Will never buy a Samsung product again, I bought a Gear s2 watch and it never worked right from the start. I took 9 or 10 phone calls and countless hours of my time and a month and a half later and twice sending in for service it still doesnt work, just awful customer service. I told them finally to go f themselves.
We have this refrigerator less than 4 months and it's already broken. We called Samsung and they said they would have someone call us back between 24-48 hours. So that's just a call to schedule someone to fix it. We got the number and called ourself the company they have contracted to fix it and they will not be here for another 4 days. Everything is ruined and needs to be thrown out. We also have a 6 month old. This was not a cheap refrigerator! I am so upset! Don't recommend at all!
Will never buy a Samsung appliance again. Parts for four year old dishwasher no longer manufactured. Samsung informed me I would "have to buy a new dishwasher" since I didn't purchase the extended warranty. Who would have thought parts would be discontinued after only four years. Dealing with customer service was frustrating and futile. They have the runaround, evasion and lying down to a fine art. Will never buy or recommend Samsung products to anyone. Pam Corgan
Got a new s23 ultra that had a bad board. Instead of doing whatever it takes to make me the customer happy. I had to send it back to them for repair. Parts are on back order so instead of sending me a replacement. So representative hung up on me and refused to let me speak to anyone else just told me they don't care about customers.
I bought a Samsung dishwasher DW60R7040. 13 months into the 24 month warranty it caught fire. Samsung have refused to replace it. Do not buy!
Their customer service is useless they will not transfer you to management, they just transfer you to different departments or cut you off.
I bought a Samsung dryer less than 8 months ago when it stopped working. I called Samsung 3 times before I was told that they don't provide service in my area, despite the fact that the product is under warranty. It took me another five weeks (with no working dryer) to get a refund. At one point, I was told to call a customer service number between the hours of 2-5 EST. I kept the phone on re-dial and dialed the number continuously between 2-5 for three days and it was busy! My refund did not include money to have the broken dryer removed. This was my first and last experience with any Samsung product. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
I Purchased a 70 " Samsung, was still under warranty. Took 2 1/2 weeks to pick up defective TV.
Now I am waiting 5 weeks & counting for my refund link from "Citibank" & (Never got the link) then I was told you will have a paper check within 7 days, called customer service supervisor & the same dry $#*! apology, "It's coming" Scammers, criminals. We all need a job however I could not rip off an 80 yr old senior without a TV for 5 weeks & counting! You all should be ashamed to cash your paycheck! I know GOD will work this out! You are all fiflthy people to encourage the company you represent to carry out this deceptive conduct.
Pray your Samsung product never goes bad. Their warranty service is absolutely horrendous! Shouldn't be this hard to get a replacement cell phone sent back to me. I'll be looking beyond the Samsung brand come time for a new phone or household appliances. Do yourself a favor and do the same!
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM SAMSUNG. There are companies who care about their customers Samsung does not. Purchased a monitor. Had to return for repair. They could not repair it. I was told I would get a code to order a new one within 24 to 48 hours. It took 6 weeks of nothing but grief. They clearly do not care about their customers. When I finally got the code you can only use on their web site, they do not give refunds. Most items were out of stock or more money than your original purchase. So it's either buy what they have or lose the money. Believe me you do not want to deal with them!
The worst company on earth I purchased insurance from them and called to file a claim and customer service would not help me with nothing they would hang up in my face and still have not heard from them!
IPhone user approves these headphones and in my opinion wayyyy better than the standard AirPods.
I did have the older versions and can confirm that these are louder and have better call quality. Everyone can hear me clearly and perfectly during long calls. I will update this review if anything goes wrong but I don't foresee it.
My Samsung TV is 6 months old and already has a corner going black in the screen. I contacted Samsung the following is what happened...
Samsung has the worst warranty repair policy. I refuse to take a day off work and lose over $200 in wages to sit at home all day waiting for a repairman to come to my house. I don't want a stranger that doesn't even work for Samsung coming into my house. They don't have any repair stations that you can drive to and drop off your unit have it fixed and pick it up at a later time. Absolutely ridiculous. I am throwing away my Samsung TV and buying a different brand.
I received a defective s22, and Samsung technicians refused to repair it. They wouldn't accept my calls during business hours, nor did they resolve any issues I've had with this phone. They sent it back to me, still broken, without a word and while ignoring my attempts to reach them. I'll hate them forever.
Samsung has most lag ever and frozen screens on every time. The phones will freeze on you for no reason and it takes half a hour to make a call due to the lag it constantly keeps making. The TVs will go half black to black screen on you suddenly. Samsung is a scam with a collection of refurbished and recycled electronics that are out from a trash can. Customer Service are a group of liars who will make your life worse. Do NOT buy anything from Samsung.
I tried using chat today to get my fold 3 setup for Service. The rep kept asking me to repeat information that was already typed previously. (just had to scroll up to get info. Even though information why clearly typed out he kept giving me information I never asked for. Been on chat and the phone for more then an hour to just setup a simple door to door service call
Awful, awful, awful. Never buy from Samsung.com. I bought a Note 8 phone unlocked with a verizon sim card. They shipped the phone on time, but then verizon said the sim card and the phone they sent were not compatible. Eight (8!) hours of my time w/ tech support, having to drive to a verizon store, etc. and it still was not resolved. No one had ever heard of this happening. So i said, i'll buy a new phone from you and return the problem phone. I bought a new one, and same thing happened. So i've wasted a huge amount of time, have been without a phone for weeks. And they never offer recompense. When i asked, they said they'll give me $25 off of some other samsung product. Never buy from them. Incompetent.
I spent 4.5 hours trying to get my veterans discount on a new S23 Ultra messaging on Samsungs site. I talked with 6 agents. Renewed my veterans ID and showed the pics of my DD 214 form. No luck. Back our veterans not Samsung.
Great products but poorly run shipping and customer service. We bought our TV from the Samsung site and their shipper (ever hear of Associated Global, we didn't either) lost the unit. Two weeks later they were willing to wait until the shipper made a final determination and would not send a replacement unit. Canceled that order and went to Best Buy. There was appeal to the idea of buying directly from the company that made the unit. Bad idea. Dont.
I bought a Samsung refrigerator (28CuFt 4-door French Door Showcase with Metal Cooling in Black Stainless Steel) on March 18,2018. Right from the beginning, the ice maker seems to deliver ice unevenly. Three days ago, the ice maker stopped making ice. Yesterday, I called the Samsung service to make a repair appointment, and was told to follow a couple of trouble shooting instructions, which was sent via email. I tried both the water filter replacement and ice maker reset last night. This morning (after 9+ hrs) when I checked there were only 3 ice. So I called the Samsung service again and now the tech person tells me that I needed to wait 24 hrs to see whether the ice maker works or not, which was not on the instruction. Only when I asked to talk to a supervisor and being placed on hold for several minutes, the person gave me a repair ticket number. What a horrible service...
This so surprising for me to accept that samsung has become one of the worst company in terms of customer support. One of my friend bought Samsung S21Ultra last year. The phone was running good but one day the display had some dead pixels. He went to his nearest customer center but they did not help him saying that problem did not include any warranty. So disappointing.

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
