Unfortunately the Roses were falling apart with one actually rotten, the daisies were also in very poor condition when they arrived, spoiling the whole bunch. Ive used serenata several times previously and this is the first time Ive experienced any problems. This was purchased for my wife on our anniversary so I am extremely disappointed.
I ordered flowers on Monday for a friend's Birthday Tuesday. I was kept up to date with delivery details via email and they were delivered on time. I asked my friend to send me a photo of them as I've been disappointed in the past by other florists. No need to worry this time. They were lovely. An all round excellent service. Will definitely be buying again from Serenata.
I can only repeat the comments of the recipients, as I ordered the flowers but haven't seen them. I was told they were really fresh and nicely in bud ready to open, rather than overblown blooms that don't last. Serenata are very reasonably priced and with a free delivery service I believe excellent value for money.
Absolutely shocking service, DO NOT USE! They do not deliver next day as they advertise and claim due to unforseen circumstances, but we have known about covid for a year now! Their customer service does not read your complain simply responds like robots. When they do finally arrive, look nothing like what was advertised, see pictures below. This is bordering on Fraud
I was told 'No chocolate please' so flowers were the obvious answer but from whom as I have been let down a number of times when distance ordering. Not this time. SerenataFlowers came up trumps. They delivered beautiful flowers on time.

Flowers arrived on time and were well packaged, the delivery person was OK but not super friendly ('sign here' was his only remark). The bouquet looked lovely and wife really appreciated my gesture, but some of the roses included were well past their best and already starting to go brown, which left me feeling a little disappointed - so probably won't use again.
I ordered the day before and everything went according to plan. Excellent website and delivery was spot on. Constant communication which is great to let you know all is in order. Will definitely use again. Well done
Have used this site several times, have no personal idea what the flowers/chocolate hampers were like but the recipients all loved them. All delivered on time and emails received to update me at each stage. Brilliant service!
Absolutely fantastic service, flowers were gorgeous and delivered on time thank you/could not ask for a better service as we ordered from Australia so were in the dark as to expertise of florist but they came through.
Sunday evening flowers vase teddy cake balloon & card. Was ordered as it was my daughters birthday on the Monday. And we're delivered to the door by lunch time, so when she arrived home from work her beautiful surprise was there waiting.! Everything in the catalogue was exactly spot on.! Yes, some arrangements are better than others, but at a start price of under £20 and free delivery I'm not sure what there is NOT to like!
For those of you who have had a bad experience, then I can assure you this certainly isn't the 'norm'.
Of all the bouquets we have ordered over the past 2 years, there has only ever been one minor mistake ans customer services sorted it out.
The flowers I ordered for my friend of 75 years (we met when we started school) were delivered on time and certainly cheered my friend up whose husband is seriously ill in hospital. Many thanks once again.
On the whole the bunch of flowers my friend received were good, however there were 3 prominent flowers that will only last 1-2 days as they were already discolouring, so I was a bit disappointed. Ive sent feedback to Serenata but am yet to hear back from them.
Mostly green foilage with a Disgusting selection of half dead flowers. They look nothing like the website image.
We had flower delivered from 3 different companies, Serenata you were the worst.
When we complained, your email stated your flowers come in different stages of bloom... Dead is not a stage of bloom!
Will never buy from you again and advise anyone thinking of ordering flowers from your company to shop else where.

Flowers were left outside in the rain at night & my Mum didn't find them till the next morning. I was expecting a Christmas arrangement in a basket - as pictured, but she says she's got a flower pot. Also, I had a voucher for £5 off, but there was nowhere on the online order form to use it. Shan\t be using again, as they are more expensive than my local supplier.
For me ordering first time for my Mother on Mother's Day it went well. She received the flowers around lunch time and said they looked lovely. I'm aware of some unhappy customers so hopefully, SerenataFlowers will try to improve where things have gone wrong but they do deserve good feedback for when things have gone right!
Flowers not delivered until 9:49 pm and left on office step overnight in -1 degrees temperature. Flowers more or less dead by morning. Shocking customer services and blocked me when I tried to raise concerns on twitter. Shocking company that I will never use again. Avoid! Flowers nothing like the photo either.
Sadly this "luxury bouquet" did not match its description - delivered 7 hours later than expected although have been told that the before noon delivery charge will be refunded - recipient says just a bunch of chrysanthemums and a rose with a stick in the middle with nothing attached and a few of the stems were broken - no flower food either and the £2.99 card was a computer generated sheet folded in half - will not recommend or re-use as I have seen better in supermarket for £10
