Excellent service from confirming my order to the exact time within an hour for delivery, flowers were beautiful best experience I have had with online ordering for flowers. I live in Australia these went to England I was quite concerned it would all work out, happy customer!
I ordered a bunch of mixed flowers with white roses for the 3rd of August delivery. They arrived okay but all the white roses were half-dead and when I complained with photographs they said I should have removed the bad petals when I complained again to say that the whole flower was dying they told me it was more than 3 days and my complaint was too late. I would recommend that nobody buys anything from this despicable company. Judging by the number of similar complaints I would think this company has given up bothering and just relies on first time customers who don't read reviews.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who had just come home from hospital. She sent me a photo of them from her mobile, they looked nice and she was very pleased. Would use your company again. Reasonably

Ordered a sheaf for a funeral gave complete details of deceased funeral date time and location. Arrived at the funeral to find flowers not there. Maybe its unfair to comment at the moment as am in discussion regarding a full refund but found it very distressing on an already upsetting day. On the positive side I do get instant replies to my emails and not an automated service. Will change opinion if sorted out satisfactorily
Flowers were Okay - not quite what was pictured.
However the worst thing was that one bouquet was left in a box at the front door! My Mum was out and came home to find them sat there where anyone could've taken them. I also didn't receive a delivery confirmation via text for either of the 2 bouquets I bought.
I paid £54 for 12 red roses (including delivery) for my wife for Valentine's day. They arrived on time, but look as if they are already a week old. Not impressed, worst I have ever bought and would never use them again.
Have used this service before and it could not be easier or more efficient. Next day delivery that is free cannot be rivalled. Have never seen the flowers as they have gone half way up the country but recipient is always pleased! Give them a try definitely!
I dont know whether to laugh or cry but this was a lesson learned for me. My wife was embarrassed by the pitiful flower display and did her best to hide her disappointment. This was, at best, some garage forecourt flowers with a nice presentation box. Needless to say they got popped into a vase and hidden out of sight from everyone. Such a shame but I guess you get cheap when you try to save money. I will, in future, pay a few £££ more and have that guaranteed wow factor that a gift of flowers give.
Fancy pictures poetic words & cast iron guarantees all just words in black & white. Reality... No phone contact numbers or anyone you can talk to all done by email all directed to sending a photo of your arrangement regardless of the specific problem you may have, resulting in no further action or responsibility on there part. So to sum up my experience i would say order at your peril! If you care about what you want to send to someone & why you may be sending them because this company certainly appears not to.
I have bought many things online, and usually read the reviews first. There are always negative comments for anything you care to mention, and I am sure they are genuine, but mistakes happen in any walk of life. My own experience was that I needed a last minute order for next day delivery - which was a Sunday - and all went according to plan. The recipient was delighted with the flowers! Ordering was easy, and not a bad price. Nothing more I can add.
Ordered flowers for anniversary and when they arrived they were wilted, squashed and some stems with no blooms. Nothing in common with picture on their site.
Complained and sent photos and they agreed not acceptable so offered to send replacement. All good and no drama with the service. Unfortunately the second package arrived some six hours later that initially indicated by their tracker and when this was opened we were looking at exactly the same sad bunch of flowers as the first.
Nothing inside the box to protect the flowers and a damp tissue to give moisture. Wanted to speak with someone there but they don't do telephone as they are e-commerce only!
Most flowers are for a special occasion so with my experience lot of people will be disappointed.
Ordered flowers as the website is full of 'next day delivery' promises and testimonials. Received an email saying 'the gods were not on their side' so they hadn't delivered them. 5 emails back and forth (they don't have a phone number that they're willing to share with customers), and the flowers were delivered nearly a week late, the day the recipient went on holiday.
Whilst trying to find a phone number, I noticed that Serenata Flowers is incorporated in an overseas tax haven (Malta). A bit surprised by this, as the website is full of blurb about sourcing locally etc.
In future, I'll use a local florist rather than an overseas domiciled ecommerce business with really poor customer service.

Good experience all round. Received some flowers via Serenata a few weeks back and they were beautiful and lasted forever. So used Serenata to send some flowers this week and all went according to plan and recipient very pleased. Sorry for guy in review below but i guess stuff most go wrong once in a while or we would not be human - or maybe it was the computer?!
The recipients were very pleased, which in turn made me happy as I've never used this company before. I've given a 5 star rating as the whole process, from ordering to delivery, I cannot fault. I will definitely use them again!
Avoid this company at all costs. Accepted order and 3 days on have still not delivered and keep telling me theres an adverse weather clause and basically too bad its my responsibility to check the weather before I place an order. Their site is still taking orders despite me repeatedly saying they should have some sort of warning that they are experiencing difficulties. Effectively taken my money and refusing to refund.
I ordered sympathy flowers for friend who had lost their mother believing the order would be delivered the following day. I ordered on a Friday knowing they would be at home the following day. Four days later still no flowers which are still "out for delivery". On contacting customer service I have received an apology and an offer to redeliver a "fresh bouquet" from the 27.12.2017 - 12 days after the initial order was placed and three weeks after my friend lost their mother. On ordering they take contact details to let you know if their is a problem with the order but no one contacted me regarding the problem, the only e-mail I have received is a request to fill out this feedback form! Only sensible option go somewhere else that can deliver in reasonable time and not use this company again
I sent the two different orchid options to my daughters and they are both delighted - I was glad to hear that each stem had its own supply of water too. I did find your "delivery options" a little confusing as there was nothing to indicate that the first option would be to ring the doorbell. So for one delivery I said "leave on doorstep" and the courier did just that and didn't ring the bell, so my daughter found them by chance when she opened the door. The other was going to a business so I chose "knock hard" which seemed a bit of an odd option for delivery to business premises, but I really didn't find anything better! Maybe a rethink on those options would be helpful - otherwise everything was in order, thank you!
Excellent. Arrived on time, well-packaged, and with everything requested. Blooms were very good - no dead or dying heads and no unopened buds. Thought the deluxe size would have been slightly bigger than it was, given there were two sizes below it.
