Ordered what looked like a great arrangement of flowers for my wife's birthday at £40 reduced from £50 so a great bargain, or so i thought until they arrived. The flowers were fresh and in good condition but to be honest you get the same quality but twice as many flowers from a £15 bunch from Tesco. Wrote to customer service and although apologetic they are not bothered that it was a very disappointing Birthday for my wife and I ended up getting some more flowers from another supplier which was what i expected for the price.

Ordered these flowers for mother's Day, looks nothing like the picture and arrived crushed and flowers practically dead. Due to the pandemic haven't been able to see her in months and this is what arrives! Supermarket is better quality don't waste your money

Order a large bouquet for my anniversary, the service was great from start to finish however when the flower arrived the next day, half of them had serious damage to most of the leaves and looked like they may be end of life. The site says 7 days guaranteed but I doubt mine will last that. The accompanying card is also the size of a full greetings card which just seemed out of place as it's still printed on fairly average paper.

Do NOT use them. Worst experience ever. I ordered and paid for flowers last Friday for my daughter's birthday to be delivered the following Tuesday. Still no flowers! It was her first time without her family on her birthday and I really wanted to make it special for her. They're now saying they will not refund even though flowers were never delivered! Worst ever

Was delivered to the wrong address (an empty business) and when told they only offered to give me a discount to fix the problem. My friend never received her flowers and I live in another country... Not worth the price or service. Another company sent it to the right address and with a beautiful basket for a much better price. Will not order from here again and I am very disappointed that I paid for a gift to be left on the streets of an empty business.

My Father recently passed away and I decided to send my Mother some flowers.

I purchased an $110 bouquet (Which included a $20 vase) and my Mum received nothing whatsoever like the picture as per their website, I am still waiting for the vase refund that got smashed and left in an unsafe manner in the box... When I questioned these 'people' via email regarding the 'lack of quality' of their delivered flowers, they said I received the correct amount of stems included, after I had sent them a photograph.
Hardly any flowers and the majority of the 'so called bouquet' was made up from foliage... Embarrassing and totally unacceptable.
The advertised website picture had a full bouquet of blooming flowers.
I would never purchase again from these Scammers... Absolute disgusting the way I was treated and the excuse regarding the stems was nothing short of inconceivable..

As I was away for Valentines, thought I would order online (for a change) as a surprise for my wife. The flowers arrived on time, however looked nothing like the picture on the web site, 11 short roses and 3 random other flowers (in bud) added to the mix. I complained via there website and was sent an answer that referred to 'outer guard petals'. I responded with a 'if you can't be bothered to take me seriously' email and was then asked to supply more photos when the guard petals have been removed. It would be interesting to find out how many complaints get upheld and refunds provided, I have had 4 further emails waffling about customer service being important to them, but no offer. I'm sure that they hope that we will just get bored and go away.

Easily ordered flowers on the internet for a couple celebrating their Golden wedding anniversary; unfortunately, we were unable to attend the party!
Ecstatic response from the recipients as to the beauty and quality, which appears contrary to some comments below. I've therefore included the branch of Serenata in the title. Perhaps reviews could include such detail at the outset, so customers can differentiate between outlets? I'd certainly use Royston again.
