I purchase most of my makeup at Sephora so I would recommend to other people also, Sephora products are best and not have any side effect.
LOVE Sephora online! Love the help i get when I go into the store. They really know what is great for my skin. Thank you!
I have bought 2 bottle of lution, the prooduct is good, and shipping is faster than expected. Happy experience.
I was at the Sephora Alderwood location inside JC Penney on black friday. One of the employees was looking at me and my 2 other friends that were with me like we were stealing. I felt really uncountrouble. Then I grabbed a Q-Tip from where the cleaning supplies usually are. It was a square container and I grabbed 1 q-tip and put it back. The employee walked to me and asked me If i was going to buy it. My response was no because it was 1 q-tip then she grabbed the whole container and accused me of not being able to sell it again thanks to me. I wasn't sure if it was for sale. After that she walked to the register and throw on the garbage can the q-tips. I few minutes later i walked to her to tell her she shouldn't be treating her customers like that. Then she ignore me and said ok ok. I'm really upset at this whole senerio because I always shop at Sephora and did not like the way she treated me and didn't even apologize. After this whole situation I Will never shop at Sephora again. I think employees should be train more on how to interact with customers. And learn how to not bring personal problems into work. Cause clearly that employee looked like she was upset at something.
I love your products and the way you work. My suggestion for you is try to improve your customer services.
On this winter holiday, I decided to indulge myself by shopping something for myself. I got my order on time. The face masks I bought were great.
This is it for me. No more wandering through fake online sites. My go to place to get my makeup is Sephora. All I need is here
Why you think that your product is better than others, for example? And by the way, your customer service is not good. Your marketing is awful, guys.
Order two items, paid top dollar. One item was cancelled, second one was shipped after 5 days. Dont buy!
I was in the Hampton VA location to return a powered makeup(bareminerals)that was too dark for my face. I was assisted first with a young African American lady which was pleasant. When not finding anymore of the specific powder I wanted, the associate asked another lady Kristin (light green hair) the vibe I felt from this lady when she was answering the other associates question about the specific makeup I wanted was like " oh well we don't have it" in stead of giving me other options she kept stocking her shelves. I kept looking for something else I could exchange it for, Abby a very kind bubbly young lady helped me in depth until I found what I wanted. She gave me her full and undivided attention. Upon checking out the African american lady that help me before checked me out. I asked her a question about the price during the exchange and Kristin who was checking someone out beside her, cut her off to inform me that " since we can't prove what you paid without a receipt the item will be at its lowest price. This lady was very snoody with everything she said to me, and on top of that I wasn't even talking to her at ALL. She made me feel like I was a liar when discussing the price. When asking for this lady's name the young lady that was checking me out would not give it to me. She said " I cant do that because she is helping me out" she insisted I ask her, so i did. I highly recommend that Kristin is re-trained on the basics of good customer service and how to put together responses to any situation instead of blurting them out not thinking how it sounds when she says it. My family shops here at Sephora and I'm sure they would be highly upset to hear about this considering they gave me a gift card to shop at this place. Never again will I be back.
It's my go to makeup website. I freaking love it... I can spend hours searching for products: it's just my favourite activity lol
I ordered a gift card from them, they took my money out of my account and did not send the card! I think they are scammers!
I'm purchasing every week whether it's online or in store I can't get enough of the range of products and ease of delivery and returns. I LOVE THIS STORE
I love the products, and I shop at Sephora all the time, but it's hard to find things in the stores. The website is much better.
I'm done ordering online. I never get what I ordered, always random items that have nothing to do with what I placed.
My mum bought the advertised midnight serum and says it's very god. The effect is noticeable and she is happy about that.
Although everything is high in price but whatever I bought from here is very good in quality. That's why I love Sephora
Answer: There are a ton of great moisturizing and anti-aging products out there to help you. Sephora has so many that your head will spin, but there are also a lot of drugstore alternatives that are rated just as highly (or better) than a lot of higher-end ones. I would do some research online before ever stepping foot into a store like Sephora (trust me - they will bombard you with very expensive things you don't need). Honestly, I really like Ulta as a store better than Sephora because they carry both drugstore, middle-end, and higher-end products. (MUCH better service, too) But before you go anywhere, Google things like "best anti-aging products for mature skin" or things like that. Using multiple products, such as a glycolic toner, a serum, as well as a moisturizer is a good idea. One thing that is FANTASTIC for wrinkles and dark spots is Retin-A, but you have to get a prescription for it and it is harsh on your skin (especially if you're sensitive). It literally kills off your top layer of skin (which leads to a very annoying period of your face peeling for a few weeks), but once you get over the growing pains, your skin is amazing. I was diagnosed with melasma, which is hyperpigmentation of the skin, on my face, so my doctor gave me Retin-A and hydroquinone, which really works at fading dark spots. If you can't afford the Retin-A (mine is over $200 a tube), there are a lot of great OTC products that contain retinol and work well, just not like the Rx version. Neutrogena has a great line of products for dark spots and wrinkles. But like I said, do your research and don't let sales reps push you into really expensive products, because they get a commission, and you may get stuck with a bad product and an empty wallet. Hope this helps!
Answer: This is Sephora's list of current promo codes. They should always be valid - whether you get them to actually give you what they're supposed to is always a gamble. To get a birthday promo, you have to join their Beauty Insiders club. It's free - just go to their website.
Answer: Yes. I have to take Care of my skin in every routine when my acne appears
Answer: Yes! They have a VERY liberal return policy. You can try most products in store, as well. But, if you do buy something that you don't agree with, for any reason, don't worry. They exchange easily. I always use Sephora.com... never have had a problem returning for any reason whatsoever.
Sephora has a rating of 2.6 stars from 555 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Sephora most frequently mention customer service, gift card and next day. Sephora ranks 706th among Cosmetics sites.
