I purchased a top loader Samsung washing machine, which became part of a recall months later. Samsung's rebate offer was a reimbursement for purchasing a similar updated washing machine. I submitted the paper work, and was assured a timely reimbursement. It is now 2 months later, and I have still not received reimbursement. I have called Samsung's Rebate Response Line 9 times now, and every time I call, I get a different contradictory story, and I am never able to reach any of the customer reps I have spoken to in the past. Samsung did a poor job in coordinating this effort, and as a consumer, I feel that their customer service is either incompetent (hopefully), or just making up things and in a sense lying to me. As I mentioned in the beginning, I think that they make a good product, but I will be unwilling to do business with this company in the future.
A leaking gasket - should be easy to fix but 2 months of going around in circles, and they still can't give me a price or part number, or some way to repair it. At first they say it is covered, then not covered by warranty. I don't care if it is covered or not, happy to pay to fix it, but they can't tell me how much. Maybe they are just bluffing me to avoid admitting that the parts are not available. Their service contractor was very unprofessional, supposedly paid by Samsung to assess the unit, but requesting payment to walk in the front door.
I have saved copies of all the chat transcripts from May2019 to August2019 and will share if you are interested, and you can see for yourself how Samsung treats it's customers.
My tv won't turn on. I have tried all the trouble shooting guide on Samsung part and my tv plays sound but no picture. I've had this for 9 months. I have the black screen and when I put a flashlight on the screen I see the icons. Don't buy a Samsung.
Like a lot of other reviews about Samsung I wish I could of left no stars at all, I have been purchasing Samsung TV's for over 20 years but this is my last.
I received a television that had a cracked screen but trying to get them to sort the problem out is horrendous and I have now give up! They can keep the money customer services is obviously abroad somewhere and it is an absolute joke quality of the call is unmanageable to the human ear.
We bought a Samsung front load washer and dryer 31/2 years ago. The washer started to make a funny noise so we had the washer checked out... going to cost close tho 1000. 00 dollars to repair. The washer does approximately 3 loads of wash a week, not happy at all! Two years ago we remodeled our Florida home and bought all samsung products for the house,[washer, dryer, stove, refer, dishwasher and microwave] after 13 months, the dryer cost me 200.00 for repairs. Once again, NOT HAPPY! I will never recommend samsung products to anyone, EVER!
Bought a Samsung top loading washing machine. It got recalled. They scheduled a repair date for 11/21 between 8-12. I took off from work and waited an no one showed up. I finally called at 12:30. They said, "sorry they may still come. But they might not. So, we are going to rebook you." Now I am rescheduled for next Monday! Not only did I take off from work, but I wasted an entire day for nothing! And, all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience." And now I have to figure out how to get this done WITHOUT taking another day off from work.
We bought a brand new fridge less than 2 years ago that stopped working. I lost a whole fridge full of food. They tried to charge me to come out. The guys who came out were really nice and tried to repair it. It broke down two weeks later. I lost another fridge full of food. They came back out and said it wasn't repairable and had to replace it. We have not been over a month without a fridge still no reimbursement. Dealing with fast food costs and the loss of two fridge full of food costs. Will never buy another Samsung product again!
We had a Samsung dishwasher. No removable filter. Loud, but the worst was it had a serious malfunction at 6 months of age. The dishwasher kept draining and draining and draining. We googled it and it was a very common problem and very expensive to fix. We bought replacement Bosch dishwasher. Here we are 6 months later and we're having problem with Samsung refrigerator. It freezes everything that touches the back wall. There is constantly pooling water which freezes under the deli drawer rendering it difficult to open. The ice maker has never worked from day one, but we don't use ice. Samsung makes good cellphones, but I wouldn't recommend their appliances at all. Warranty is worthless. Good luck.
Samsung Is a scam! They don't follow through with being covered by warranty and will say it's your fault. I have the z fold 4 wasn't even 5 months old and I went to open my phone one day and there was a white line on the screen and green line going down the middle. Mind you no cracks or anything in the screen and got out right told that I broke it intentionally by dropping it. I was very careful with the phone. Also never opened my phone useless I was using it for work and needed a bigger screen
They have had my granddaughters phone for over a month cause their last update crashed it. As of today with being on hold for over an hour, they have no updates as to when her replacement will be shipped. Asked to speak with a supervisor... surprise, there wasn't any. What the #$^?
