Tried to exchange a untouchable gift and the manager said it was declined my exchange. No more shopping there
Great product excellent customer service.
Love the option to switch if you're not feeling a shade for the month.
I am a flash member (i pay 10.00 / yr for 2 day shipping). And most of the time my items dont ever arrive in 2 days. My last order has made me abandon sephora all together. I purchased the travel size of the hoola bronzer and when it arrives there is no bronzer but a 100 point perk of an eye cream that i didnt want nor did i redeem. I contact customer service and they tell me i have to return it then they will refund me and i can repurchase, thats ridiculous to me. I now have to wait about 3 weeks before i get my money back then another week to get my actual item.ive also gotten items used as well. And most of the time when you select your 3 free samples you either wont get them all or get the wrong samples. I dont like going in store since they dont let you just shop. Dont buy from sephora online. Ulta is much much better. After this year i will be cancelling my flash memebership. Complete bull$#*! i have to wait an additonal month to get my item. Its a 100 point perk its not like it was full size. Will not be buying online ever again from sephora they dont care about the customer!
Terrible service, I signed up for auto pay and then come to find I have about a $200 balance on a $34 purchase.
This site is a scam do not order from them.
Complete waste of time!
Order was confirmed and never delivered.
The site should be shut down
This store is orgasmic. I walked in and said "I'm oily, I want enough coverage in a foundation to cover scars, but I want to look super natural for summer", and the dude took me aside, ad showed me the differences between all of the products that would really work for ME IN PARTICULAR. The workers really know their stuff, even if some of them look like they're still walk-of-shaming themselves. Honestly, f I wore that much makeup to work, I'd look scary, too. But, trust the workers in Sephora, they really know their stuff
Sephora brand stuff itself is AMAZING. Their brand might not have the hype of the other brands in the store, but the stuff is incredible, and half the price of a lot of the other stuff in the store. I was using color fx powder, but it had hardly any coverage, and costs literally twice as much as the sephora brand stuff. Their brushes ARE AMAZING TOO. I really didn't think brushes made much of a difference, but sephora brand brushes are fantastic. I look so natural, and I have been getting checked out a lot lately. I love it.
Received the package all in great condition. The price are worth it. Will definitely make another purchase. :)
Hi there. My friend recently tried their foundation cream and she was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was fast.
I like the products so much! Two of my closest friends started using this site on my recommendation.
I bought Estée Lauder foundation and mascara too faced and blush nars and another of Estee lauder and many more products from Sephora brand too.
Love Sephora canada thank uuu
I love sehora but I hate it. The products they sell are amazing but too expensive. They got me broke once... whentever I go to the store I end up buying somethng.
I love cosmetics. And this store fulfill my wishes. I found everything here that I wanted, from make up brush to face shampoo. Highly recommended.
First of all, I absolutely love sephora and I don't like having to complain about this store but I have been in here several times and every time I go to this specific location I have a terrible experience. When I go in looking for something and then attempt to get some help from an employee, mind you there has been little to no other customers in this small store, no one ever comes to me, so I look for them and ask for help and I've received either NO help at all or the employee acts like I've have just crapped on their entire day because I asked them to help me, and I'm not kidding when I say I've gotten the huff and puff, eye roll, point in some random direction and continues talking to the other employees, just all around $#*!ty customer service. Apparently I'm not the only one who has experienced crappy customer service when going here because I've spoken to several people who say the same exact thing, it honestly makes me dread having to go into the store because I don't want to deal with the employees. Overall, I'm just extremely displeased with the employees in this store location and I think they all need a BIG refresh on proper customer service!
I absolutely love Sephora! The selection, the free gifts and the easy check out process make it a pleasure to shop there. Well done!
I bought a set of make-up and so far it was good. This is my first choice and will try to purchase another set.
Ive been shopping at sephora both online and in store (in two different states in USA) for over 5 years, Ive spent so much money with them that achieved their useless vib and rouge status.
Since I moved to NY, I noticed that no one working at sephora (Manhattan stores)likes to have to help you finding items, or answering questions... perhaps the amount of costumers they get annoys them so much that they just give the pigeon treatment to everyone, not mentioning the sporadic security harassment.
