Ordered, they got my first name wrong, my last name wrong, my address wrong and my email address wrong. Have called 5 times and emailed twice with no answers, only lies. Do not do business with these people. Sorry zero rating is not possible.

We purchased this pillow for $77.75 that is very poor and too soft causing headaches.
We wanted a refund and they said they will subtract the $18 shipping cost for sending and returning.
3 phone calls! 1st, 30 minute wait! 2nd 45 minute wait! 3rd 50 minute wait! Still not resolved. Placed an order on December 2nd, it is now January 3rd!
They sent to wrong address, which seems to be a pattern reading reviews. Never again!
I called SharperImage because the product I ordered did not ship with all parts. Customer service told me they do not send replacement parts and that I need to contact the vendor. I contacted the vendor (Myelicto) and was sent to voice mail every time. First time shame on me. I will never buy another product from this company. Its a shame really... they used to be a good company.
After a leg injury, I ordered a heated leg massager in order to minimize the pain. Upon receiving the product, I plugged it into an outlet in order to test the inflator/heater, and-- NOTHING HAPPENED!
It neither heats, nor inflates, and it isn't returnable, so-- $200.00 down the toilet.
I received an email from them saying they would send a return sticker for the product, which was immediately reneged.
I will NEVER trust Sharper Image again.
This company rips off the customer via poor quality item(s) as well when return is able to be done, they take away from YOUR refund, the shipping and handling/s&h charge when ordered, the shipping and handling charge when you return item and they charge you fee of some sort also! I lost a total of $37.18. I can see if they want to be snivling aholes to charge for the return s&h but all that they did take/took from me is bullcrap. This company needs an investigation done of the money they steal from customers in my opinion.
I ordered several items from Sharper Image. The first one offered a Cash Back. They sent it by email after I asked twice for it. The second item I ordered, they also offered a larger Cash Back. I have yet to receive that. I have asked for that cash back and told them I would redeem both the cash back offers on the next item I ordered, but I have yet to receive the cash back amount on the second item ordered. I will not order anything else until I receive it. Fraudulent advertising. Both items totaled Approximately $175.
They sent me a defective item, and didn't include my packaging/order slip, I was finally able to submit a refund for a DEFECTIVE item. To which I was informed, a foot massager is a non-refundable item.
I only had the massager for 1 hour!

Sharer Image has theeee WORST customer service ever! What are you paying the reps... peanuts!?... seriously actual peanuts because that's the capacity level... I just tried (twice) to order some items for Christmas. The first time I called the rep (although sweet) was soooo unprofessional I had to hangup I couldn't take the background noise and being put on hold numerous X's. I called right back hoping to get someone more professional & efficient. Not the case. Although nice the next rep was just as clueless and put me on hold a # of times, but I hung there cause I really wanted these items... we got all the way to almost the end and I had her recap the shipping address and my email... omg! It was totally all wrong! I repeated my address, and my email 6 times (seriously) six times and she "still" couldn't get it right... I hung up cause no way I was giving my CC info after that... WOW! I arrived to work on time to have a overweight ignorant powertripped white man meet me at the door when I arrived there after driving a hour to work on time just to take my badge. The work hours are from 9am to 8pm 4 days a week and 5 hours on the weekend. I am happy to be away from this slavery shift and uncomfortable as well as micromanaged environment. Would not recommend my dog working here!
Ordered something... no email so called back two days later... was lied to that the order did not go through... ordered again at a HIGHER price two days later?... got the reorder... two days later they charged me for the first one... sent a return label and told refund was coming... called today as second order did not arrive... got lied to again... THEY will lie and so far i feel they try to STEAL your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMING LYING COMPANY!

