Hi. I ordered 3 items of clothing from this website on the 3/12/2013 and still have not received anything. Today is the 14/01/2014. The money was taken out of my account the day i placed this order so I don't understand the delay. My boyfriend placed an order 2 weeks after I had placed mine and he received his order today. I ordered on 1/8/14 and it took my payment and it is now 1/14/14 and still processing! WTF! I paid for expedited shipping and still processing? Yoooo this has me beyond livid! Their customer service is not 24/7 like it says. At this point I don't even want the items I just want my money back. Theyre quick to take your money but wont even respond. OH and the ticket? That $#*! is an automated service, they will not respond to you. I despise this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a dress on November 18th. They told me that it was shipped on November 21st. It is now January 13th and I STILL have NO dress. I have been in contact with them multiple times trying to figure out where it is and what the hold up might be. Each time they tell me to be patient and wait longer. I ordered the dress for holiday parties which are now all over. I am very upset and will do whatever I need to so that they either send me the dress or give me my money back.

I ordered my 5 tiny items on 12/26/13 its now Jan 13.14 and nothing. It says all shipped out like about 4 days after I ordered and just two days ago my tracking number said not found. So I contacted them and they have the nerve to give me the same number and still it's not there, I have never had so much negative feedback from this website it's ridiculous, still waiting. I would never recommend this website for all the tea in China...

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. Never buy from them. I waited for 2 months. Finally I got my order after I threatened to call the BBB on them. When I got my two articles of clothing they looked and fit nothing like what was on the website. I think we as consumers should contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on this company. Total rip off and fraud. This website needs to be shut down. I want my money back or I will call the BBB.

I ordered a lot and now i am worried if its gets through. It says its been shipped but reading the reviews here it haunted me. Geez those money we spent here is a hard earned money so i hope this guys would have a heart. Ive been buying things on the net and i never had a problem. I received the items within 8 days only and its free shipping. I should stay with aliexpress and they dont take the money unless i received the item. Im still praying that i will get my items. It s bday and xmas gift to me. Can anyone tell me what is AUPS, its says it was shipped thru that. Tried to google it and nowhere to find. Im worried i wont get the items. This seller sucks. If i wont get the item i will really make a noise everywhere so anybody will aware of this site. Im still giving you a chance sammydress.

I order 3 dresses on 01/02/2014 for my birthday I plan to be out of town for Vegas this Tuesday January 14 2014 and I paid for expedite shipping (3-5 business days) i have not heard from them and my account have been charged. This is terrible my order # is M**************. Sammydress.com why would you have me pay for expedite fees if those dresses werent gonna be here? I bought 3 dresses in September 2013. Todate I didn't receive the dresses. I phoned them and I was told it was posted. The tickets numbers means nothing because it is like a auto message. I went to Hong Kong for a holiday in December and I visited the address on the website and this business doesn't exist. The hotel that I stayed in (cosmopolitan hotel) is in the same area. I feel like I was mislead and robbed for my money. I am going to report this to PayPal.

I am a 10+ time loyal customer to sammydress.com and I have been continually impressed by their company, with over 50 items I love purchased at a low-cost from their company. I give them 4 stars out of 5 only because of their shipping and processing time; which is much longer than if you are purchasing from our country or a closer country to us. I feel one thing many American customers do not give them credit for is that they are on the other side of the world! Shipping for me usually takes 30-40 days, and has taken as long as 3 months after an item was stuck in U.S. customs (which I personally had to go resolve and pick up). But, I love their fashion and their great prices. When they have been out of stock of an item, they have refunded my purchase within a week after emailing them. Good customer service. Since they are on the opposite side of the world, U.S. consumers should expect a longer communication and processing time as a trade for their outstanding low prices. Still, I love sammydress.com!

I have ordered 5 items from them more than 3 weeks now. I just get status processing. It's the first time I ordered from here and after reading all reviews I am really worried. I raised a ticket on their site also 2 days back but no response though they mentioned they will respond in 24hrs, status of ticket id is also showing processing. I realised they were trying something on me when they asked for my address again after accepting my money including expedited delivery fees. It was present on the order. I asked that they cancel the order twice but my two ticket emails bounced back. Their "live chat" is fake! I used PayPal's resolution center (there is a time limit from the transaction date though) and they finally contacted me. The order is now cancelled and I am awaiting my refund. Thank you PayPal! I will NEVER shop on sammydress again.

Disgusting experience with this website. Do yourself a favour, don't waste your time, don't waste your money. If you DO buy from them, expect to pay DOUBLE what is on there after shipping, surprise customs fees, surprise delivery fees, returning the item because it isn't what you ordered. I would have been better off burning my money to keep myself warm this winter.

Hands down the worst online store ever!
I made a purchase on October 15,2013 and it is now January 8,2014. There is no number to be able to talk to someone in person, they force you to put a ticket enquiry in their system (which bounced back stating it could not be received in their email system). They took over a week to respond. I used their live chat to ask them about why I had not recieved a response, all they could do was use their automated system to say "what is your ticket number?" When I had never received a ticket number for my first request.

Payment for an order totalling over $80 was received on the 15/10/13 I begun questioning the non receipt of the order on the 12/12/13, (the conversation is still going). They have offered me a refund of $20 (if you can even believe that), their reasons being is:

"We never sent your order as you had asked for a refund"

Yes, almost TWO months after the order was placed. NEVER, EVER shop here.

I am now asking for $60 and have not heard back. But in reality I should receive the entire $80 dollars.

I placed my order on the 2nd of December and I still haven't received it! Its been over one month! I tried to contact them but they hardly reply back, they just told me there is a delay and that i will receive it shortly! Still nothing happened! They are horrible! I tried to call the number they provided, no one picks up and then you can tell that someone just denies it! This is outrageous, how can they treat their customers like that!?

If I do not get a response from you in the next days and if I don't receive my order or get my money back, you will find my bad reviews all of the internet… I am a lawyer and I will come after you!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Sammydress. Horrible service! They sent me the wrong dress, nothing like the one I actually ordered. When I opened a ticket on their site asking where I can send it back and receive the correct dress, they asked me to keep the wrong dress and they would give me an $8 refund. The dress I ordered was $65. When I wouldn't accept this they went up to $12 then $16. They continue to give me the runaround so I opened a dispute with paypal, hopefully I can get this resolved.

Please don't be drawn in by the pretty clothes and cheap prices, you will be sorry and out of your money.

I ordered a jacket and 3 zip up sweaters/ carnigans.
I would have to say the pricing is very cheap, but you get what you pay for. The jacket looked nice on the site, but once I got it I saw how paper thin it was. The quality of the sweaters aren't bad, but design isnt' the greatest.
I went back on Sammydress.com to leave reviews on each item and of course i gave eg the jacket a 1 star review. Any review I left was not included on their site for those particular items at all! I even check a few days later. Apparently they only leave good review on there for each item, so this isn't very trustworthy. For this reason, I will never order from this site again.

Ok so after spending about two hours of reading SO MANY BAD REVIEWS and having ofcourse an equal experience with sammydress i have a proposition. Lets flood the site with bad reviews everywhere... comments etc this should not go unnoticed

Lol im currently chatting with someone over there. Had the same thing with something not being in stock after 2 weeks from ordering and the item can also currently be ordered... also i asked them if they sell cats and they explained to me that because they are in china its not possible to send cats because of the long delivery
