I love this site. The clothes are affordable and they are of good quality. When i had ordered mine it came in the mail within 2 weeks and i was exited. All of the things i had ordered where here. Customer service is great if you have any question they will answer it for you and make sure that you have a great experience shopping on their site.

This site is the worst I've ever experienced in my entire online-shopping life. I have yet to receive a reply from them. I bought two items on the 25th of September, 2013. They have only notified me that the item is out of stock AFTER I inquired about it, and why it took so long to ship out. They updated the order stating the first item was shipped out on October 5,2013, the second on October 7,2013. Until now I still haven't received the items.
I have bought an item from another site, some time in mid-October, and all of them have already arrived. I worry that they won't get here in time. If only they could refund my payment, that's all I'm asking for.

One star for the long long wait, much like all the other people on the site. I ordered a few pieces on September 19th. Some of them still have not been shipped out and it is November.
Customer service is worthless because they only email you once a day. Additionally, the staff canceled my order when I specifically have been asking for a few months WHEN THEY WILL BE SHIPPED. I'll get a few pieces and wait for a refund for those unavailable because it simply isn't worth communicating with this company

Their english, communication, customer service skills are both poor.
I ordered 7items at the same time. Next day my order status was update as processing. The order status hasnt still change, I sent out email on the 7th, they said we JUST CHECKED YOUR ORDER and 2of them are coming in on 24th and if I want to wait.
They didnt tell me if other items are available or they dont have them.
I needed more information. I just wrote them back i need to cancel my order becauae this is frustrating me.

Where is my order?! This is a terrible site. I wouldn't recommend it. My order is in forever "transit" status. Its more than a month now and the tracking number they provide is untrackable. This is a scam! Totally scam! I know I've purchased cheap and small amount of items just to try it but still, it's a money. I am not rich to throw away my money like that. I have both good and bad experience. You do get the stuff buy it takes FOREVER. For the price you are paying, they have good items. I am just not happy with the shipping price though.
I got an account just to talk about this site. My order number was MM************** and I made it on October 8th. It is still processing. It is absolutely unacceptable that the order has taken this long to process and has not even shipped. They promised that they would respond within 24 hours if you submit a ticket. I submitted one two days ago and haven't gotten a response. I even tried to call their call center and got a busy tone. I do not recommend this site at all. Stay far away!

My experience with Sammydress has been both bad and good. I've placed about 6 orders since the beginning of this year, and most of them have reached me with no incident, although they DO take forever. I know some of that blame can be placed on customs holds and things like that, but Sammydress still has some responsibility. I have had items shipped to me in Canada from the UK in only 3 business days with standard and FREE shipping, so paying what I pay for Sammydress' shipping and having it take well over a month is a bit ridiculous. But for the most part I've been happy with what I've received.
The jewelry, which is mostly what I order, isn't fabulous quality. But it's about the same as Forever 21 or Claire's and it's about 1/4 of the price so I'm happy in that regard. I've gotten many pieces I love. Also a couple wonderful scarves.
The clothes are total hit and miss, and measurements won't help much to determine if it will actually fit or look like the picture. Some items have been immediately thrown in the garbage once I opened them, some I have loved. I try to only order items that are so cheap I won't care if I have to chalk it up to a loss.
I have had a situation where an item (a scarf) was missing from an order. After having to send both slips enclosed on the outside of the box, I was told that according to the ship weight all items had been shipped. I let them know the box did not look tampered with and regardless of what their shipping weight said, I did NOT receive that scarf... they asked if I wanted to pay the shipping cost again and have the scarf re-shipped to me. I firmly said that no, I would not. I want my money refunded OR I want the scarf shipped to me free of charge. To their credit, they shipped the scarf, and it did arrive fairly quickly. So quickly in fact that it made me wonder why everything I order from them can't get here that fast...
All in all... I've gotten some items I really like from there, and the customer service while not stellar, can come through but you have to have a bit of perserverance and bargaining skill. It's starting to feel like more hassle than it's worth and unless Sammydress can get their s*** together as far as shipping goes, I may not order again.
