what do u think customer expectations are before heading down to sephora ?
I am 52 yrs old and looking for a face moisturizer. Of course, starting to show wrinkles, dark circles, couple age spots and dropping. I still get acne mostly on my chin area. Everything I try feels greasy and gives me more acne. Can you help?

Yes, I'd like to write about Josie Maran Milk. I have been using for a year now, I know exactly how long the bottle last. Lately I have been cut short, I bought a brand new bottle and had it on a scale by a professional hairdresser ( as he uses an electronic scale to mix formulas) surprisee! The bottle itsel weights 100ml ( had several empty ones) with the product is supposed to weight 130ml. Surprise! It doesn't. Mine weighted a whopping 21 ml! I will return it or buy it but will have it to verify that we're actually buying the expensive 30ml for $50+ ** DISAPPOINTED**
I know that typically once you use a make up/skin product you cannot return it. I have very sensitive skin and I do not like to keep trying products that do not work. Does this company work with you in terms of exchanges for similar products if I have an allergy to it?
