Ordered two covers for my Porsche 911 and 944. The covers came quickly and are of very good quality. One cover for the 944 did not fit well and sealskin replaced it with another cover that fits right. I had no problem with the return policy and the made things right without a hassle. I would use them again.
This is a really nice car cover. I don't care that it doesn't have fitted mirror pockets and isn't form fitting. It's designed to cover and protect my car. It does an excellent job of that.
I would like to see some reflective tape on the corners and at intervals for outdoor visibility. I'll try some stick-on reflective tape to see how long it lasts.

I can't tell you how many of those I have lost over the years. Great fit, all fasteners present, didn't need anything but my drill, a bit, and screw driver to install. The seal skin looks fantastic!

I paid for two day delivery and received my cover 6 days later. I called C.S and they told me to contact ups. I called ups and they told me to contact the cover company. It's a mess and I haven't received my refund for the two day delivery

Ordered my cover in February,. I read the and didn't think I needed to try it when I received it, also couldn't put it on the car because of the weather. When I was able to install it on the car it was not the right size but because it was one day out of warranty I was not able to get a refund or exchange.

I ordered one patio furniture cover first to test the quality and fit before committing to the other nine pieces. Despite following their instructions exactly, the fit was poor and disappointing. Although the website says orders ship from Brewster, NY or Fremont, the product came from India. A return would have taken about a month, so instead of dealing with the hassle of returning, resizing, and reshipping, I opted to exchange it for one large cover to protect all the cushions stacked together. However, I soon learned the product was considered a custom order and non-returnable—despite their bold claims of "Hassle-Free Exchanges," "100% Money Back Guarantee," and "Easy Returns." After four frustrating email exchanges with customer service, who repeatedly asked for irrelevant measurements and offered only a 5% discount on a future purchase, I gave up. The interaction was so robotic and unhelpful, I honestly started to wonder if I was dealing with a chatbot.

Customer Service found the right cover for my boat. It arrived quickly and fit well. The cover material is excellent. It comes with an engine cover that is part of the boat cover. Spend a few extra dollars for this vs the competition. It has a lifetime warranty. You won't find a better cover.

I had questions about the Seal Skin Cover.
My boat has a Trolling motor with Forward Facing Sonar and Mega 360 Live. A very large trolling motor three poles sticking down in the water.
He told me that there would be no Issues with the Seal Skin covering the trolling motor. I orderd the one he recomded. I does not cover the trolling motor. The pocket is not large enough so a portion of the trolling motor is exposed when the cover is on.

I purchased a boat cover for my 18 foot boat and within 10 months of it being on the boat, the waterproofing ability is completely gone, therefore any rain just soaks right through the cover and everything under the cover stays wet and mildewed. The cover is advertised to be waterproof for years however it's only waterproof for months. I opened an online warranty claim and Sealskin emailed me back and said they would replace the cover with the same cover if I agreed to pay the warranty and shipping charges of $35. Replacing with the same cover is not satisfactory because it will leak too. They said nothing when I asked them about the cover only lasting less than a year. Their response was "that's why we have the warranty policy to replace covers", so they obviously know their product is of poor quality and misadvertised. So I called several times to talk to a manager and each time I call the representatives tell me that's not possible or the manager is not available. I have never received such poor customer service from a company as this one. Buy a cover from a different supplier if you want one that is waterproof for more than a year. Also, now it's very clear why they don't allow customers to update reviews directly on their website.

Cover originally didn't fit correctly and warranty service was a terrible experience.Ive only had a couple years and it gets moisture under the cover now...every time it rains it holds the moisture on the vehicle now.Basically worthless now

Cover seams to fit well and constructed well. Cover has some wrinkles in it, but is cold and cloudy weather, and vehicle is parked in the Garage. I'm sure a good hot sunny day will take care of the wrinkles. Recommend purchase!

I bought a cover for my 2011 Toyota tundra with a camper shell.
Could have been about 5 inches longer on the sides and from front to back.

An overall positive experience. Blackwatch is longer made in the US (originally but now Australia) and were not in your data base. I sent some measurements and a picture which show a high bow rail and fairly high top with radar and your staff selected a cover that would fit and it did fit. Another large manufacturer did not have a cover that would fit the high bow rails.

Ordered a cover and everything was delivered quickly. However, I did not get the cover out and check it as it was not time to store my car. When I did, the cover was huge. Did not come close to fitting correctly, but it was past the 30 exchange. I was offered a replacement if I pad extra for shipping and restocking, so I did. Got the replacement cover and it was too tight front to back and was still baggy in the middle. I was basically told "Our covers are semi-fit and not custom made."