Sephora rewards program is awful, always offering drop size samples and whenever something interesting is offered, is never available and they give you whatever you didnt ask for to make you just leave.
Sometimes samples situation online is better (non existent in stores) but is useless to pick your preferences since theyll send you whatever pleases them that you might never use since doesnt even match your skin needs/color.
They mess up shippings (sending wrong colors, missing items, splitting shipments, taking twice the delivery time...) not to mention their packages are ridiculously environmentally unfriendly, such a waste of big boxes for little items.
In my opinion Sephora got so popular that they dont even care about their patrons anymore. I rather patronize glossier, elf, urban outfitters or Ulta and feel better about where I put my so hard earned money.
Patronizing companies like Sephora just makes me angry. I was ok paying their ridiculous prices for over 5 years, but enough is enough, theres too many companies out there doing a better job.
If Sephora is reliable, they are great products, great service, fast delivery, super reliable in my opinion and I recommend it.
Hate hate HATE going to the actual stores but adore the website. After several bad experiences with several sales girls in the stores (over inflated egotistical b?!$&@€), I switched to online ordering. After 3 years of ordering almost monthly I can say the following:
1) online returns are far more easy to get done than in person
2) way more bang for your buck, 3 free samples and free VIB Deluxe samples
3) VIB point gifts are far better than in the stores. Actually speaking of this, had to go to the store a few weeks ago and after 6 attempts to find my VIB account they saw I had over 1200 points and showed me their samples. I started to snicker when she pulled out the Ole Henderkson sample set that I had already gotten a year and a half ago! I politely said no thanks.
FYI in the stores the still give you samples, however they seem to base it on how much you spend and/or your beauty bank balance.
I will continue using their website as they are never low on deluxe samples and updated VIB gifts. I spend $50 and would estimate receiving $60-$100 worth of products depending on the combo of VIB gift/promo codes/sales/samples.
If you want some good quality products, go to Sephora... I always had an amazing experience shopping at sephora. It is THE BEST.
Answer: There are a ton of great moisturizing and anti-aging products out there to help you. Sephora has so many that your head will spin, but there are also a lot of drugstore alternatives that are rated just as highly (or better) than a lot of higher-end ones. I would do some research online before ever stepping foot into a store like Sephora (trust me - they will bombard you with very expensive things you don't need). Honestly, I really like Ulta as a store better than Sephora because they carry both drugstore, middle-end, and higher-end products. (MUCH better service, too) But before you go anywhere, Google things like "best anti-aging products for mature skin" or things like that. Using multiple products, such as a glycolic toner, a serum, as well as a moisturizer is a good idea. One thing that is FANTASTIC for wrinkles and dark spots is Retin-A, but you have to get a prescription for it and it is harsh on your skin (especially if you're sensitive). It literally kills off your top layer of skin (which leads to a very annoying period of your face peeling for a few weeks), but once you get over the growing pains, your skin is amazing. I was diagnosed with melasma, which is hyperpigmentation of the skin, on my face, so my doctor gave me Retin-A and hydroquinone, which really works at fading dark spots. If you can't afford the Retin-A (mine is over $200 a tube), there are a lot of great OTC products that contain retinol and work well, just not like the Rx version. Neutrogena has a great line of products for dark spots and wrinkles. But like I said, do your research and don't let sales reps push you into really expensive products, because they get a commission, and you may get stuck with a bad product and an empty wallet. Hope this helps!
Answer: This is Sephora's list of current promo codes. They should always be valid - whether you get them to actually give you what they're supposed to is always a gamble. To get a birthday promo, you have to join their Beauty Insiders club. It's free - just go to their website.
Answer: Yes. I have to take Care of my skin in every routine when my acne appears
Answer: Yes! They have a VERY liberal return policy. You can try most products in store, as well. But, if you do buy something that you don't agree with, for any reason, don't worry. They exchange easily. I always use Sephora.com... never have had a problem returning for any reason whatsoever.
Sephora has a rating of 2.6 stars from 555 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Sephora most frequently mention customer service, gift card and next day. Sephora ranks 706th among Cosmetics sites.
