Utterly frustrating to deal with. Worst customer service and uneducated "fraud team". My order was shortly flagged by security for fraud check. They demanded screenshot of the transaction showing on my bank account. Sent. Rejected. Sent it again. Rejected again. Logged into my banking website to send screenshot from statement. Rejected. Sent screenshot from mobile app. Rejected. These foolish people don't even know what they are looking for and asking for. Eventually after 4 or t attempts. They said I failed the checks and cancelled my order. The refund was processed and I received less money back into my account than what I paid them. They are unhelpful and utterly useless. Heartless. I will never try shop here again.

Purchased BUFZA*******524YG from Shein on 11 November 2023 order number BUFZA*******524YG. On the 5 December 2023, The courier guy called me and advised that he is outside my premises, I did tell him that I will call my helper and call him back, when I called him back, the courier guy advised that he had sorted out my parcel. I was under the impression that it handed to my helper and my helper had signed for my parcel, which was not the case. Upon arriving at the premises an hour after receiving the call from the courier guy. I had found that the parcel was thrown into the yard. The parcel that was thrown into the premises was badly damaged by dogs. The courier did not hand over the items to anyone, I am disgusted.
I have attached picture of how badly damaged some of the stuff I got, and due to the rain and also dogs pooh, I had to wash some of the garments and take out pics because it was badly messed. Some of the items was also not found.
According to the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled to products of satisfactory quality and no one at my premises received the item. Since the delivered goods are not, you are in breach of contract. I am writing to request a replacement of all my items.
I have also sent the pictures this morning via WhatsApp and up until now, no one viewed the pics.

Scammers, liers, cheats and thieves. I used to swear by shein. Loved them. Decent clothes for good prices. Yes some are super cheap but I always thought what the harm I could return them. Well the harm is the lie about receiving all of your return and will only claim to receive part of it even though it all has the same tracking number. They claim they didn't receive back the most expensive item that it was still in transit but it literally had the same tracking number as the items they admitted to receiving and processed the return for, all of course for the cheap items but the one expensive item I had they still keep trying to say is still in transit even though they again they already admitted to receiving and processing the rest of the return in the same package. They also in one message would tell me they would process the return then in the very next say no we won't it hasn't been received, even after I could prove they received it. So if you do buy from them be willing to not bother with returns and just loosing money if clothes don't fit...

I am writing to formally report myself as a victim, along with many others, of a large-scale fraudulent activity and deceptive practices orchestrated by the companies Hotmart, Conectamoda / CM, and SHEIN Clothing. Our shared experiences reveal a well-coordinated effort to exploit unsuspecting individuals globally through false advertising, financial deception, and unethical practices.

As a victim, I have personally encountered the following deceptive practices:
1. **False promises of a free app with charges later refunded:** I was misled into believing the app was free, only to be charged $25, with no promised refund options. The advertised refund process is non-existent.
2. **Misleading payment structure:** The app falsely advertised the potential to earn up to $3,000 per day, while the actual payment per rating was a minimal amount (one or two cents). The promised payment structure is deceptive and designed to lure individuals with false earning potential.
3. **Non-existent PayPal option:** Despite advertising a PayPal option, I found there was no such functionality within the app. The absence of the promised payment method adds to the deceptive nature of the scheme.
4. **Inability to change password and non-functional buttons:** I was unable to update my password, and several buttons within the app did not work as intended. The lack of basic functionality within the app hinders user control and adds to the frustration of victims.
5. **No customer support and contact information:** There is no customer support available, and attempts to contact the companies through provided email addresses and links led to nowhere. The absence of any support channels leaves victims without recourse or assistance.
6. **Unauthorized charges and fake emails:** I, along with many others, have reported being charged four times the advertised amount and receiving strange emails about the purchase of classes, with links leading to nonexistent destinations. The unauthorized charges and fake emails further contribute to the financial harm suffered by victims.
7. **Inability to cash out:** I am unable to withdraw any earnings, as the buttons and links for cashing out are grayed out and do not lead to any functional options. The promised ability to cash out earnings is entirely deceptive, leaving victims without access to their supposed earnings.
8. **Limited outfits to rate, rotating content, and deceptive payment display:** The only way to open the app is through a link. Within the app, there are only 15 outfits to rate, and they keep rotating. While the app claims to pay 2 cents per rating, the advertising promises of earning between $10 to $25 per rating are entirely misleading. The app shows an earned amount of $4, but the button to withdraw it does not work, and there is no accessible link for withdrawal. The entire operation appears to be a fraudulent scheme.
This fraudulent activity has caused significant financial harm and emotional distress to numerous individuals, myself included. We urgently request intervention by the FTC, BBB, and FBI to conduct a thorough investigation into the activities of Hotmart, Conectamoda / CM, and SHEIN Clothing. Swift and decisive action is necessary to protect victims and hold the responsible parties accountable.
I am willing to provide any additional information or assistance required to facilitate a comprehensive investigation.
I order from SHEIN a lot and I use to receive my items within no longer than 7 days. Now it's taking atleast a month or longer! I understand that SHEIN may have an extremely high order demand per other customers but that is all the more reason a better plan for shipping needs to be created and strongly enforced!

I ordered from Shein before they had a "US Site." At that time there were no "free returns" They said that, but you had to pay shipping to China to return anything which wasn't worth it, and way too much trouble. They gave "partial credits for a small fraction of what I spent. It made no sense. I ended up throwing almost everything away that I ordered from them. The fabrics were really strange and not at all what was represented. The cotton blend was scratchy and the colors were off. The salmon color was brown. The polyester was really thin and very wrinkly right out of the drier. So wrinkly! Mostly my experience with the customer service people in China was that they were strange and dishonest and did not care. Mostly NOTHING FIT. Nothing fit as represented. The fabric on dresses I ordered was thick and stiff and strange. It was very Chinese, like people trying to make a buck selling cheap stuff in America. This is a site that when I researched it has very questionable practices with workers etc. It was just an over all terrible experience in almost every way. I did keep a few things that were okay. But I would say...AVOID THIS COMPANY...They were not very straight with me.

So I'm a regular shein customer this time, they have been rubbish. I received rude customer service. So I was meant to receive my order on April 4th ( that was the last estimate day for shipment) didn't receive it then so immediately contacted SHEIN via the support section. They apologised. I told them if I do not receive it by this certain day it's no use to me as I'll be travelling and I won't be in to except it. They kept on going back and forth with me, even closing my ticket!rude! When it wasn't resolved! So i opened another one they passed me to the senior customer service stephen! He wasn't helpful and very cheeky! He said he doesn't understand English. So why employ staff to respond to English speaking customers if you do not understand English. Which is a lie anyway because he was typing very good English! Anyway he now said I should pay for a return because I'm returning the items for personal reasons! How the hell am I returning items for personal reasons. When my delivery was delivered out of the time frame! He tried to be cheeky with me and said I should keep the items if I do not want to pay for delivery. I'm definitely taking shein to small claims court because since the 4th of April I've been on this matter and it's been stressful and I've received rude customer service, most importantly from Stephen. Till this day I'm yet to receive a return QR code. One thing about me is I will definitely do not play when it comes to me spending money and receiving good customer service! In the beginning, you get text emails encouraging returns that are free before 30 some days but try to return there is absolutely no communication even when you contactcustomer service.
