim of theft until this! The charges were from someone who had stuff shipped to the Bronx, NY. My bank finally reimbursed me for the fraudulent use of my card but now I'm scared to place another order!
On the other hand, I'm very satisfied with the products I ordered. They ended up shipping separately but the tracking numbers helped me stay up with the shipping progress. The products were some leggings - they fit true to size and the colors are beautiful!

Sheinside.com has the best deals ever, I ordered a Navy Spaghetti Strap V-cut Striped Asymmetrical Dress and it looked absolutely stunning if I do say so myself. This dress is a real head turner, I cannot wait until the summer time. The item shipped way faster than other clothing websites I have previously ordered from in the past. The quality of the item was really good as well, my friends thought it was a designer dress worth $500+. The price was so cheap at just $31.50 and it was 28% off so I got it for $22.67. What a steal.
The item came with a dirty, used tong. I got my package the next day and thought that was a bit odd. Upon opening it, a disgusting used thong fell out. Not only this, but the dress was filthy. It seems as if Shein sent used clothes without proper quality control. I contacted customer service without much response from the team or a proper apology girl, be careful, as returned items are sent without washing to save money.

About 4 weeks ago I visited sheinside.com for the first time and absolutely loved the clothing available. They had amazing deals and to be honest I had a hard time choosing which dress I wanted in that their was so many nice ones for a great price. I ended up making a few purchases and got myself a full set. I got an amazing leather belt that looks gorgeous with the denim jeans I got. I gotta admit these might be the most comfortable jeans I've ever gotten, I was a bit sketchy about ordering jeans in that other websites sent me the wrong size but not this site. :D I actually contacted customer support and asked for a promo code discount and kindly enough they set me right up. I love companies that actually care and help! They even sell costume jewelry! The holiday season is coming and they have sales galore so I'll spending a pretty penny this week. :D God bless and I hope this review helps everyone! :)
I put in an order on February 14 2023. Did not receive my order even though they sent me a message that it was delivered. There is always someone home. Mostly my two granddaughters that do their home schooling at the table overlooking my front door. No package arrived besides I have ring doorbell that takes videos when someone comes to the door.
I contacted SHEIN on march 21 providing them with a picture of my door bell and my address number. They said they would prepare another order and send it to me. Here it is 3 months later June 21st still waiting and still hav not received anything! I checked my account and there is no mention of my order or any kind of delivery date.

2 stars because Shein use to be a lot cheaper $5, $6 $12 $15 for most things when I checked out 10 -13 items it use to be like $150 total (with a roughly $30 discount) but now most items are $20 - $25 minimum and 12-14 items comes out to like $350 - $400
3 stars for the quality it's 50/50 chance it will look good on you

After shopping at Shein for about two years and returning about half of everything I bought due to poor quality fabrics, items not looking like the pictures, things not fitting properly, and damaged or defective goods, the last straw for me was the undercover investigation which turned up very concerning information. After purchasing one item to see the validity of the company, I was satisfied and therefore went full speed ahead and ordered several items. In the beginning, you get text emails encouraging returns that are free before 30 some days but try to return there is absolutely no communication even when you contactcustomer service. Then you see all the restrictions, the return items does not process what a mess pay more stay in America.

It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