Ordered a gift for grandsons. Product was listed "In stock / ships with-in 2-days". Two weeks later, still no gift or shipping information. Called four times with ONE HOUR WAIT TIMES, promised it would ship, has shipped, don't know why is has not shipped, etc. I was lied to continuously. Make other gift plans, as this company cannot meet your orders, but certainly can TAKE YOUR MONEY!
They didn't have a product I ordered for my mom's birthday though the site showed that it's available. That was my only negative experience with them, but it surely left a great impression on me...
These people are very deceptive. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! They pretend to give discounts, then take them away. Then they charge you for future savings, basically FORCING you to buy gift cards. Avoid Sharper Image unless it is your ONLY OPTION!
On October 17 I bought a Snow Cone Party Station for my little nephew and its been over a week and I still have not received it. I tried tracking my order with FedEx with the tracking number Sharper Image supply me with and they tell me that number is not accurate that it can not be found in their system. I called sharper image and they told me that package is in FedEx's possession, that FedEx is running into shipping delays with scanning package in a timely manner to show movement on orders! Isn't that insane! Requested my money back and they told me they cant do that because since my order was shipped and has been assigned a tracking number that CAN NOT be tracked with FedEx, Sharper Image CAN NOT refund my money back! My brother used to buy from them many years ago and that was the reason I purchase my item from them online... but I see they have lost a lot of credibility. I personally will not buy from them again or recommend anyone from buying at Sharper Image.
I bought a blanket as a gift for someone. This was back in early or mid December.
I received an email confirmation stating I would receive another email with a tracking number when the item is shipped.
2 weeks later, still no email, no tracking number, no merchandise.
All email and phone calls to their 888 number went unanswered.
1-2 days after I filed a dispute with my credit card company (so I could get a refund), I got a reply from Sharper Image for the email I sent weeks earlier inquiring about the package.
They sent me a FedEx tracking number indicating the package was delivered.
I then told them that I don't know where it was delivered to but I didn't receive it.
I also told them that FedEx never contacted me about any delivery.
Long story short. They said they could not and would not issue me a refund. That they would look into it and maybe in 7-8 business day send me a replacement.
They said they will not send any tracking number for the replacement either.
Long story short.
I paid $145 for a blanket I never received.
No follow up email, no FedEx tracking number given. All email & phone calls to Sharper Image went unanswered.
More than a month later, after filing a dispute, I finally heard from them.
This time they told me they would send a replacement in 7-8 or more days, without a FedEx tracking number.
What if I don't like the merchandise and want a refund? What a joke.
Can't use the shipping "rebate" if you are trying to use another promotion. Would not have purchased if I had read that.
Ten days before Christmas, I ordered a product from Sharper Image for my 5 year old nephew. I paid extra for what the website explicitly called "Holiday Shipping." Two days after placing the order, I received the tracking info that said the gift would arrive on 12/28 - three day's AFTER the holiday.
I immediately called customer service and explained the situation, and both the the initial rep and the "supervisor" told me there was nothing they could do. I told them I paid for holiday shipping and asked what "Holiday Shipping" meant, and the supervisor said "that just means anytime in December." I then asked him if that's truly what he believed, just as a human and not a customer service lackey, and he finally agreed it was misleading. However, he continued to say there was nothing he could do. I asked for a full refund, or a refund of the enhanced shipping, or comp overnight shipping, or they could send something else - and they refused any request I had to fix it.
The "supervisor" said he'd "escalate" my complaint, and I've never heard back.
Mistakes and shipping delays happen. But that's not what this was: the website STILL says pay extra and get your product by Christmas. THEY ARE LYING. And when they ruin some kid's Christmas, they won't care and they'll tell you "Holiday Shipping" just means sometime before President's Day. It's tough to swallow such reprehensible mistreatment of customers.
I orders about 300 dollars worth of products from sharper image. I ended up placing the order but didnt want one of the items i picked. My fault. Within 15 minutes i called sharper image trying to switch the product to something else. I was told they would have to refund the whole order and I would have to re-order it. I sent several emails asking for an email confirmation back that i would receive a total refund back on my credit card. So for days i kept getting shipping updates even though the package was rerouted back to the distribution center. I then received an 18 dollar refund for god knows what, and i received a gift card to make my purchase. I filled a charge back with my credit card company because i dont have the time to fight with them back and forth to get my money back when the return policy states that with 60 days you will get your money back in original form. PLEASE AVOID USING SHARPER IMAGE AT ALL COSTS
Do not buy the RecZone Password Safe. When you change the battery you will loose all your data. This is not stated in any of the information and no help from Sharper Image.
