Promised deadlines were kept, quality flowers delivered. Especially I found your website user friendly, after I and several relatives, had spent far too much time with other websites without getting any satisfactory results.

I will certainly be using this service again without a doubt. Plenty if communication to let me know when the flowers were out fir delivery and then to say they had been delivered... My friend loved them so I was pleased.

Shocking customer service prior to order and when order arrived the recipient actually burst into tears because she felt appalled someone had paid good money for what in her words were "dead garage flowers". Avoid at all costs!

I've used Serenata for my flowers for a few years now and the recipients (various family members) have always been delighted with their bouquets. I'm confident that if I order from them, a great arrangement will arrive on time.

Apparently flowers were left in the conservatory, there isn't one. Contacted customer services but unfortunately they also dont know where the flowers are. Its a mystery. Takes 48 hours for them to investigate meanly the birthday is over, very disappointed, wil just go to tescos from now on and deliver them myself. Useless. I'd give a 0 out of 5

Postal services during peak periods can be dismal if not disappointing due to the large volume of deliveries. But with SerenataFlowers, the guaranteed delivery is most useful especially during critical and time handicapped moments.

Ordered 4 bunches for my team late Friday evening - all had been delivered by lunchtime the following day - Saturday. Feedback on them was very good, excellent value for money and easy to use web site, will use again

I ordered flowers for my sister in law who lives right at the top of Scotland and although arrived a day later than they stated- they got there! Its not always easy to get items sent that far and she said they were gorgeous. Would have liked notice that they were going to be late but when I checked with them feedback was very quick.

Website easy to use, don't believe I got the correct flowers but I accept that is dictated by the season. However the bouquet was left outside my 96 year old mothers apartment block at 7.00 and no attempt was made to ring her bell. Fortunately found by a neighbour before they deteriorated or had disappeared

The flowers delivered bore no resemblance to those shown on the website and were 'thrown together' in a very amateurish way. Customer service referred to T&C's which allow them to send whatever they like regardless of what you order. I will not be using them again

Wonderful flowers, easy to organise and such excellent customer service with delivery. Even being informed when they had been delivered which was awesome. The flowers were very much appreciated by the recipient.

First time I've used Serenata. Really impressed with the communication from the company right through to delivery. I didn't actually see the bouquet that I bought for my Mum but she loved it. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely use again.

Ordered same day delivery flowers on a Saturday for my daughters surprise engagement.
Found out on Sunday that they were not going to be delivered until Monday, when my daughter is back at work.
Very disappointed and frankly appalled that I had to do the chasing before being told this news. Cancelled the order but still waiting for my refund. Will not use again.
