Scammer shein

Shein is a SCAMMER. I returned items and they didn't refund me. Upon so many efforts they told in bossy tone that they can't refund me do whatever I can. They useless customer service Tobie and Reyna puppets dragging this simple refund so they don't have to refund me. I got all the proofs which I submitted through emails. But when I asked for evidence why they can't refund. They unable to provide me any evidence and saying do whatever you want to do. Scammer a big scam to scamming people money. PEOPLE BEWARE OF SHEIN. They are scammers

I have been trying to get a refund on the items that I haven't received. SHEIN said I needed to reach out to the shipping company SpeedX. I have reached out to them and they keep saying my address is insufficient. It's not! I had other packages from SHEIN delivered to my house. I was supposed to receive my package on the 3rd. When I reached out to SpeedX the AI will say "we will look into this shortly" and then they never get back to me. I've been dealing with this for a week now! I will never use SHEIN again.

DO NOT USE SHEIN!

As a first time customer, they offered me a $200 free order if I ordered within 10 minutes. The timer started going so naturally I started ordering very fast. At the end of the order they charged my credit card company. I tried to stop them from delivering, but they delivered the junk anyway. You cannot get through to their customer service. All they have is a robot with robotic answers. Long story short I had to go through my credit card company and put in a complaint for a refund. Capital one Visa told me all they do is get complaints about this company every day. Don't do it!

Disappointed with Delivery and Pricing Practices
I've been avoiding leaving negative reviews in the past, but this level of manipulation and dishonest business strategy forced me to speak up. Customers deserve better. This is the fourth time my orders from SHEIN have been delivered very late. One of those orders was from a different account, and the other three were from my main account. As compensation, SHEIN gives you 500 points, which is basically the equivalent of a lollipop—just enough to lure you back in or trap you into another purchase. It doesn't truly make up for the repeated inconvenience or poor service. What's even more frustrating is the pricing system. After you receive those 500 points, you'll notice that the prices of products seem to increase—so the "reward" feels meaningless. I've even compared prices using a different (guest or new) account and noticed clear differences. As a Business Analyst, I understand how pricing algorithms work—and it's obvious SHEIN's system adjusts prices dynamically, especially as you're getting ready to check out. That's manipulative. All I'm saying is: don't blindly trust SHEIN. Their customer experience is disappointing, and their pricing practices feel dishonest. Order # GSU1U732Q001Q78

SHEIN needs to go back to being SHEIN. I hated Temu try to order things you want and having to go through a stupid maze winning free items they never give you. Please just go back to the point system you had. I love your products but if you keep acting like Temu with all the aggravating things you can win but never do without bothering every contact in your list which is ridiculous.

The problem you reported may be caused by the following two reasons:

A. Your coupon has a deduction limit. The product page shows the amount of the current single product after the coupon is used, which does not exceed the discount limit; after checking multiple items in the shopping cart, the total amount exceeds the discount limit, and the discount allocated to each product becomes smaller.

B. You checked multiple items in the shopping cart, and the coupon applied by the system based on the total amount of multiple items is inconsistent with the coupon for a single product you see on the product details page. The coupon on the product details page makes a single product more favorable, but the coupon applied in the shopping cart is the best for the entire order.

Combining these two situations, you can check the coupon code and discount details used for each product on the product page and the shopping cart page to verify the reason why the amount of the product in the shopping cart is higher.

I would have given no stars in the rating if I could, but that is not an option. I placed an order with Shein for $41.85 in Feb. 2025, I paid the additional $2 for their insurance. I never received my order. I requested proof of delivery confirmation and none was ever provided. I have contacted the company several times and requested a refund... I have not received a refund, no proof of delivery and I am very unhappy with their lack of good faith in standing behind their insurance and their customer satisfaction is rated zero by me. Beware of this company.

3 times in 1 week with 3 different orders. SAYS DELIVERED. Was NOT Delivered to My address. I HAVE PROOF which I provided and they do not care. DELETED the app and would NOT recommend what so ever. Mailing garbage items to random addresses in the same zip code as you. You get nothing, someone gets garbage and tracking shows delivered. And THAT is how they get out of refunding. And when you try to leave a negative review it doesn't get posted. Even with photo proof that the package that was shipped was WAY WAY WAY smaller than what you ordered and the picture of the front door is not your house, they do NOT CARE and keep INSISTING it was delivered to the RIGHT ADDRESS! SCAM. Oh and did I mention the silver PLATED jewelry they STAMP 925 when it is NOT 925 silver. They lead you to believe you are buying REAL 925 silver, it's garbage with silver plating. This happened to me way too many times with SHEIN. SCAM, RUN.

Worst Customer Service and Refund Process – Beware! Review: I've been dealing with SHEIN for two weeks now, trying to resolve a problem where I received damaged items in my order. Despite clearly explaining that I can't physically return the items because of my back pain, they are insisting I send everything back in order to get a replacement or refund. It's been extremely frustrating, especially since I requested a simple replacement for the defective items. I've reported this to the BBB, the FTC, and other relevant authorities, and I'm still not getting the help I need. This company is making it impossible to resolve the issue. The customer service is awful, and they don't seem to care at all. I would strongly advise against buying from SHEIN if you want any level of decent customer service. Scam company!

