I've just had some flowers delivered for Valentine's Day, which my boyfriend who lives in a different city, has had sent to me. I haven't told him this because it will just make him feel bad for no fault of his own but the flowers are absolutely rubbish and in shocking condition! I've been on the website and not one of the bouquets bears any resemblance to what's been left by the delivery driver outside my door (didn't even check to see if I was in...)
Most of the bouquet is leaves. The pink roses are literally about a day away from dying and I've had to pull off and throw away their outer petals because they're already wilted. The red roses in the bouquet are poor quality miniscule buds which are not even going to bloom properly, that much is clear.
I cannot believe a company would rip off its customers like this. I'm really annoyed as I can see that the cheapest bouquet on the website is £27.99.
The bouquet was very much appreciated. All the flowers were as fresh as they could be. My daughter sent me a photo of them, she was absolutely delighted! Thank you serenata for such excellent service. Its a pity though, your website doesn't give an opportunity of either morning or afternoon delivery, to save waiting in all day for them to arrive.
I was looking last minute for a Sunday delivery service. The bouquet was well priced, I enjoyed the quirky e mails advising me that "the flowers had left the building". Then another fun message when they were delivered. My friend said they were beautiful. Will definitely use this company again.

Horrendous bunch of flowers. All dead/ broken / withered. Tiny bunch for the money paid, massively overpriced. Delivered late as well. Never again. Massive disappointment and in the dog house on mothers day as a result

Flowers delivered from my son for Mothers day dead within 4 days. Complained and dreadful service so complaint was escalated to Customer Delight Team (so amusing). Promised replacement delivery next day. Advised at 5pm still with Courier so tracked at 7:30 and still on the way. Minutes later advised they were unable to deliver. Just sent my 15 email in 3 days to see what is happening.
Ordered roses for Valentine's day needed to change address due to illness two days before unable to do so. You can't speak to customer services all done via email. I have used them several times before and being very happy won't be using them again
I ordered flowers which called "my heart", on the picture online it's looks amazing but received totally a different one! There's no option to contact anyone and no one! Spend lots of money for rubbish! Will make everything i can to get a full refund!
Purchased for no reason than to cheer up my daughter with her favourite flower. Great service from start to finish and delivery notification allowed her to pop back to work to collect even though she just missed their arrival. Will definitely use this company again.
I ordered a bouquet for a friend in pain. All I can say is that the flowers arrived in Bangor, Northern Ireland by 6 pm after I ordered them the night before. I was able to email and ask several times if they would be delivered in time as it was important. Definitely worth the money, when your friend feels better. It made her day. What price on happiness even if you cannot see it.
The flowers were absolutely beautiful, very unusual and delivered in perfect time and perfect condition. Loved the way each stem had a vial of water to keep them alive. These will definitely be my new florist of choice, thank you.

I tried to contact them but there is no phone you can call and the e-mail I sent never received an answer. I am trying to get my money back, difficult when you do not have a counterparty...
I ordered flowers for my Mum for Mother's Day. They arrived poorly packed in a box with at least three stems so badly damaged they were missing all flowers/buds and the greenery looked as though it had been trodden on. What was left looked a bit pathetic in the vase on its own. She wanted to love them but they looked cheap and somewhat depressing for a Mother's Day gift. I won't be ordering again and I now understand the flurry of voucher codes doing the rounds.
I ordered and paid for next day delivery, not only did I not get it, my order is still in transit nearly a week later. Their excuse? They cannot guarantee next-day (or even same-week, apparently) delivery to stated postcode. Don't you think they could have done me the common courtesy of telling me this so that I can place my order with someone else? My order was an anniversary gift which is now hideously late and has caused me embarrassment. I have sent several emails back and forth and asked to speak to a manager and they say they can't even forward my email to a manager. I'm so disappointed that I chose this company over the countless online florists I could have gone with.
I wish I could give a better review, but it took about a dozen emails to resolve my issue. I think they went the extra mile after my last email because they were sick of me lol. Very happy with the final outcome that could have been offered a lot earlier and would have avoided worry that my order would not be received in time.
