Last year I ordered about $40.00 worth of Scentsy from someone calling herself Raven Green. She took the money but never delivered. So I took that loss. But in 2024, some time before Christmas, I decided to try again. I ordered from Crystal Deniet. Her very intrusive mother gave me a sort of hand written receipt, so that's all I've got for proof of a $57.63 payment. Sure would like to try out your product, but after this, my reviews of Scentsy will be ALL BAD.

In fact I have bought scentcy for the last 4 years and I've noticed a big change the sense last 1 day and some of the melts don't even melt all the way plus they've left a film in the end of the glass warmer that doesn't come out so I'm done I'd rather buy a candle that smells my whole room up for days not just 5 Hours

I am very disappointed in the wax bars. I purchased 6 from their on-line store and 4 of these wax bars had very little fragrance to them. They used to have wonderful smells but not anymore. This will be the last time I buy the wax bars. I will find another product that smells good. I recommend not buying them on-line
If you want to still purchase these wax bars, I recommend buying them in person where you can smell before buying

They rip you off every month with. $15 fee and at the end when we tried to get out, they would not refund any money from the monthly fee. (1 day over) You are also expected to have a certain amount of sales even after you pay the monthly fee. I did not care for this company at all and would not recommend it.

This review is really just for the Winter Retreat warmer. I was so excited to get it but I'm disappointed! The pictures show a warm glow that reminds you of a cozy winter cabin but the bulb that came with it is bright! It is so bright that it takes away from the top of the warmer that's not lit up. Like when you look at it, you only see the bottom part because it's so bright! I'm hoping I can replace the light bulb.

I've been using Scentsy for years but I've just about had it with the customer service. I guess I'll go back to scentsationals at Walmart or yankee candles. They tell you they have a life warranty on the warmers I've had two warmers go out on me they did not replace they are full of it after my first email they stopped responding totally upset

I signed up thinking it was going to be fun. Its not It's 100.00 and then a kit it's -another 45.00 to have an account each month if you sell you get a commission but you can't use that money everywhere they track what you buy and the security is super tight. I went to my local grocery store in my town they said it was denied imagine hearing that after you sold 400.00 and your commission is nice but you can't use it no funds shocking. They have no customer service each employee is rude you have to call each time to take the security off my card. They monitor what you buy. I'm 40 years old I don't need a babysitter. Scentsy is a Joke no discounts the people that work there are rude and there is no help or training. Don't waste your money you do give get a free gift an air purifier but I had to trade mine in it didn't work it broke three times leaked everywhere the changing of the colors didn't work and it melted, the items break and not high quality horrible gifts that break down. I have waited over three weeks for my package I order and I have not received anything I called customer service and they told me I have to wait seven business days for it to be sipped it takes a whole month to wait for something I ordered never ordering from them again don't waste your time and money

Went to the website to buy a replacement dish for my warmer. I received the warmer as a gift so no previous experience with the company before now. For starters they force you to create an account just to place an order, which I find ridiculous. Basically every retailer online allows for guest checkout. On top of that, they charged $10 shipping for an $8 lid that is very small and weighs a few ounces. This is way out of line with the shipping costs of any online retailer I have ever dealt with. The whole thing just felt very "scammy". Will never do business with this company again. I wouldn't have placed the order at all but didn't want a gift given by a family member to not be used and displayed when they visited. I would recommend not doing business with this company and finding a similar item on Amazon instead.

I wish I would have read more reviews before spending the money. I purchased 2 mini fan diffusers and 3 packs of pods a total of $77. Definitely not worth the money at all. The pods don't smell like anything. We have both going in a small space and still no scent. What a waste of hard earned money.

The scent is so weak u put in a new cube and u can only smell the sent if ur standing over top of the warmer. At this price they should be making and effort to make the scent stronger asking for all the money I have paid. I can't believe the bland sent at this point would rather use a 2$ air wick

My boyfriend bought me a stuffed animal from this company for Valentines Day. It was stuffed into this tiny $#*! container that said "Scentsy" on it. I had no idea this company existed and i didn't know how terrible it was until i searched it up. I put it on my bed with my other stuffed animals and every single time I've laid on my bed, it would make me so congested and sick. (Whether if it was next to me, at the feet of my bed, or under my bed) The scent is too strong it burns my nostrils and it's gotten to a point where it can't be anywhere near me so i don't feel sick anymore. I threw it in my closet and will never touch it again but I won't throw it out because my boyfriend gave it to me as a gift (He knows the smell is so concentrated though) And most importantly I will never spend good money on $#*! like this

My teacher bought some scent from yall website coastal sunset is the name of the spray and my nose is burning and my nose is hurting so bad after she sprayed it

We just had one of their wall plug models leak sticky garbage everywhere. I was so mad, I threw it in the garbage, along with all the crappy wax cubes it came with. If you get the stuff on anything, it's brutal to clean. It's like sticky laundry soap. Just horrible! No more of this garbage in our house. We're done with it.

The corporation has told all of their distributors that the Scentsy products are made and manufactured in the United States. This is not true. The box for the wax melt warmer we just purchased clearly says Made In China. On top of lying to their distributors there are the numerous human rights violations that are perpetrated upon the Chinese workers on a daily basis. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not support this terribly unethical company or any other company that has their products Made In China. Lets make a difference

I bought 4 boxes of dryer discs. The discs themselves smelled good. The laundry did not have any scent at all using them. There are 2 in a box so I tried using both at the same time. Still no scent on the clothes. They are supposed to each last up to 15 loads. If load number one didn't have scent surely the rest won't. I contacted customer service and you can only return them unused and for the same product. How could I try them and have them unused? And why would I want more discs when they are useless. Plus pay return shipping. Not happy and won't buy again.

I have purchased some beautiful warmers in the past. I recently purchased 3 holiday warmers and 2 regular warmers. I only liked one of the holiday warmers. All of the other warmers were cheaply made and you can see the light bulb through the cheap glass. The pictures online don't show the bright bulb blinding and shining through the warmers. I ended up donating the warmers I didn't like to a pet rescue thrift store. Sadly, I won't be buying any warmers anymore.

So I order over $100 dollars worth of bar wax and some pods by mistake thinking they were wax bars. So I email them letting them know I want to return the pods and some of the bars cause I didn't like the scents. I got emailed back saying I could only exchange and that I couldn't get my money back. I was ok with that cause I just wanted exchange them for the scents I liked. They also said I would have to pay for shipping for the items I wanted to return and they ship my order for free as a courtesy. And I was ok with that. So I emailed them back telling them what I want to return and the one I wanted to order in exchange. I got an email back yesterday saying that I could only exchange pods for pods or wax bars for wax bars. Really upset cause I order the pods by mistake thinking they were wax bars and they don't want to help. So disappointing., fist time ordering and it will be the last time.

Don't buy their wax! I was so sick for 3 months until my Hubby and I figured out it was their wax causing my symptoms! Cough, runny nose, sore throat, lungs felt like they were scorched, dizzy, etc…. Please don't use this product if you have young children! They don't tell you about the chemicals in their product, BE AWARE! Research before you buy! This was a birthday gift and I was sick ever since, until we finally discovered the cause! Would not recommend!
