DEAD FLOWERS ON ARRIVAL
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that arrived today (in time to open from bud to bloom on Sunday). They arrived wilted and basically dead. No water, no wet paper, no wet sponge for the many stems to stay alive. Box was crushed on the top center, presumably from many other boxes on top. I contacted Customer service and sent video and photos' and have not received a refund or an apology for clearly terrible flowers on arrival. My mum was distressed and finally let me know, this is the SECOND ORDER from this company that arrived basically dead. She didn't mention it before as she didn't want to upset me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Happy to share video with anyone who wants to consider this business before wasting good money (and not getting a refund).
Ordered flowers as birthday gift. Unfortunately, I used the mobile version of the website which they have failed to correctly match to the full website so it had no product details for the flowers.
I was then very disappointed to learn that the flowers turned up just laid in a box with no arrangement. The price of the flowers is just about value for money with the assumption that they have been professionally arranged in to a bouquet and not just dropped in a box.
The blunt and unhelpful response from the customer service regarding the matter has done nothing to improve my opinion either.
On top of that, the flowers still don't look anything at all like the arrangement on the site but hopefully, may improve over the next day or so when the rest bloom.
As it stands, I wouldn't recommend Serenata Flowers. Very poor value for money; poor customer service; and the flowers certainly do not live up to represented product on the site.
Received an email claiming delivery failed even though recipient was at home. No phone number exists for Serenata or for the courrier they use - spoke to Serenata by email and was simply told they'd "keep the flowers in the van and try again tomorrow". Completely unacceptable service - they refused a refund, refused to reattempt delivery that day and refused to exchange for a fresh bouquet the next day. Will never use this service again and do not recommend to anyone.
Absolutely appalling. Basket of flowers ordered for a very special reason one month before required, and was told ON DAY of delivery that it would not be possible. They agreed to refund me the money after I emailed my

Everything about Serenata is dreadful.
"Letterbox flowers" were pushed under a back gate instead of being posted. By the time I got home, the box was soaking wet from rain and had started to freeze as temperatures fell. The link I had to use (why can't I talk to someone?) would not allow me to upload multiple images - it kept coming up with an error message. Eventually when they received a single image, they' were satisfied with the flower quality!; this despite the fact that the open flowers were shedding petals within 24hours, the rose is all but dead; a large proportion of the flowers are red painted foliage that does not even appear in the on-line images.
I have give Serenata 1 star - only because I am unable to leave zero stars

Do not waste your time or money with Serenata - there are other letterbox florists out there...

Do not trust this awful so called company - you do not get what is advertised / pictured and when you raise a complaint you are ignored - safe your money go elsewhere - see my pictures - one is there advertisement which I ordered at a price of £25 the other what was delivered
I ordered a plant arrangement for my Mother's 89th Birthday. The box contained a pile of soil and plants in disarray at the bottom of the box. There was no packing to stop the damage to the arrangement. I contacted them and they told me that they would not give me a refund as I didn't have photographic evidence. My Mother doesn't have a digital camera and I live 100s of miles away from her. They have offered to send a replacement but the Birthday is past and I don't want another heap of soil and plants arriving on my Mother's doorstep. The "Chauffeur Driven" delivery service was Yodel.
My father in law has sent flowers to my wife's birthday. The flowers has not been delivered, though it was written that it was. Contact service is helpless and rude. Delivery man hasn't tried to call neither using the door ring, nor using the phone. Have no idea where he has left the flowers (may be he didn't even come?). For the whole birthday we have to investigate what have happened instead of celebrating. Can't believe that such awful service exists in the 21st century.
Avoid this company. Product was late and both the flowers and packaging damaged. My wife was polite about it and thankful for the thought I was hugely disappointed and will NEVER order from them again. Cheap but nasty

Flowers delivered were nothing like picture displayed and were in terrible condition. When i contacted customer services and provided photos they said that due to not showing the whole bouquet there was nothing they could do.
I ordered a £30 bouquet. The flowers were far smaller in number than those indicated on the website with excessive foliage instead. Furthermore, the few flowers that were in the bouquet wilted significantly within just 4 days. I have purchased supermarket flowers at a fraction of the cost that have lasted much much longer. When I contacted the customer service department about this, they could not have been more unhelpful, they clearly could not have cared less about the inferior quality product that they provided.
I ordered two different bouquets for the same house. Instead two of the same bouquets were delivered... BUT they were delivered to the wrong house. I gave the house number 26 and for some reason the delivery person dropped them off at house 22. Why? It's a good thing everyone knows everyone on that block. Still upsetting that the right order didn't go out. Would not use them ever again.

I would give 0 star if I could! I ordered some flowers for a funeral and I received a confirmation email stating my order will arrive RIGHT ON TIME, however, the flowers arrived AFTER the funeral finished!
Contacted the customer service via email only as they don't even have a phone number to call! It was very annoying and extra stressful during the funeral.
The delivery options are completely misleading. One of the options is paying for guaranteed arriving before 10:30 am which I didn't need as the funeral was in the AFTERNOON. The one I chose was free delivery guaranteed by DPD arriving on time with the specific time slot. However, guaranteed by DPD doesn't mean anything as the flowers arrived AN HOUR LATER THAN THE TIME SLOT THAT I SELECTED CLEARLY!

I tried to send flowers to New Zealand - they never arrived. I was told that the address I gave was wrong I had no difficulty in finding the house when we visited in October. Had the florist not been able to gain access they could have left a delivery note in the post box but they did not. They added a line to the address I gave them - perhaps that was the problem - but they have now refused to give me a refund. I shall never use them again