Item never arrived to my address but tracking showing it delivered. I went to the UPSP and gave them the tracking # and they stated it delivered to a different address and that the item package is small (in ounces) and stated this maybe a scam. USPS provided me the detail of the item tracking to show that the item I ordered did not deliver to my address.

Package was stolen while I was at work. Numerous occasions I have emailed them expressing my frustration about this and asking for replacement or refund and won't do either. They are crooks stole my money like the theft that stole the package. I have closed my account and will never shop with them again. Also placed an order on Sezzle for them n they took my money n no record of order so what am I paying for. This company should be shut down

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Shein been an absolute nightmare, and I urge everyone to stay far away from this unreliable company! They Took My Money & Refused to Help
I placed an order worth £200, expecting a smooth and professional service. Not only did they fail to deliver half my items, but they also refused to take responsibility for their mistake! The tracking claimed my package was delivered, yet I never received it. When I reached out for help, I was met with robotic, unhelpful responses that blamed me instead of solving the issue. Scam-Level Service – They Will Not Support You!
Rather than assisting me, customer service kept demanding proof that was impossible to provide. Instead of investigating properly, they threw the burden back onto me, acting as though losing a package was somehow my fault! No compensation, no effort to replace my items—just endless scripted replies that lead nowhere. If you ever have an issue, don't expect them to care! I PAID EXTRA for Fast Delivery – What a Joke!
To make matters worse, I paid extra for quicker shipping, thinking I'd receive my items before my holiday. Instead, the delivery was delayed and completely pointless, meaning I wasted money on a useless service. Why offer express shipping if you can't guarantee reliability?! Save Yourself the Headache – Buy Elsewhere!
This was my first order, and it will certainly be my last. I've never experienced such disrespectful customer service and complete incompetence from an online retailer. If you want reliability, accountability, and professionalism, shop somewhere else—because this company won't help you when things go wrong!

Goods more expensive at checkout. Very confusing vouchers and discounts designed to confuse and deceive. Clothing is all polyester! A hideous synthetic fabric like wearing plastic. Sizes all differ. Look good on models. In reality, not great.

I ordered an item 3 times now and each time it asked for payment verification by uploading a screenshot of bank transactions. I uploaded the transaction multiple times and every single time it failed, I lost my coupons, and I am skeptical of whether the company has the authentic brand that they claimed they were selling. Customer service is non-existent and if you have issues, they will drop you like a hat. I recommend making tangible purchases from other ecommerce websites if you want to ensure a quality experience and authentic items with quality. Edit: Re-ordered, stuck in a loop, and issue not resolved even after the company comment below. I have tried the customer service multiple times now and the customer service has not been helpful AT ALL. The boilerplate response from the company below is more about damage control than actually a helpful solution. Seriously, Shein, get your act together and actually be helpful.

Buying from Shein is a gamble, so do not pay Shein anything you are not prepared to lose! In my case, Shein kept BOTH the product I had returned, AND the money I had paid for it. After I placed the original order, Shein advised by email that delivery would be delayed. Therefore I obtained a replacement from another source, and I immediately tried to cancel the order with Shein. They advised it was too late to cancel the order becaused the order had already been "processed." Not shipped, mind you, but "processed." It was shipped four days later. Unfortunately, the carrier misrouted the package and during its approximately twelve extra stops it sustained substantial damage to its packaging. The item was finally delivered when I was not at home. I took photos of the damaged packaging, however I found no damage to the product. I repaired the packaging and obtained return authorization. Approximately one week after the proof of delivery showed the return had been delivered, I contacted Shein because I had not received credit for the return. I was advised the return had "failed" the return inspection. Photos were provided which included red arrows pointing to faint scratches on the product that otherwise might not be noticed. It should be noted the product is a stand used as a tool to repair bicycles, and cosmetic beauty is not an important characteristic of the product. I replied including photos of the damaged outer packaging, and advised that returned product and skimpy interior packaging was identical to what I had received. The reply from Shein gushed with apologies and best wishes, but declined to issue credit. So Shein now has both the product and my money.

It was the worst shopping experience!
I have ordered flare pants in the correct size and a couple of size larger, just in case they run small.
Both sizes are practically the same length... EXTREMELY SHORT!
I haven't ordered in size Petite either.
AND IN ADDITION THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SOLVE AN ISSUE.
WASTED MY MONEY!

8 had a few dresses and over shirts I was ordering the dressed were 4.00 n something. The over shirts were 1.00 n something each I was buying 3 or 4 dresses and 2 or 3 over shirts. I had them in the cart going 2 pay and after a a 10.00 coupon it came to 41.00 and something how the hell does that's work? Ridiculous!

I recently discovered unauthorized debits on my account from Shein, which I never authorized. It was 5 transactions. This company withdrew money without my consent. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and block further transactions. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I strongly advise others to check their statements carefully and avoid dealing with this company. If you've had a similar experience, report them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.
