I had an automatic update to my Samsung Galaxy 7. I haven't checked all the features but the contact is the worst. There are two issues. 1. if home is the default, and you hit message it will go to the home phone which is obviously impossible. Message should automatically go to a cell phone only as it is a text. 2. My other issue is that when you hit the person's name in contact it automatically calls the default if you press phone. You must hit details to get a choice of phone numbers. This is through my Verizon account and I hate the contact update that it's giving me. I love my phone but I wait to see if all these other applications makes me hate it. That is why I rated for instead of

I was routed 7 different times incorrectly back and forth between tech and sales and none of them able to tell me about extended warranties. I was given 5 different numbers to call and none of them worked.
If you can't even get a simple question answered, why should anyone bother buying a monitor from Samsung.

Never got 1 person to answer my extended warranty question. They said click the link I sent you but the link either did not work or didn't answer my specific questions. What a waste of time. Their customer service stinks!
Samsung have black Friday deals at the moment with a lower price advertised online but the price go's up for the same product when you add to check out cart. Be careful and check the price.
When asking for help on chat, they just said they would review and did not honour the advertised price.

I send my super clean S7 Edge do all what they said about factory reset and send next day that I get the return box, they take 150 usd. For the trade towards the new phone, 4 month later they take 125 usd. Out of my account and said that I have to do some other weird thing to the phone and that they are going to take possession of the phone for $25 dollars, we ask to charge the full price for the new phone and return the old one that we know its worth a lot more, they said not sorry, just stole it with white gloves
Samsung has the worst customer support. You will get connected to a foreign country and spend hours on the phone my dryer broke down 4 months after buying it and I still have not come to a resolution 3 months later. Horrible customer service and warranty suppory.
Had to give 1 star as 0 was not an option. Absolutely disgusted with Samsung a brand I have purchased many products from and trusted. In December 2020 I purchased a 50" OLED TV, just recently it has developed a fault where it keeps on going in to a restart loop. I contacted customer care and after a very long conversation and various steps to try to fix the problem I was informed that it would need to be looked and by an authorised repair centre. As the TV is just over 2 years old it is no longer under warranty and they except me to pay for the repair. I have paid £800 for a TV that has lasted just 2 years before breaking down and now requires me to spend money on to fix. I will never ever purchase another product manufactured by Samsung as their reliability is now an issue.
Samsung washing machine went out a while back, and the reason was back shocks that keeps the drum from rocking around, and will never buy new washing machine from them again, because the repairs cost more than the washing machine was worth? The washing machine did not have features, such as the amount of water used in the washing machine, but less water, and it squealed on high spin, and of course this brand does not know how to keep the drum basket from rocking around? The parts are hard to find, and I'd find so shocking is they make a better dryer, but washing machine is made very poor?
I've had two Samsung Galaxies to date and I've been very happy with them, especially the camera. However, I've had the same fault occur on both. After a while, the sound (mic) has gone meaning that I can't record with sound and nobody can hear me on the phone. And the other is that again, after a while, you have to buy new chargers because the phone doesn't recognise that it's in and it's kind of like a lose connection situation. I think Samsung need to address this because it's happened to both my phones and has put me off getting another.
Do not buy anything Samsung. Placed an order for the new S23Ultra. They charged me in full even before the phone was dispatched which no body else does. I requested a cancellation which has now been in the limbo for 48 hrs without any updates. I requested to talk to a supervisor but they keep telling me that non is available. I emailed them several times, without receiving a single response.
I have requested a supervisor to call me without anyone calling me until now.
The phone itself has not been shipped out.
I ordered for washer and dryer and it was supposed to be delivered sometime in June 2022 and the last mile delivery company XPO logistics said due to over capacity they need to re-schedule and they kept saying that each time they confirm a delivery date and nothing was delivered as promised. I ended up cancelling the order but it's taking ages to get the refund and each time I call the customer care, they create a ticket and then back into the black hole. Samsung should respect and value their customer's time and money. I'm never buying any samsung product online.
A Samsung 55 inch TV due for delivery February. Confirmed by Samsung via email. Waited all day. Went to enquire at the end of the day where the delivery was... it may be two weeks. Asked for a refund only to fund that will take a month. Don't try to buy Samsung!
Samsung, no longer gives you a charger with your new phone. After my wife paying $449.00 dollars for her new phone she had to run out and buy a new charger from Target. Now there saying they are going to cut out the USB cable. We'll Samsung is no longer my brand.
I have purchased Samsung phones, TV's, refrigerators. You name it, and all have not lasted as long or have been as good in use as their competitors, i. E., Sony, etc,.
I am personally done with Samsung after so many failures while their competitors equipment continues on
Being a past president of the NKBA and a certified kitchen designer I can't believe that I have not previously heard of the widespread issues with Samsung appliances especially the refrigerators. I have personally owned your refrigerator since about 2013 and have had the worst appliance experience ever. Not knowing until recently how industry widespread it is I decided to call Samsung to see if everything that I've been reading was true. I can't believe how bad your customer service is as well as your willingness to take responsibility for poorly designed products that you sell. I plan to follow up with every outlet that I can to inform the industry and the public about the shortcomings of this brand. It is disgraceful how I was personally treated and I can only imagine how many 10's of thousands were also treated the same. I may be only one voice in this but we'll see if David can take on Goliath…. ;)
Do not buy Samsung! Cannot get parts you can order them but they won't say when you will get them, no ETA at all. Customer service didn't get back to me for 10 hours then couldn't understand that I was at work and could not talk and didn't have access to the appliance.
I waited on hold for over an hour to find out what they could do for me about all my chargers not working after 3months. I am not a person who is rough with my chargers nor do I use it more then 2 x a day. I am so upset and will spread around to everyone about how poor the customer service is with samsung
I bought a Samsung freezer and after 2 weeks it stopped freezing. I was told there would be someone out there to repair or replace my freezer. Now 4 days later and a freezer full of rotten food I still have not had anyone come out. Samsung is the worst I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. It is not over I am really pissed/
My mom used Samsung Washing machine which turned out to be a decent product. Taking this trust ahead, my family purchased more products from Samsung, like their AC and mobile phones.

Ordered $3000 worth of products and every order was cancelled. Contacted customer service and they blame the American Express card used that has PLENTY of money on it. Contacted the bank and they stated there was no issue of any kind. Contacted customer support and I was hung up on multiple times. Had a supervisor that was rude so I asked for her name then again was hung up on. Will never be using samsung.com to order anything. Completely unprofessional. Especially for multiple supervisors to hang up more than once. Then ask for her name then get hung up on again because she knew she would get in trouble or possibly lose her job. Absolutely ridiculous.
Samsung is the most unethical company I have ever experienced. From The general consumer call centers to the office of the president, Samsung is corrupt and does not care about consumers. I mistakenly purchased a product that needed repairs. The product was repaired multiple times, and on the final repair, Samsung had canceled the repair ticket and STOLE my product! Left empty handed and only with ultimatums from Samsung I had very few options. Samsung lawyers lie through their teeth and because they are such a large corporation nobody else will stand up and help the consumer.
The most disgusting part about the whole situation is Samsung violating my consumer rights, my rights has a United States citizen. I challenge each and every one of you that reads my horror story to not give a dime to this company, they don't belong in the United States!

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
