Ordered my cover in February,. I read the and didn't think I needed to try it when I received it, also couldn't put it on the car because of the weather. When I was able to install it on the car it was not the right size but because it was one day out of warranty I was not able to get a refund or exchange.

I ordered one patio furniture cover first to test the quality and fit before committing to the other nine pieces. Despite following their instructions exactly, the fit was poor and disappointing. Although the website says orders ship from Brewster, NY or Fremont, the product came from India. A return would have taken about a month, so instead of dealing with the hassle of returning, resizing, and reshipping, I opted to exchange it for one large cover to protect all the cushions stacked together. However, I soon learned the product was considered a custom order and non-returnable—despite their bold claims of "Hassle-Free Exchanges," "100% Money Back Guarantee," and "Easy Returns." After four frustrating email exchanges with customer service, who repeatedly asked for irrelevant measurements and offered only a 5% discount on a future purchase, I gave up. The interaction was so robotic and unhelpful, I honestly started to wonder if I was dealing with a chatbot.

I purchased a boat cover for my 18 foot boat and within 10 months of it being on the boat, the waterproofing ability is completely gone, therefore any rain just soaks right through the cover and everything under the cover stays wet and mildewed. The cover is advertised to be waterproof for years however it's only waterproof for months. I opened an online warranty claim and Sealskin emailed me back and said they would replace the cover with the same cover if I agreed to pay the warranty and shipping charges of $35. Replacing with the same cover is not satisfactory because it will leak too. They said nothing when I asked them about the cover only lasting less than a year. Their response was "that's why we have the warranty policy to replace covers", so they obviously know their product is of poor quality and misadvertised. So I called several times to talk to a manager and each time I call the representatives tell me that's not possible or the manager is not available. I have never received such poor customer service from a company as this one. Buy a cover from a different supplier if you want one that is waterproof for more than a year. Also, now it's very clear why they don't allow customers to update reviews directly on their website.

Cover originally didn't fit correctly and warranty service was a terrible experience.Ive only had a couple years and it gets moisture under the cover now...every time it rains it holds the moisture on the vehicle now.Basically worthless now

The quality of the material is very good. The manufacturing of the cover is very good. The problem I have with this cover is that is just not a good fit for my truck. It is too tight over the cab and the transition from the cab of the truck to the hood and the transition to the bed of the truck does not conform to the shape of my Tundra. My truck has the max crew cab and the 66 inch bed.

I live in an area where the weather can be harsh. I just bought a new Jeep Cherokee "Black " and want to protect it from possible hailstones. Sealskin showed to be the absolute best choice. I haven't used it yet but I looked it over when I got it and am very impressed.

Ordered a cover and everything was delivered quickly. However, I did not get the cover out and check it as it was not time to store my car. When I did, the cover was huge. Did not come close to fitting correctly, but it was past the 30 exchange. I was offered a replacement if I pad extra for shipping and restocking, so I did. Got the replacement cover and it was too tight front to back and was still baggy in the middle. I was basically told "Our covers are semi-fit and not custom made."

I had thought the cover would be at least a little bit snugger on my Corvette, but it's kind of baggy.
Also, it has just a very small tag telling you which is the front end. I'd assumed there would be some kind of marking, like a logo, on the outside of it, as other car covers I've had.

As for the logo, as advertised, our covers don't have logos, just the front and back labels along the seams, as you noticed.
It was the shipper's fault, UPS, but Sealskin's tech support never followed up. They made me responsible for submitting a claim with UPS when the shipper can only file a claim! Tech support is horrible and should be fired. You lost a customer

Certainly covers the vehicle, and secures very well. Material quality is impressive. But the packing was non-directional, and the fit was off a bit - tad too long and too short. Will see how it goes over winter (if we have one this year!).

We communicated with Rita, on my wife's email (*******@yahoo.com). Rita arranged for a return & inspection for possible replacement. We were concerned that the top had been on the boat for several days, during which time it rained. We asked if it was still returnable & did not receive a reply concerning whether it was acceptable for replacement, once inspected. We would appreciate a phone call to discuss this matter further.

To answer the initial question, yes, I received my item. I left a lengthy review when I first received my purchase, so I won't rehash. I will say my order arrived damaged (tear at the seam). I started the return process, only to be accused of damaging the product. After several phone calls and emails, I was told my refund would be given-one person said minus an 18% restocking fee, the other said a full refund. My order date was 11-13-2024, and the day I finally received my full refund was 12-05-2024. It took 10 days from the time the damaged item was received by Seal Skin Covers for the refund to show up on my credit card. I won't do business with this company again.

I was impressed with how lightweight the cover is. It fit my car, but for a cover made specifically for a 3rd Gen camaro I expected a more tailored fit. None the less I'm happy with the cover so far. If it holds up to Texas sun I'll be very impressed.
