I have to say my first review of this company was negative, however, reviews should also include how a company responds with any complaints. I contacted Serenata Flowers through Facebook, difficulty contacting them on their website. They dealt with my issue promptly, which was as a result of the courier delivering the flowers to the wrong address, and I didn't get them until several days later. Serenata Flowers reimbursed me fully, and I was allowed to keep the flowers. Happy customer, and it restored my faith in them. Will use them again in the future.