We recently remodeled out kitchen and installed all new Samsung appliances from Home Depot. They are the worst appliances I have ever had in my 50 years as a homeowner. The fridge has already needed service twice and still operates inconsistently. The dishwasher "works" but does not clean even the mildest of foods from the dishes. They actually tried to tell me that I was the cause of the problem because I was pre-rinsing the dishes. The stove controls do not work properly. The microwave controls do not work properly. I have recently been researching and finding that even retail outlets are advising potential customers to avoid Samsung appliances. I only wish I had done this research beforehand.
I just love Samsung products. Let it be their mobile phones, washing machine or any electronic product, they are good. The service of Samsung products is also nice. Their staff is very supportive.
Keep it up!
I've owned my fold 2 for 12 months the first 10 were great. After 10 months the inner screen's start to fail
My phone is still at the Samsung repair centre a total of 5 weeks and they want £520.
Look on the internet at fold 2 inner screen failures. My advice is stay away from samsung fold products as the technology and durability doesn't last and cost a fortune. Wait a few years till they can make a reliable device.
I'm going to try and reject the phone due to the fact samsung knows its faulty product
So going back to the trusted iphone
I wish I can share the chat transcript with the customer service agents. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and their stubbornness to compensate for my loss. Never ever going to buy a Samsung product.
I requested my trade in phone to send back. When i got the phone back, my spen was missing. Contract samsung. Got coupon to buy from the site. But it's never come available to buy. Try to contact them again. And seem like no one want to help me with the issue. Worst customer service ever dealt with.
It's a huge fraud going on with samsung.com and their offers. I didn't even realize it untill my washer and dryer stopped working, I had to call SAMSUNG care and they say we can't come over as these are refurbished. I have to spend almost 3 weeks to get the information and finally confirm it is refurbished. Never ever buy anything from Samsung.com - I know it's a big company but doing FRAUD to customers like this and giving discounts is a $#*!ty thing.
My son bought a brand new Samsung A50 phone from a Verizon store in Flagstaff, AZ. 15 days later the phone began malfunctioning. Unfortunately, the Verizon sales guys in-store told him to send it to Samsung. I think they should have taken care of it right then and there, and a Verizon call center rep I told me as much. My son sends the phone out and Samsung contacts him to tell him that there is moisture damage and it's not covered under warranty. $250 to fix a $380 phone! Of course, my son says no and the phone is being returned. Verizon told me that Samsung should have sent an email with pictures of the damage. Samsung tells me no, I guess we just have to take their word for it. The company line via FB message from Samsung Support: "our apologies for the inconvenience." We have been using Galaxies for some time. I will try to never use another Samsung product. They are inflexible and cold.
Do yourself a big favor... stay away from anything Samsung!
My freezer went to a factory reset all by itself, I lost everything I had stored there, that's bad enough!
I bought the freezer 3 years ago.
I called the company and they would not do anything for my issue, after complaining to BBB they offer me a service call (at my expense). After a manager took my case I got them to agree to pay for the service call.
If you can believe it the company they use for service HSN is even worse than them. Shocking
I have been trying to schedule with this company for 4 days... they do not answer phones or call you back.
Just stay away from Samsung and you save a lot of time, money and sanity!
Never ever purchase a Samsung! Worst product ever. I purchase their black Stainless appliances and here is the history
-First 6 months Refrigerator broke
- dishwasher never dry dishes, Repair tech said that's how it is and Samsung is aware. So I have dish washer that has never dried dishes completely.
- gas range black stainless coating is coming off and now one of the knobs just cracked so I called and found not under Warranty for knob even tho I have the extended plan so I said fine how much for knob $85! For one cheap plastic knob.
Folks stay away from Samsung! They suck!
The charging cord on my Samsung A53 stopped working after about 45 days and after spending 15 min. On the phone with Samsung support I was told that accessories are only warranted for 30 days. I foolishly spent almost $30 for a defective cord and will know better in the future to buy accessories from other sources at a fraction of their price.
Answer: Yes it works you need an alexa device to hook it to your alexa tv they have to pair each other, download the alexa app...

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
Answer: Good luck on your problem. I haven't had any luck with my 8 month problem with them
Answer: They are out of the country and could not care less about customer service
Answer: Yes! You never get what you ordered from them!
Answer: This Samsung fridge was purchased at a local Lowes store. Lowes would not help me in any way with getting service when the fridge stopped working.
