I have bought for my kid a pair of Hot Sell Frameless Anti-UV Sunglasses. Sammy Dress shipped out my order within 24 hours. This is very cool. This is the first time when I get my orders shipped so quick. I am going to recommend this site for all of my friends and I will continue use the site with pleasure. I will rate it 5 stars.
I spent $121 on stuff from this site and never received anything, and when i asked if they could send the items again they were out of stock and instead offered me a refund of a whole $43 of the $121 i spent. So yeah i basically lost $80 and got nothing. After writing a bad review they contacted me immediately and offered me my full refund, i might try shopping there again, i just hope its not a fool me once scenario
I made an order on the Nov. 21 2014! Lets be fair here i mean i paid for this right? So i have all the rights to get my order on time (ok a little bit late is fine too) BUT NOT TILL NOW! How long more should i wait for it to come? Sammydress I love you! No joke! But all i want is the items that i paid for.
Overall they take a day to reply to your concerns, and items take a month to finally be delivered. The items are very low priced, but sometimes the shipping is not. Overall, I love their stuff but I hate that it takes so long to get to you. :(
Just receveived my order today. Leopard Print V-Neck, also a chiffon black dress and a watch. Love them. They fit perfectly and to watch is lovely. Thanks Sammy dress. Can wait to see my pumps (boots) that were shipped Oct. 23.
The clothes look nothing like the photos, only pattern, color, and type; other than that it is cheap fabric that looks nothing like how they present it in the photos. Their sizes are completely off. I followed the size chart when ordering and the items that are supposed to be type ended up being too big and baggy and the items that are supposed to be loose are too tight. If you do not heed my warning and order this trash at the very least do not count on the size chart.
Unlike many I did receive part of my order, but wish I hadn't; at least then I would stand a chance to get my money back. These clothes are so cheap for a reason, and they are honestly not even worth the small amount that they cost. I will never wear a single item that I ordered. Don't waste a dime on these clothes or you will be like me and deeply regret your decision. If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would give this company.

I order mostly clothes, shoes and make up from the site, Always cheap collections, with offers that beat any other sites. For the past 3 years i joined Sammydress, i have been very happy because they have beautiful dresses and shoes on cheap prices. All other items i have got when they said they be here or sooner.
I am so happy with my latest order MM************** from SammyDress! The two full-length chiffon dresses looked exactly like the pictures and are a perfect length for my 5'3' (most long dresses have to be hemmed). I also received two lovely gold leaf hair clips that I can't wait to wear and a fabulous dark brown leather shoulder bag that again looked just like the pictures. The order came in record time-about a week!- using expedited shipping (which didn't cost much more than regular shipping that can take up to a month or more). Very satisfied with this order.
Bought jacket and top. Top came but Jacket didn't arrive. Had to contact several times to get a refund for the jacket. Eventually got refund directly into my bank.
Top was good fit and quality. Really pleased with it.
I ordered a pair of boots from Sammydress for my daughter's birthday. I placed my order on November 19th and received them today. If you go to the shipping and handling info on their page it tells you that if you are in the U.S. it can take up to 10 days to process before it is shipped, which is why I ordered a month in advance and they came even sooner. They were exactly like the picture and the quality was great. I had read so many horrible reviews about this company but I think they're great. I've already place another order!
This company is awful. I placed my order and didn't receive anything for weeks. I checked my online account with them and nothing was shipped. I attempted to reach them about my order and had no luck reaching anyone to discuss my order. I opened a PayPal dispute about my order and magically over night my package arrived. Well- 5 out of 8 items showed up. Only two items were somewhat similar to the items I ordered. I attempted to reach them again about a return and had no luck doing so. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Poorly quality, poor customer service, and overall BAD. DON'T order a thing from them.

This is a very good store with great prices. There are always new and exciting reasonably priced items. They have great customer service and very fast shipping. So far I have had a very pleasant shopping experience with them.
Do NOT order from this website! I placed an order with them and paid $25 EXTRA for 3 to 5 day shipping, I wrote them a week later and still nothing, then another week later and still nothing. After 22 days I filed a dispute via PayPal and they finally responded that my items were not in stock, could I wait longer? I shop online all of the time. If items are not in stock they should not let you buy them and how can all six items not be in stock? Scam! Scam! Scam! 24 days later and still nothing!

I always go to this website to find cheap clothes, do not expect a mega quality but I find that honest for this price. After personally I have never had a problem and they already answered to my questions.
Very misleading, you think your getting a quality product from the United States, instead you get a really cheap knock off from China and the import and duties charged... unbelievable! Avoid this business!

Although after placing my order, I did receive it within 12 days. Order was all wrong, and when I sent a message to ask how to send it back, I got no reply. I ordered two small shirts, one was huge, and came with 2 dark stains on it, and for sure it was NOT a small, and the other one was way to small. And the quality was terrible. Stay away from these people.

I've purchased from this company 2weeks ago and all I receive is responses from their server indicating they received my ticket and they close it on their end without giving me a resolution to my problem, I have called the number on their site which is always busy, I was anticipating to receive my merchandise but am weary now, so disappointed that I can't speak or online chat with someone, I will never place an order with them nor will I recommend them to my friends... :(
