Cant ask for better service from making the online booking to pick up at the senders door to delivery to my door.

Great and speedy response. Called for an extension of promo, and was accorded a provisional allowance, that I much appreciated.
If you live outside a major city shipping options get very limited. Having Sendle means I am not driving to a depot to ship my packages, and I pay far less than Canada Post rates. My customers are very happy with the speed of the service, and I am happy with the software and price.
Generally speaking the service is good. Our main concern is drivers coming at any hour of the day - sometimes 10am when we are not ready for the days collection and sometimes noon or afterwards. There needs to be consistent time we can work towards and noon is best suited to our business. Aramex parcels are unpredictable with drivers not collecting for days until we call or email them.

We booked four pickups from the same address all going to the same place. Issue #1 I guess is why can't this be four parcels on the one consignment - but alas, it is four separate consignments. Instructions to the driver clearly said that the office was behind the garage. Two attempts to collect are marked futile. No attempt to ring in order to clarify the instructions. We have revised the instructions to advise the driver to ring when he arrives, not attempt to collect from the house and to go the office behind the garage. Hopefully he gets it right this time.

Answer: Impossible. No phone contact at all. Email messages to Sendle support get scripted replies pointing to information on the website. A week of demands to escalate gets email contact from another employee who says all the same things as the first one.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.

It basically means: we have a dedicated team who organise/reschedule for the driver to pick up the parcel on the next business day.
There's nothing more you need to do except to ensure that the parcel is ready for collection as normal - packaged, labeled, and available as per the pickup instructions.
