I've been happy with all the products I received, there in great quality and condition. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, not only are they cheap but great quality.

I wish I can give them no stars, my wife made an order from their website through my PayPal account. The very next day customer service send me an email saying they cannot process my order unless I send them a copy of my credit card and personal ID! Their reason was to "prevent credit card fraud".
I think this is what PayPal is for, and they have no business with my credit card and ID.
I replied to customer service but didn't receive any feedback, I immediately opened a claim on PayPal.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I just bought 3 items from sammydress maybe 6 or more days ago and today I came across this website. I've gotten worried about my items because even After 6 days, stays says processing. These critical reviews are truly scaring me. This is my first online order so I hope paying $40 to a fraud is worth it. If the administrator or head of sammydress reads this, I hope you do not cause any trouble to me or anyone else with the long shipping times and ignored responses. I have told many friends about sammydress saying that the clothes are reasonable and cute. Please do not make me regret telling my friends about you, sammydress. Just try not to ignore orders and their responses and do not make shipping time more than it should be. It even says on the site within 3-5 business days, the item should be shipped. My order number is MM**************. All I ask is that you do not disappoint me or anyone else with your problematic system

They suck. It says will ship within 24 hours, they lie. I ordered 2 items that were suppose to be ready to ship within 24 hours. The date I needed the items came and went. I check out my order and it stills says "in process". I sent them a complaint requesting my money back, then they ended up shipping it. I've yet to receive my order. Not worth the money.

I made my second order to sammydress.com, a dress and a sweatshirt.
Study carefully the conditions and once again I didn't mind the wait time that clearly indicates it will take to receive my order. I saw that the clothes were so absolutely cheap as to compensate for the cost of shipping, even with these shipping costs continues to be a cheap purchase. Analyze in detail the pictures of each product looking at the quality of the fabrics And the same way that happened in my first purchase, I wasn't disappointed at all, there are already two new orders and I will definately be buying again and again

I've bought accesories from this site and their prices are pretty good plus the shipping on most accesories is free. The quality of the products is good, specially for the very little they cost. I had to cancel one order and they did refund all of my money and didn't took more than a week. I guess my overall experience with them has been good cause I've learned how to order online from past experiences with other sites. I would recommend this site but I would also recommend people to get a measuring tape if you're buying clothes and to take your measurements to help you find which size fits you better. Also be very patient cause your items will arrive after 5 to 8 weeks after you order them.
