It is a nice cover. The strap system is so so. The method used is the hard way. Fit for my 17 foot Lund is to big. Really big and lose. Its like needing a large and wearing a XXL. But it is a pretty cover and is water proof.
I purchased this cover less than 2 weeks ago and there is already a tear. So $150 cover with a tear and no one willing to do a darn thing but make me pay $35 to file a warranty claim for the same cover when it is possible that this will happen again. Awesome customer service... NOT. This is false advertisement and crappy that less than 30 days and it already has a tear and yet I have to file and PAY MONEY for the warranty. How is that right?
I purchased A seal skin car cover and it did NOT fit which resulted in A tear. When I contacted the company. They said sorry not covered under warranty and No refund. Even though it was way to tight for my 1965 Cadillac. And they Guarantee the proper fit. There Guarantee is once they have your money they are DONE.
I receiver the above named Seal Skin Car Cover and have had it in it's package a couple of weeks, I live in San Bernardino California and the temp has been in the 100°+ for 2 weeks, I go to put it on my 1969 Cadillac Convertible which it was ordered for and it would not fit, Too short, The Convertible is almost 17.5 in length, I called the *******038 and explained my situation to customer service, and was informed that they could not replace with another that fit, I did not want a refund, just the right fit, I was informed, it was past 30, and they couldn't honor my request.So I will be reporting them to BBB and because I found them on Facebook, I will make sure of my displeasure, now All I want is a REPLACEMENT, I put it back in Original Package, with NO damage to the Product.
Purchased boat cover for Lund 16.5 Rebel XL sport and doesn't fit, about 1'6' to long and if I pull forward isn't wide enough over windshield, was supposed to be for specific boat and isn't, would probably fit 18" boat perfect, also no adjustment pulley to tighten as shown on website. Great material but won't fit and to costly to send back as they will refit but I have to pay duties and shipping costs, if Canadian Don't Buy, No Guarantee offered 20 percent refund but never received only reason I gave 1 star was fast delivery and nice materials.
It doesn't fit the way I would like it I have a lot of extra on side from the middle of boat back I lifted it with seats and a center pool still little more left than I would like. The cover itself is solid heavy duty repeals water like a master, All the straps and clips are solid good cover just wish it fit little better, but it does the job, I guess.

I bought THREE covers from them within a couple of weeks. First order was missing a cover and it took emails and phone calls for over a week to get it sent out. I was ONE DAY past their "30-Day" warranty when I discovered they sent me the wrong cover and now I'm stuck with it. I have an F-250 and they sent me the cover for an F-150. I gave them the exact description of my truck and ordered the one that they said would fit. 100% their fault and now I'm stuck with a cover I can't use.
I was told I ordered their best car cover and I had to keep my car out overnight. It rained, it leaked and I now have white spots where it leaked on my paint. So far I haven't been able to get the spots out. I contacted the company and they said sorry it is over the 30 day warranty coverage. (by about two weeks)
Your product has potential but your customer service SUCKS, I have been trying to get a replacement or rebate. Your phone number is DISCONNECTED and you don't return emails. This is a RIPPOFF and you can't upload pictures, who wants to buy from you? At this point NOT ME
I have bought two of these or should I say one and then returned the first one for a warranty problem. I would definitely would not recommend the boat covers if you are planning on trailering your boat more than a few miles. Both times the seams ripped out at a couple different places. When I called back to report the situation the second time they told me in a non-polite way that I used up my warranty the first time and that there will not be any more returns no matter what! They are nice covers but I would say only for a inside storage situation.
I purchased a boat cover for a zodiac 9 man boat. In less than 2 years it started tearing and showing too much sun exposure. Sealskin wrote me they were replacing my boat cover. However, it never arrived and they never responded to 6 subsequent emails requesting that they send me a new cover. Their products are cheap and they lie about their warranty.
I have 3 Boston Whalers and I have never had satisfactory covers for them during the season. This summer I decided to purchase covers for each of them so that they could be protected during the sunny summer months when we weren't boating. It was the best move I've made to protect these beautiful boats. The added bonus is that if you want or need to trailer your boat, the covers fit nice and snuggly and don't flap nor get damaged in the wind? Go Sealskin!
I have received my cover at my PO box in the USA but I haven't been able to pick it up yet. I will be picking it up on September 21,2022. I will get back to you after that date.
Customer service is totally NON EXISTENT at Seal Skin. They sent me a mismatched frame and cover. I'm okay with a mistake, the problem was when I called after sending an email and opening a trouble ticket. Every day l told them I needed this fixed by the next weekend and they kept telling me Management was emailing me that day. I constantly asked for escalation and was told they had no way to do that and I should await an email. It came after 5 days. They acknowledged the problem and advised I'd get a return label in 48 hours, then they would send a replacement 48 boots after receipt of the return which would then take 4 to 5 days in shipping. All in all, over 2 weeks to fix their error. Never could I talk to a manager and never did they care about the issue. I'm returning the top and not accepting a replacement.
The cover fits very well on my four-door Nissan frontier with a fiberglass shell and yes it is waterproof repels water very well very happy with the outcome can't say that about the other cover I have which I'm considering to replace it with a seal skin cover
Was sent the wrong cover, a very hard time getting through to Customer Service, over a week before they gave me a return shipping label. Then it took close to 2 1/2 weeks to sent me the replacement boat cover which was the exact same cover they sent the first time.
Don't believe the reviews that are on this site giving them a good customer service it's a bad company run by bad people.
